- Elizabeth (8/5): - Location
- Lucy (6/5): - Great location The description “overlooking the courtyard” is sooooo misleading. The courtyard was a dump.
- Marinella (10/5): The hotel is new, nice and clean and the location awesome! Would stay here again! - It was central, in the very heart of Del Curso just across the Nike store there- very near everything. The staff was very helpful, they communicated with us prior to us arriving so checking in was done online. Except for there were only a few rooms available for us (because we booked 7 rooms!) and we came early, they accomodated us and made sure it was hassle free. There were 2 bellmen who helped us with our luggages- Alex and the others name I forgot. They were very helpful. There was only 1 tiny elevator! We had to climb the stairs every time
- Robert (5/5): would not go back again for sure - location was amazing close to the Spanish stair and the main street Via Del Corso most of the stuff was trying to be nice, No success ..... always fake smile (when they smiled) unpleasent at all.
- Alison (9/5): Brilliant! - Fantastic location; even though it’s on a shopping street it wasn’t noisy at all. We walked to all the sites from here and there’s a great selection of places to eat close by.
Staff incredibly helpful, from organising airport transfers to recommending restaurants and sorting maintenance when we had an issue.
Only downside for us is that room was smaller than we’d expected but it was comfortable.
- Martyna (10/5): Exceptional - Nice stuff, clean room and good location. Recommend
- Layla (10/5): Great location staff very helpful - Fab stay room smaller than expected but staff where helpful
- Layla (8/5): Staff really helpful, enjoyed location easy to walk everywhere - Great location
- Sheraaj (10/5): The Perfect "Stay Inn Rome" - Location was perfect, easy check-in. Communication was clear and concise. Appreciated the free mini bar and snacks. Nothing
- Hodaya (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time!!
The location is amazing, right on the Corso. Our room was on the fourth floor and the windows were really soundproof, so we didn’t hear any of the noise from the Corso at all.
Absolutely VFM :)

- Gwen (7/5): Good -
- Briffa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chabely (10/5): Wonderful! - The rooms were exactly as advertised, located straight in the busiest shopping street of Rome. It was very easy to enter (with a code). It was my mom's birthday and the staff arranged a special surprise for her, which we truly appreciate! Our stay was wonderful, would definitely recommend! Can't really think of anything
- Richard (10/5): Gutes Zimmer in guter Lage - It's right in Spagna, which is a decent area. Also little details like drinks in a small fridge.
- Linoy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (7/5): Fair - Great location at Via del Corso. The hotel provides complimentary daily coffee, water, beer and snacks. Smooth keyless entry to the room. Room size was very small we could hardly move around.
- Rikki (7/5): Great location, safe! - The location was excellent and the staff were very kind. Secured rooms with cameras Too expensive: The room was very small and its just not worth $300 per night especially rolling out of summer season.
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, clean and great location.
- Mark (9/5): Perfectly posioned Hotel to explore Rome from. - Fantastic Location ! Great size room and Bathroom.
- Maverick (9/5): Superb -
- Maverick (8/5): Very good -
- Bruno (3/5): Poor - They say check in at 15:00 and then is about 18:00 and no codes etc ,very unprofessional even if is a busy time . The stuff lazy,as we need it to carry our suitcases to the room/aprtment .
- Jacqui (10/5): Very pleasant. - Fabulous location. 😍 Nothing.
- Grant (10/5): Great location in a nice street. Walking distance to everything. Host communication was excellent. - Great location in a street blocked to traffic. Very neat and clean. Nothing.

- Sue (9/5): Best location - Location was amazing right in the centre of the bustling shopping and restaurant hub.
- Sharon (9/5): Nice room, ver comfortable in the heart of the city - Very close to central Rome and great gelato. Lobby was in another building
- Harrison (1/5): It was tragic and couldn’t wait to go home - Nothing Very rude staff and not helpful
- Yvonne (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing. You have one of the most crowded streets in front and you don´t hear the noise. The reception is at another hotel, that is 3-4 blocks away. We had a lot of luggage, they were kind enough to take our laggage, but wen we had to check out it was a disaster because the telephone did not work, so we had to go to the reception to later go again to the hotel.
- Mlabrie (8/5): Very good -
- Fatma (10/5): Exceptional - We did not have breakfast there but the hotel was amazing, the hotel overall is very good decorated, the room was spacious and very comfortable, the location was also very good, the lady in reception was very kind and helpfull so if we travel again to Paris I would really like to stay again here. there was nothing we did not like.
- David (8/5): Very good - everything was good
Recomendo .
