• Lisa-Marie (7/5): - I had an overall very nice experience at this hotel ! The staff was charming and very polite. The location was great, close to bus stops, underground station and stores. The room was not bad for the price range, not the best nor the cleanest but still comfortable. Also nice big window ! My main concern with the room I had was the water pressure in the shower which was very bad. Also the hot water is very slow to come out but it is written in the hotel description and unless you're in a rush it shouldn't be that big of an issue. The room I had could use some more cleaning (dust, dirty mirror and windows, limescale in the kettle) but overall it was not that bad. I should also mention the noise because it kept me up at night, I had to close the window all the way to cancel the noise coming from the very busy street.

The toilet was not properly clean, the soap dispenser was filthy, and the furniture and bed area looked worn and poorly maintained. Overall, the place felt unhygienic and not looked after The worst place I’ve stayed in—dirty, disgusting, and very disappointing
• Lisa (4/5): - The room was very basic but comfortable We booked breakfast included this was not the case as there's no kitchen in the hotel, it turned out that they give you a voucher for 10 pound and you have to walk 6/8 mins to a pizza restaurant to get your food. Unfortunately they also dont do breakfast and dont open until 11 so we had to eat there every evening and use the vouchers. The booking was very misleading and I found it an inconvenience every day having to arrange our day to suit the restaurant. My husband to walk to local tescos in the morning to buy breakfast items. I dodnt find this acceptable.

Unfortunately my stay was ruined by another guest being incredibly loud between the hours of midnight at 6am, as well as smoking. As a paying guest I thought this was unacceptable to have to endure.

• Matthias (7/5): Für eine Nacht ok, mehr lieber nicht. - Das Quartier, in dem das Hotel liegt ist sehr lebendig und multikulturell. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig. Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen sehr klein. Da es unter dem Dach liegt und es an diesem Tag 30 Grad heiss war, wurden wir in der Nacht quasi gekocht! Kaum Möglichkeit zum Lüften.

• Glenys (5/5): Ok as long as you don’t include breakfast - We checked in at 2 pm. Our room was ready. Corridors are narrow and the bedroom doors are close together. Room was acceptable for the price we paid.It had everything we needed and I thought was worth the money we paid. The breakfasts are awful.Not on site but down the road in little Napoli. The owner seemed disinterested in our breakfast. We had toast so well done it was tough to cut. Two eggs fried.Over cooked so much the yolks were hard. We asked for tea.It was so weak. The man serving us said he was given one t-bag or one tube of coffee for one customer from the hotel.He couldn’t offer orange juice or a latte or cappuccino or anything else. Butter was also off the menu.It was olive oil on toast or nothing. My Granddaughter and I got up and left. It was absolutely awful.. Be warned. Don’t order breakfast xx Whiter sheets.. A television we could switch on. The diabolical breakfasts at Littlle Napoli

• SIDNEY (3/5): J’ai trouvé ça très sale… - L’endroit était très sale les murs comme le sol ou le mobilier n’était absolument pas propre. Nous nous sommes même demandé si les draps avaient été changé car beaucoup de poils les cheveux à l’intérieur. En plus de ça, pas de fenêtre, pour aérer la pièce, seulement un petit filet d’air. Le personnel était plutôt agréable.

I live 6 hours away and he was hotel less stranded on his own in London where he’s never been on his own before!! On the website, it clearly states there’s ’No age requirement for checking in’ and on FAQ it says that over 16 years old are welcome to check in if a parent has paid for the hotel, which I did. Paid 90 for one night, ridiculous overpriced. The website is misleading and lying, scamming to get money then turning my son away! He had to find another hotel that would accept 17years old and had to spend more money!! Absolute joke. Do not go here. My daughter stayed here for 2 nights and said the rooms are dirty and toilet didn’t flush. Also very loud and shower water doesn’t get hot, stays freezing. Beds uncomfortable. Do not go here unless you want to be scammed and feel unsafe

Ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner proposé ( à prendre dans un resto partenaire qui est nettement meilleur pour les pizzas après avoir testé), il est très restreint et il vaut mieux payer un vrai bon petit déjeuner ailleurs. Un peu éloigné du métro.

Something was leaking in the bathroom; had to put a towel on the floor to keep my feet dry. Heating was turned all the way up, with no way to turn it back down. No quisieron cambiar la habitación. En general la limpieza no es buena. Además las habitaciones las hacen fatal. Las toallas estaban algunas sucias. Aconsejo no usar este hotel.

• Gopal Chatha (5/5): Cheap and Cheerful Place to Stay - If you're looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay then I would suggest this hotel. The double room size was fine however the ensuite was cramped and the door would not close properly. When you sit on the toilet, your nose literally touches the wall!! But, you get what you pay for. We stayed for one night and we had no major complaints. Westfield Mall is a 10 minute walk along Uxbridge Road and there are plenty of local places to eat. La chambre était trop chauffée et la fenêtre ne fermait pas, étant à côté une rue très passante c’était bruyant. Les photos sur le site ne correspondaient pas à l’annonce.

