- Ahmad (4/5): - I would like to share some observations regarding my recent stay at your hotel: • The hot water heating was turned off at night, which caused inconvenience. • There were ongoing painting works in the hotel, and we were requested to keep the curtains closed at certain times. In addition, the paint odor was very unpleasant inside the rooms. • When I requested to check out at 2:00 PM, since I was attending a training course held at your hotel by my company (Kuwait Petroleum), the front desk staff was not cooperative and insisted that I leave earlier. However, after speaking with the manager, my request was thankfully approved. I kindly hope that your management will take these points into consideration to improve the quality of services in the future.

Staff need to be better prepared and need to know that food has to be served in stages. The pools were very good. You just have to be prepared for the noise of the kids. You won’t be able to rest there. The staff. All in all they were great and friendly. Very warm. The set back is the reception. At times it gets too busy/crowded and the back office didn’t even take action. They wanted people to wait. Which is frustrating specially when checking out. And yes the front desk didn’t pick up when I called to pick my luggage up. Again, most of the staff are amazing.

Check-in was slow and impersonal, and it took too long to remove alcohol from the room, which was concerning since I was with underage teens. The experience improved later, but the first impression left a mark. May work for business, but I wouldn’t choose it again for a family stay.

- Chetan (10/5): Fantastic Trip - We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton. Great location, great staff always willing to help. The access to the mall of Emirates is also really convenient. The overall service at the property was fantastic. Absolute value for for money. Given this is an older property, we didn't expect the condition to be so top notch but it was. Our suite was very spacious and if we were to go back to Dubai, we would absolutely stay here without thinking twice. The only draw back if any was the breakfast buffet which we thought was probably not at par with a few other properties but other than that, kudos to the entire team for making our trip very memorable.

Superby housekeeping service from Emelia made my stay to feel like l was home despite the fact that it was peak season. The breakfast chefs were very good with the egg orders. The gym and swimming pool on the 24th floor have excellent views. I was not impressed with the aircon as the have fans that maintain room temperatures of 23°C and can not go above that hence a disadvantage on a chilly day.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very good staff realised it was my birthday made up our room with birthday decorations and on top of that they had a birthday cake All staff were great the breakfast room staff were always helpful including the reception stafff.
- Margaret (8/5): - The staff are really great. Very helpful, prompt and responsive. The facilities are not as clean as they could or should be. I walked into my room and it smelled of smoke and yet it was a nonsmoking room. Some stains on the seating in the room. The tables downstairs in the dining area had old food cakes on them. Convenience of walking into the mall was great though.
- May (10/5): Great Hotel and super friendly staff - Would definitely stay there again! The staff are so friendly, and the room is spacious and very clean. The fitness center is well quipped. loved that. Also, having a connected entrance to the mall was very convenient.

- ismail (10/5): Nice hotel but poor service staff - Room was very, though not the city view I booked, loved the bathroom, pool and spa are excellent too, was offered a late check out, disappointed with the staff responsible for servicing the room, was not cleaned the 2nd day until I told reception twice, then they took my robe and did not replace it and did not refill tea/coffee, bit annoying
- BENEDICT (6/5): - Coffee machine was not working and leaking all over the place. The machine failed on my second day there. No coffee in my room. The location is good. Al Arab and The Address are more reliable.

- Janet (10/5): Dubai delivers - Can’t fault our stay. Wonderful and friendly staff. Room cleaned daily to an exceptional standard. Great location with direct access to Mall of the Emirates. We stayed in room 806 which had a fantastic view. Would be my first choice if I was staying in Dubai.

They upgraded us to a junior suite because we need a shower room instead of a long bath tub. However, the shower door rubber has worned off, as a result, after every shower, the water will flow out to the outer bathroom & we need to mop them out after every use.

- abdullah (6/5): Comfort zone but not for Ramadan - Not suitable for Ramadan month, otherwise good. I have stayed before and loved it. They have a terrible menu for Sehri, basically a rip-off if you have already paid for breakfast. I spoke to one of the duty managers at reception and he claimed he will discuss with the chef and other relevant management about it. I asked him how could he justify the sehri combo with breakfast options and he couldnt. So i told him hotel should be fair to its guests and stop being soo stingy over sehri and iftari.

Excellent location -- There is direct access to Mall of the Emirates which has direct access to the Dubai Metro. Uber and taxis abound. Pro tips: 1. get dropped off at MOE parking (there are signs pointing to Sheraton) to avoid the traffic leading to and the clog in the main driveway 2. The french fries in the lobby cafe are the best i've ever had. Ever. (Although the breakfast spread could be better).

- Faraz (10/5): Jeevan is awesome! - A huge shout out to our house keeper Jeevan for being just the most amazing person to interact with! He went out of his way to be kind tous and our child, went above and beyond in terms of service and even made the sweetest elephant out of towels along with leaving us a personalized note to express that our comfort was a priority for him - he truly won us over! I hope Sheraton promotes him and lets him train more staff. we definitely hope to return!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Staff could be better - Checking in was a headache. I arrived from the mall on the second floor and was told that I had to go to the ground floor to check in. I got down there and was told that I had to go to the 5th floor to check in. Every time I had to interact with staff there, it was like they were completely confused and unable to accomplish simple tasks. We also weren't asked to put a deposit on the room when we checked in. Then anytime we tried to do anything, like make a phone call or go to breakfast, they wouldn't let us because we didn't put a deposit on the room. There was 5 of us, none of us were told about a deposit when we checked in. Another example, we had COVID tests done. One person said they would send the paper results to the room. Then I got a call to pick them up on the ground floor. I got there and no one seemed to know anything about them, and I had to wait around to get an envelope that was sitting right on their desk. In addition, most don't understand English well. I would have to repeat what I said more than 5 times and sometimes had to ask to speak to other people. The hotel is also confusing with two separate elevators that go to different floors. The good was that the rooms were really clean and the view from the rooftop pool area was fantastic. It was also convenient to be attached to the mall.