- ELIZABETH (10/5): Great location - The Hotel is in a great location. Every request was answered promptly. Very modest room with limited amenities . The staff was terrific.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property is separate from their main hotel building, which has very poor security measures as a result. The front door requires a security code and each floor has a door that unlocks with your key, however no staff monitor this and both doors are often carelessly left unlocked making them absolutely useless.
The rooms look completely different online, we ended up having an extremely small room where you are unable to open a suitcase or walk by another person. Each time we showered the water was cold from beginning to end with the dial all the way hot or with using low water pressure. On our last night at the hotel we were very concerned because all “security doors” were unlocked and there was a police investigation going on as we came back at night.
We ended up booking a car service from the hotel to the airport on our last day, which the hotel advertises you taking a luxury vehicle to the airport for 60€. However, we ended up taking the most rundown van with an extremely rude driver who was talking on the phone to his friends the entire way.
Overall our experience at the Stay Inn was disappointing and we regret spending our money in this hotel which did not meet our expectations or needs. In addition, we spent an extra $20 a night by choosing this hotel over the Mozart which was a huge mistake.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location. Walking distance to all of the major tourist spots. Good restaurants close by. Lift to the room in really small.
- Carolyn (6/5): Inconvenient check in/out, average room - The Hotel Condotti runs this off-brand hotel. After hauling our luggage up the tiny elevator to the second floor, we came to realize that we had to go to the other hotel to check in. We had followed the instructions from the welcome email, entered the passcode provided to the safe, and opened it to find no key. We followed up to push the doorbell several times as stated on the posted sign and after a few minutes of no answer, we called the hotel. They informed us we had to go to the main hotel in order to check into our property, which was several blocks away. Upon checkout, we were required to haul our bags to the main hotel again to return our keys. The check in/out experience was overall very inconvenient and we were not clearly communicated the instructions beforehand. As far as the room, it was very average. Clean with sufficient room and a good location, but nothing extraordinary. We also had to call and request our room to be cleaned as they did not show up to clean it as they said they would.
- jean paul (8/5): Central hotel - Good value for money
- Rita (8/5): - Hotel is amazing, only thing is our hair straightener didnt work which was annoying but the staff and service was amazing.
- Ben (10/5): Great location - A supremely comfortable room, in the most convenient of locations - easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, coliseum, Spanish Steps, and more
- elaine (4/5): Great location, dark room - We picked this hotel based on the reviews. The location was good, and it was easy to get around. The room however was very dark, the windows overlooked a small opening between buildings. The worst thing about the room was it smelt terrible. The floors were also dirty. The size of the room was good, enough room for cases etc. The fridge kept the drinks cold and it was a nice addition. The hotel website indicates that there is a Nespresso machine, there isn’t, it’s a Krupp’s with generic coffee. Overall, a disappointing hotel.
- Andrea (8/5): Very good position - The hotel is in the ideal spot . In the middle of Via del Corso and close to metros and main attractions.
We stayed here 4 years ago as the hotel we had booked had water problems. The room was quite spacious so we booked this time . I presume the first time we had been given a superior room as this time although very comfortable bed the room was very small .
The arrangement for getting in to the hotel also needs to be changed . We booked in October and were given instructions on how to key in a number to get in the front door , go to 2nd floor open a safe for room key . We did all this and could not get in . Luckily another person staying there let us in to a room with phone to ring the sister hotel Hotel Condotti 300 yds away but it did not work or video phone . Luckily I managed to ring and someone came round to tell us that had all changed and now you had to check in at Condotti . So I stayed in our room and my husband went to check in . This could have been put right with a second message telling us all this before hand .
We would stay there again but probably get an up grade to the room and make sure how to check in !
- Rizza (10/5): Stay Inn Rome very nice staff & good location - Stay Inn Rome is in very good location and walking distance to Metro and walking distance to most of the famous sites such as Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. I love this hotel and definitely were coming back to this hotel and last but not the least , the staf , Paula and Daniela are very nice and helpful.
- Aaron (10/5): Customer Service was A+ - Excellent location! The front desk lady was extremely helpful. She was able to order us taxis, set up tours and explain how far sites were. We really appreciated her help during our stay. The only downfall was the A/C. It was really hot in the room, to the point that we woke up a few times. The A/C wasn't as strong as we expected, but besides that, we were very lucky to have such a great room in a great location!
- Thomas (4/5): - The first room was adequate for the price but the noise the first night of 7 was aweful. Thin floors and noisy hallways kept us up most of the night and did not allow for a nice stay. Cleaning crews made it a point to be extra noisy in morning to get you out of your room so they could clean. Such excess that they would slam doors and make enough noise to raise the dead. The ultimate critic was after moving two times, do to the noise, that a pair of expensive shoes were stolen during a move and it seemed no one knew a thing. I've travelled the world from 2- 5 star hotels and this failure to accept responsibility or even address the issue forces me to bid you great caution when staying at this hotel. Proceed with caution and if you choose to stay bring noise cancelling headphones or earphones. I'll never return to this hotel.
