- macuba (8/5): На пару дней можно остановится в этом отеле! - Всем добрый день! Довольно не плохой отель, который находится на Азиатской части Стамбула. Красивый вид на Босфор! Бесподобен. Отель в принципе не плохой, рядом находится метро, откуда можно легко добраться до центра (уже Европейской части Стамбула), на такси не советую, во-первых это долго, во вторых, всегда пробки из-за моста. Вежливый персонал, внимательный, что немало важно! Это было приятно! Не понравился только завтрак! Очень скудный! Если поздно приедешь, перекусить в отеле уже нельзя, все закрыто. Только выпивка, но она будет платная. Что касается обеда или ужина, то скорей всего все будет платно!

- lina (7/5): - L'emplacement, la vue,les équipements la décoration, beaucoup de goût L'entrée de l'hôtel m'a choqué, un ascenseur a même la rue , puis beaucoup d'escaliers pour arriver à la réception. Et le pire vous êtes laissé à votre sort avec vos bagages sans aucune aide. Le petit déjeuner médiocre.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Anlamsız - Eşimle yıldönümünde boğaz manzaralı havuza girip akşama restoranda yemek yeriz diye, havuz için bilgi almak için aradıktan sonra rezervasyon yaptım. Odaya ve manzaraya lafım yok gayet konforlu ve güzeldi ancak bizim kaldığımız tarihte nikah etkinliği olduğu için otele gelme amacımız olan havuza giremedik. Havuz da zaten süs havuzundan halliceydi ancak madem böyle bir etkinlik var otelde kalanlara da haber verilmeli. Bilseydim başka bir otele bakardım. Çözüm olarak da iade yerine ertesi gün havuzu kullanabileceğimiz söylendi. Ertesi gün mesai günü olduğundan mümkün olmadı. Eğer dinlenmek için kalacaksanız havuz başında bir etkinlik var mı diye sorun çünkü müzik sesi odaya geliyor.

- Daria (10/5): Fascino a gogo per un soggiorno indimenticabile - Meravigliosa location con vista indimenticabile sul Bosforo e su Palazzo Dolmabahçe. Le stanze al V piano, spaziose, eleganti e con bagno ampio e belle docce, hanno il top della vista, anche sulla terrazza con suggestiva piscina da condividere con simpatici gabbiani. Giovane staff simpatico e easy. Clima di totale relax. Nel boutique, un antico palazzo ristrutturato, c’è un bel bagno turco con offerta di trattamenti. A 5 minuti a piedi l’imbarcadero, la metro, un rilassante lungo mare, negozi e ristoranti, tra cui segnaliamo il simpatico sea point e il super ristorante libanese. I materassi e i cuscini andrebbero sanificati o cambiati.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, y el personal del hotel practicamente no habla inglés. Como ejemplo pedimos 2 cervezas y solo nos pudieron ofrecer 1 porque no tenian más... sin comentarios. Reelmente muy decepcionante. Lo único bueno las vistas desde el Hotel.

Lo unico bueno de la habitación es su vista, pero definitivamente no vale la pena, no me quedo en ese hotel asi sea gratis,

The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the drinks menu, which gave the impression that the hotel hasn’t yet defined its approach to service beyond the basics of breakfast, tea, and coffee.

- Sevim (8/5): Mükemmel manzara - Manzara mükemmel. Oda geniş temiz. Banyo kötü. Yıkandığınız bütün suyun içinde kalıyorsunuz suyun taşıp odayı basmasından korktuk. Resepsiyona gitmek için merdivenler çok engelli birisi nasıl resepsiyona gider bilemiyorum. Ben dizimden ameliyatlı olarak o merdivenler zorlanarak çıktım. Kahvaltı çok vasat. Kahvaltı için otele ayrı para ödedik fakat o parayla dışarda mükemmel bir kahvaltı yapabilirdik.

- Chris (6/5): Good location but WALLS ARE PAPER THIN - The location of the property is very good. Right across the street is a ferry terminal and a 3-mins walk is a metro station. The views from the room were beautiful. The breakfast was limited but I found really good and the room and toilet was quite spacious and stylish. The property is not disability friendly. You need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to reception. The bed cover was quite scratchy and no hot water on the sink. Wifi was non-existent. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the couple next door 😬 and the party happening 2 floors down.

The cleaning was more badly that in 1 star hotel. They also took (STOLE) my IPhone charger from the room and when i asked them politely the told me that they will look for the charger in the room but then they told me that they didn’t find it!!!!! That is very SHAMEFUL for the HOTEL!!!!!! They didn’t want to take the responsibility for the stolen charger in the room!!!!

Upon arrival, we were immediately directed to take the elevator with our luggage, only to find ourselves at a spa/wellness reception area labeled as the "lobby." We then had to navigate another set of stairs to reach the actual lobby, with no elevator available as an alternative. This lack of clarity was not disclosed during the booking process. When we requested assistance with our luggage, we were informed that no staff members were currently available to help, leaving us to haul our belongings up the stairs unaided. Upon reaching the reception desk, we checked in and received a room key card. Once again, we were left to find our own way to our room with our luggage, without any guidance regarding the hotel's layout. Although they apologized and promised it wouldn't recur, the inconvenience was already apparent. To add to our frustrations, our room was left unattended by housekeeping on the second day of our stay. Returning to find everything as we had left it was disappointing. Despite another apology, it took 30 minutes for our room to be cleaned. A profoundly disappointing experience!! Paying a premium for zero service, zero housekeeping, etc., is unacceptable. I will never return to this establishment!! Avoid it at all costs!! A hotel with such abysmal wifi connectivity is utterly unacceptable!

- Dmitry (8/5): - Positives: the views from the room were absolutely stunning the room was spacious and comfortable the location is great, with relaxed atmosphere and easy access to the city by ferry or by Marmaray train (1 stop to Cirkezi station) Negatives: - the wifi was utterly unusable - get a good roaming plan if you plan to stay here; - the selection of restaurants close to the hotel is certainly more limited than in the centre; - entering the hotel requires climbing ~20 stairs, which may be a problem for people with limited accessibility; - small weird annoyances, e.g. the lack of coat hangers on the closet (with the hotel staff unable to provide more) Other: * the staff speak very limited English; unless you speak Turkish, Google Translate is your friend. Overall it was a comfortable stay, and I would love to return!
- Abdelkader (7/5): Great location good overall experience with weird fork - Great and strategic location. Bed is comfy. Jakuzi is good. Room view suberb. Bathroom is also good. No smart tv. Hôtel staff cannot speak English. Suspicious fork in our room hidden behind the curtains. The room advertised on the platform had different view than the one we had.
