I paid for a deluxe room at the property which obviously cost a bit more than the standard rooms where my friends was staying, obviously you'd expect the deluxe to be better than the standard but what I received was nowhere near the same, the walls in the deluxe room was absolutely filthy, Chipped and to be honest very poorly maintained, when asking about the cleanliness of the rooms I was told thats exactly what I paid for, I clearly stated that my friends standard room was A LOT cleaner and air conditioning works just to be told that I'll have to deal with it basically, the person that welcomed us to the hotel was absolutely fantastic but when I went back downstairs to complain his shift had finished and sadly didnt see him the rest of the weekend, the gentleman I spoke to about the situation really didnt seem to care.

- Carlie (1/5): Not enjoyable, not clean, and not worth it. - The only positive about this hotel is that it’s very close to the train station. The towels were dirty, the bedding was dirty, the toilet flush hadn’t been cleaned, you could still see all fingerprints from the previous hotel guests, the walls were a mess, the hotel staff were rude and we got aggressively sworn at on entrance when being explained how to use the heating.

Badkamer/wc wordt maar met weinig mensen gedeeld. En eigen wastafel op de kamer. Raam kan niet open, tijdens mijn verblijf niet benauwd. Airco aanwezig.

- Jo (4/5): Ernüchternd … - Die Lage ist direkt im Rotlicht-Viertel, das war mir bei der Buchung nicht bewusst, wenn man sich nicht auskennt. Es ist nicht kenntlich gemacht. An sich ist die Lage um überall hin zukommen gut - aber nicht die schönste Lage. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt absolut nicht. Wir haben über 1000€ für 11 Personen bezahlt. Das erste Zimmer hatte überall Schimmel, hinterm Bett/am Nachtschrank/Fenster und die Luft war extrem stickig. (Zimmer wurde zwar getauscht - aber man wollte es uns so verkaufen, als wäre das unbekannt. Schimmel entsteht nicht innerhalb von Stunden) im zweiten Zimmer kamen lediglich ein paar Tropfen Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn. Im allgemeinen war es überall an den Wänden etwas dreckig. Zudem funktionierte die Wasserspülung der Toilette im Dritten Zimmer auch erst nach etlichen Betätigungen. Zudem war das gesamte Hotel sehr hellhörig, man hörte alles von der Straße (bei geschlossenem Fenster) und auch die anderen Gäste die über einem nächtigen. Ich würde das Hotel kein zweites Mal mehr buchen für diesen Preis. Leider enttäuschend.

Chambre non nettoyées après chaque passage ! Murs non isolés ! Alarme qui sonne à chaque ouverture ! Douches également non nettoyées !

- Leyton (4/5): Lesson learned - Not much to be honest The fact every picture on booking.com the rooms was lovely then we got put in a box room with two single beds pushed together and had to share bathroom an showers with people
- Ashley (7/5): Central location with super friendly staff - The welcome at the hotel desk was lovely - very enthusiastic and friendly staff who were more than happy to help with anything we asked. The room and shower room were clean, the location is very central on Red Light district. Walking distance to everything central. Amenities in room could be added to - a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, mugs and spoons. This would be my only addition.

You can’t beat the central location, there was no noise heard from the street at night. I can’t wait to book my next stay early June time The only thing I mentioned to the staff was that there wasn’t a bin the bedroom.. that’s it.

- Nadia (10/5): Hidden gem in the heart of the red light district! - The location is absolutely perfect. I was pleasantly surprised as we entered, as being in the heart of the red light district I thought it might be a bit run down, but the lobby is absolutely stunning! One of the loveliest I’ve seen. The room also was really well taken care of with a really good shower. The beds were so comfortable too. Also every member of staff we encountered was so friendly and helpful, and when we decided to add an extra night to our stay (at 2 am on the day we were leaving lol) the night staff were amazing and arranged it straight away. I will DEFINITELY return to this hotel. The stairs are very steep, but that’s actually the same as every building along the canals in Amsterdam and it’s made quite clear in the listing and we packed light as was recommended. Saying that, I was also expecting the stairs to be a bit uneven and rickety based on its location, and even though they were steep they again well taken care of.

Na zdjęciach wygląda on zupełnie inaczej niż w rzeczywistości, okna zepsute , farba odchodzi od ram, ściany poplamione nie wiadomo czym, klimatyzacja nie działała mimo zgłoszeń nikt nic z tym nie zrobił więc w pokoju było zimno, tak samo było z ciepłą wodą, musieliśmy 3 razy prosic żeby ktoś się tym zajął. Bar nieczynny mimo że w ogłoszeniu nie jest o tym wspomniane. Mysle , ze nie wybrałabym kolejny raz tego hotelu ..

False advertisement on booking. my room isn't even on one of the pictures. Very small crappy room for the very high price i paid. No towel hangers. Window view was just looking in somebody else their room from the opposite side. people slamming doors. not their fault but door stoppers would be a must.

I wanted a large bed. I got 2 single beds. This was very disappointing. Also, the bathroom and shower are shared with another flat. We need to go out of our room to get to the toilet and shower.

Our room was spacious, well kept, and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, and having our own private bathroom made the stay even better. The location was excellent, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.
