Solitamente si consegna una camera pronta x il cliente dopo aver verificato che è tutto in ordine e perfette condizioni .... invece la mia stanza 309 aveva il televisore, il frigo bar che Non Funzionavano e il telefono che gracchiava talmente tanto da impedire la comunicazione. Colazione mediocre Costo della Camera iniziale 209,00 a notte poi pagata 168,00 x i disservizi (Ho Molto apprezzato il gesto della direzione )

Spazio camera essenzi - Struttura con garage privato coperto, e anche posti esterni non coperti. Arredi nella norma . È buono anche il box doccia ( uno dei rari che si chiude perfettamente quando accosti le due porte scorrevoli 😜🤗👍 Piace poco il fatto che non si possano prenotare in fase di prenotazione , lasciando il cliente con un grande punto di domanda : troverò posto nel parcheggio coperto al mio arrivo? Anche gli spazi stretti e le manovre obbligatorie da fare se si parcheggia al meno2 , per chi ha la macchina lunga, possono mettere in difficoltà .

• verónica (6/5): Buen hotel, pero ubicación no recomendable para turismo sin transporte privado - Instalaciones y personal del hotel El hotel en sí está bien: las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y cómodas, y el servicio del personal fue correcto y amable. Sin embargo, no lo recomendaría para un viaje corto de turismo en Roma si no se dispone de transporte privado. La ubicación es muy alejada del centro y el transporte público resulta poco práctico e imposible de gestionar, hasta el punto de complicar mucho los desplazamientos hasta 2 horas por trayecto. Además, la zona no transmite seguridad. En los alrededores hay calles con un ambiente bastante desagradable, presencia de prostitución y sensación de delincuencia, por lo que no nos sentimos cómodos ni seguros, especialmente al movernos por la zona. En resumen, aunque el hotel cumple en cuanto a instalaciones, limpieza y servicio, la ubicación hace que no sea una opción recomendable para visitar Roma por turismo, salvo que se viaje con coche o transporte privado.

• carp (1/5): About this stay I feel like I was scammed. - The room was dirty, and they charged me with a fee of 90e for the reservation wich supposedly I get it back after I paid the full amount wich I did and still haven't received the fee money back in my bank account. It was dirty and far away from the city. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

• Sandra (6/5): hôtel correct et assez joli mais des choses à revoir. - Déjeuner bien. Emplacement de l'hôtel pas terrible ainsi que le manque de sympathie à l'acceuil. Difficile de communiquer, pas d'efforts pour se faire comprendre. La chambre était trop chauffée (avions signalé à l'accueil mais cela n'a rien changé) avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte les nuits suivantes mais les gens parlent fort dès 7h du matin (pourtant étions au 5ème étage!) la chaleur de la chambre, le manque de sourire et gentilesse des personnes à l'accueil. Hôtel très excentré.

Darüber hinaus war die Sauberkeit leider unzureichend, da viele Bereiche verschmutzt waren. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass die Reinigung nicht sorgfältig durchgeführt wurde.

• SALVATORE (5/5): - Purtroppo non mi sono fermato. L'hotel sicuramente merita in quanto a qualità C'è stato un disservizio idrico la mattina. Non mi hanno avvisato in tempo e anzi, prima mi hanno chiesto il documento, dato le chiavi della camera per poi dirmi che la struttura era senza acqua corrente per un guasto che non sapevano quando si sarebbe risolto. Ed erano le 5 del pomeriggio. In tutto questo mi hanno offerto la possibilità di cancellare la prenotazione, ma dovevo contattare io booking e spiegare la cosa. In pratica mi sono ritrovato alle 5 senza un hotel a cercarne uno nuovo. Una struttura più seria mi avrebbe indirizzato in un nuovo hotel e non lasciato cosi. Ma sopratutto avrebbe avvisato per tempo. Mi dispiace, non penso sia cosi l'hotel, ma questa è stata la mia esperienza.