• Maddalena (6/5): Sufficiente - Sicuramente il prezzo e la posizione giocano a favore della struttura, ci sono varie fermate dell'autobus nei dintorni e anche una della metro a 15 minuti a piedi. Nel complesso sono stata bene. La camera aveva dei difetti, come la finestra che non si chiudeva del tutto, in generale la stanza era un po' fredda. Gli asciugamani erano solo due, ma dopo averne richiesto un terzo ci è stato dato. Non pulitissima. Nei corridori c'era un odore poco gradevole, forse dovuto alla moquette.

• jill (6/5): ideal for staying when going to the shepherds bush academy for gigs. - plenty of tea coffee milk in room. room was nice and hot had to turn radiator down but that's better than having a cold room shower room nice clean. plenty toilet paper. the hot water takes long time to get hot and the water in the sink very slow running ,the mugs could do with being replaced as had small cracks in them.

A 15 minutes du métro. Chambre assez petite, mais équipée de la douche, d’un lavabo et d’une bouilloire. Les bons pour les petits déjeuner sont à prendre à l'accueil, et ce petit déjeuner est à prendre au littéralement Napoléon (pizzeria) le breakfast est très bien, mais ça dépend des jours...

• Fabrizio (5/5): Buono per chi cerca qualcosa di economico senza avere troppe pretese - Ho cercato una sistemazione economica e paragonando le altre offerte questa era la più accettabile. La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro ma è ben servita dai mezzi. Non c'è una fermata della metro nelle vicinanze ma ci sono varie fermate di autobus una proprio davanti all'hotel. La stanza è luminosa con una grande finestra e ben riscaldata il letto l'ho trovato comodo. Una volta consegnata la stanza e le chiavi si può entrare ed uscire in autonomia a qualsiasi orario. Sotto l'hotel c'è un pub molto carino tipico inglese dove ho cenato mangiando degli ottimi spiedini di pollo. La stanza era piccola non c'era posto per mettere abiti, solo un piccolo armadio a vista improvvisato con delle grucce. Essendo da solo e avendo soggiornato per sole 2 notti mi è stato sufficiente ma se fossero state due persone sarebbe stato impossibile anche spostarsi all'interno della stanza. Ma c'èe da dire che avevo prenotato una singola quindi ci sta che la stanza non venga venduta come doppia. Il bagno aveva il water che perdeva acqua perchè non era fissato bene al pavimento, la doccia era calda ma l'acqua scendeva con poca potenza appena sufficente per lavarsi. Il lavandino minuscolo e nessun ripiano per appoggiare accessori come spazzolino dentifricio ecc... ho usato il cassone del wc come ripiano. C'è da lasciare una causione per la chiave, 20 pounds oppure un documento che vengono restituiti al checkout

• Rachida (4/5): 2.5 not for a long stay - Disappointing stay despite a few positives Positives: Good location, easily accessible by bus from Shepherd’s Bush underground station. Calm and peaceful surrounding area. The room had all the basics (TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, private bathroom). Nice view from the window. Negatives: The room was smaller than shown in the pictures. The door couldn’t be locked from the inside, which didn’t feel very secure. The “breakfast included” option is misleading. I specifically booked with breakfast included, but instead received a voucher for a restaurant located six minutes away. This restaurant opens only at 11 a.m. and serves pizza or pasta — not breakfast. It should clearly be described as a lunch/dinner voucher instead. On Sunday, I was told the voucher wasn’t available and was “exceptionally” offered a refund. This shouldn’t be treated as an exception — it’s a basic refund for a service I paid for but didn’t receive. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. Towels and linens were supposed to be changed after the fourth night, but during my six-night stay, my bed linen was never changed. Even after leaving the used towels on the floor (as instructed), they were not replaced. The trash had been emptied, meaning the room was entered, but towels were left dirty. I had to go to reception at night to ask for clean ones, and they weren’t sure if any were available. Water pressure in the shower was quite low. Overall: This hotel could be fine for a short stay (one or two nights), but for longer stays, I do not recommend it. The misleading breakfast offer and lack of proper cleaning were quite disappointing.

The breakfast wasn’t served in the hotel, which wasn’t a big issue since the restaurant was close by, but this detail wasn’t mentioned in the description. On top of that, the restaurant owner was never on time. Breakfast was supposed to start at 9 a.m., yet the first morning we had to wait outside for 10 minutes, and the second morning we arrived at 9:15 a.m. and it still wasn’t open, so we couldn’t wait any longer. Although the owner was very friendly, the overall service was disappointing.
