• Luca (10/5): Ottima esperienza, struttura accogliente e posizione strategica. - Hotel moderno, pulito e in posizione molto comoda per visitare Praga a piedi. Personale gentile e disponibile, camera silenziosa e ben organizzata. Ottima anche la colazione. La stanza era leggermente più piccola di quanto sembrasse nelle foto e l’illuminazione in alcuni punti era un po’ troppo soffusa. Per il resto tutto molto bene.

• Sash (8/5): Average hotel off the beaten tracks. Nothing to write home about. - Very nice big rooms. Super delicious breakfast. Very attentive 24 hour staff. A little bit difficult to find. In the center but still off the beaten tracks. Needs better blankets. Throw away or burn those things. Not even big enough to keep a child completely coveted. Maids must be very, very lazy or so poorly paid that they just don’t care. Hallways are not vacuum…dirty and scraps of garbage stayed on the floor in the same spots for the whole three days I stayed, beds ate not neatly made.

Masse restauranter, små søte unike butikker i sidegatene . Masse flotte bygninger . Vi har vært her før , men bodde da i en annen retning og det er mange år siden . Veldig koselig å være tilbake . Koselig og forekommende personale. Fin park i gåavstand . Hotellet var helt ok , for meg med plager i rygg og nakke , var ikke seng og puter bra nok . Nabolaget var vel ikke akkurat innbydende . Mye tagging og ubebodd bygning tvers over .

• WALDEMAR (8/5): Polecam na krótki pobyt. - Śniadania bardzo dobre. Blisko do centrum i do tramwaju. Codziennie sprzątany pokój. Trochę mały pokój. Ukryte udogodnienia w szafkach.

• Michaela (5/5): Did not meet our expectations, many things need to be cleaned and/or repaired. - The staff were very nice, check-in and check-out were fast and simple. The bed was large and fairly comfortable. There was a mini fridge available in the room, though we did not need to use it. The room was not super clean (old stains on bedding, hair in bathroom). Bathroom needs maintenance (sink plug wouldn't stay up, wall handle by the bathtub was barely hanging on, it was impossible to take a shower without getting water everywhere because the glass partition was tiny and there was a gap between the bottom of the partition and the bathtub). The light behind the bed was not working and the bedside lamps were taking up the only plug by the bed, so we had to charge our phones elsewhere. We were hoping the breakfast would make up for all this, but it was not great either.

• Patricia (9/5): Buen hotel en una ciudad fantástica - El desayuno normal, pero completo: había siempre huevos plancha, huevos revueltos, fiambres y quesos, fruta, yogur, y dulces, aunque los dulces no estaban muy especiales. Las habitaciones espaciosas, las camas cómodas y el baño muy completo y de buen tamaño. El personas es amable e intentan ayudarte en todo lo que pueden. La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel, y tiene restaurantes muy bueno muy cerca.

We don't think that the hotel has a true four star quality, but it's location is good and staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast was very good and there were also gluten and milk free alternatives.

De kamer lijkt ooit een soort renovatie gehad te hebben, maar dan net niet doorgevoerd. Dus het idee/concept van het hotel is leuk, maar dan niet helemaal doorgetrokken. Qua hygiëne... ons bad/douche liep niet door. Toen we de afvoerdeksel eraf haalde was het duidelijk dat deze al heel lang niet was schoongemaakt (lees helemaal vol met haren). Ook in de kamer waren er vlekken te vinden die niet te herleiden waren.

Άνεση στο κρεβάτι (μαξιλάρι), παλιά ξύλινα κουφώματα, η καθαριότητα ηταν οκ αλλά θα μπορούσε και λίγο καλύτερα και το σεσουάρ παλιό και αδύναμο.

• Katerina (3/5): Very disappointing experience with poor maintenance and misleading facilities. - Good location, about a 10-minute walk from the city center. The room appeared clean. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. The towels, sheets, pillows and pillowcases were clearly overused and in unacceptable condition, with obvious wear, stains and even holes (photo attached). This alone gives a very poor impression of hygiene and maintenance. The internet was extremely slow (barely 3 Mbps) despite being advertised as “high-speed,” making it practically unusable. To make matters worse, the AC did not work at all, and the staff casually informed us that it is not available in winter and suggested we “just open the window.” This is misleading, unprofessional, and not an acceptable solution when such amenities are advertised.

• Olivia (4/5): Übernachtung akzeptabel, aber nicht empfehlenswert - Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht - Die Zimmertemperatur war angenehm und die Betten waren sehr bequem (feste Matratze + weiche Bettwäsche). Die Lage war sehr zentral und in einer beruhigten Straße (wenig Verkehr, kaum feiernde Menschen. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: Ein winziges Buffet, sodass nicht mehr als 6 Personen wie die Ölsardinen aneinander gereiht Platz hatten. Die Auswahl war schwach und die Qualität sehr schlecht (kaltes Ei, im Wasser schwimmender Speck, Fruchtsaft nicht frisch) Den Kaffee konnten wir gar nicht probieren, weil zu viele Menschen gleichzeitig zum Buffet wollten. Wir gingen dann in eine Bäckerei, um dort zu frühstücken und konsumierten am nächsten Morgen kein Frühstück mehr im Hotel. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Zimmers waren mies: Generell war das Zimmer schon sehr abgewohnt und die Ausstattung teilweise kaputt. Arge Kalkflecken im Bad, stark vergilbte Matratze, Schränke schließen/öffnen nur erschwert möglich, dreckige Vorhänge, Spalt an der Zimmertür durch den man durchschauen kann (erklärt die Hellhörigkeit), ordentliches Licht vor dem Badspiegel fehlt... Aufgrund dieser Punkte würde ich nicht nochmal hier übernachten. Die guten Zimmerbewertungen waren zu wenig deutlich und haben mich geblendet.