- Ranyah (10/5): Amazing Customer Service! - A couple of my friends and I stayed here during our stop in Rome. The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She helped us with any questions we had, and provided many recommendations for places to visit. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine per room which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were spacious with ample counter space which was great compared to our other hotels in Europe. We definitely recommend staying here!
- Adam (8/5): Central location, clean, simple and good price. - This hotel was in a central location (Via del Corsa) so it was easy to walk to places like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon were no more than 35 minutes walk away.
The nearest metro station was about 10 minutes walk away also.
There are plenty of shops around the area including a local super market Carrefour Express and lots of little restaurants for drinks and food.
The hotel itself was clean and the rooms a good size for a 4-5 day city break. They were always clean and pleasant upon returning from the day out.
I recommend staying at this hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was a small hotel. Quite clean but fairly basic. Windows were really sound proofed when closed. Almost a utilitarian feel. The registration desk wasn't open until 10 as advertised but they were able to ensure we got in the hotel even so.
- Patricia (10/5): Great location - Traveling in Rome for the first time and found this location to be ideal for being able to walk to most of the sites. It was fantastic for restaurants and shopping as well. The hotel was great for the price. My first room was very small and then I was able to switch to a larger room which was more comfortable. The staff is wonderful, addressing every need very quickly. I would definitely stay again.
- Wanda (8/5): Nice hotel right close to everything - I recently stayed at the Stay Inn for 8 nights with my sister and it was a great location in the Spanish Steps area of the historic district. We were within walking distance to all of the main attractions and right in the middle of a lot of shopping and good restaurants. The room was comfortable and the staff was just wonderful. They were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms all of Wi-Fi access and there is also a computer out by the reception area.
The reception area is on the 2nd floor of the building (as are the first level of rooms) so you have to take the elevator or stairs to check in.
- Linda (10/5): Rome 2016 ❤️ - Amazing!!!
- Trish (10/5): Fantastic stay!!!!! - Great cozy hotel. We were so pleased. Staff and housekeeping were so friendly. Walking distance to shopping, great eats, gelato shops, close to Trevi and spanish steps. Piazza del Popolo up the street was beautiful to relax and people watch in. You just cannot beat the location. Cannot wait to visit Rome again soon.
- Natalie (10/5): Lovely hotel! - Stay inn Rome was a beautiful hotel with a great location. It's in central Rome in the main shopping district near the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The colosseum is about 30 mins away (walking) and the Vatican is around the same. The rooms were very modern and the bathrooms were beautiful with a nice shower with good water pressure.
- charlotte (8/5): Great little hotel, close to everything - I stayed here with my partner for three nights and room was lovely very modern with a lovely balcony room. Some rubble did fall from the ceiling in our room when upstairs moved around but was no biggie! It would have been even better if they offerered breakfast but we didn't mind so much.
staff were always helpful and showed us where the best places to go were on the map and ordered us a transfer back to the airport!
Our room overlooked the shopping street but it was very quiet at night time!
Thanks for a lovely stay!
- Kerri (10/5): Great hotel for short stay in Rome - This hotel is a great base for your stay in Rome. We were only there for 3 days so it was in a great location to get to all the main sights within a short distance. Very convenient to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The Stay Inn was perfect for us, clean room triple room with lovely balcony overlooking via del Corsi. Lovely helpful reception staff who organised transfer to and from Fiumicino airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel for location and safety as we were 3 girls travelling together.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent location for all attractions - The hotel is perfect for visiting attractions such as colleseum, trevi pantheon, and sort tube to Vatican and St. Peter's so stay here if u wanna do all that. Rooms comfy and clean. Staff great.
- Cindy (8/5): Cozy place for two - My husband & I stayed for 3 nights. The location was among lots of shopping, close to Metro & restaurants. We were able to enjoy the street musicians when windows were open. Quietness when Windows shut. The room was small but clean & the decor had Italian character.
- Lolita (8/5): Great location - Nice staff and helpful. Very clean and modern room. He had the room with the street view and it was so nice to people watch at night shopping and to listen to street performers, once the window is closed you can't hear anything. The only thing we didn't like was the shower was too small and the pillows are too flat. I would recommend the hotel to provide a better breakfast instead of just a croissant and coffee. Other than that the stay was fabulous! Closed to everything, shopping, restaurants, Grocery store, monuments, Metro, etc.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent hotel staff who is ready to go out of the way to make your stay in Rome a very enjoyable and memorable one.
- Armon (10/5): Supper Location to all great things in Rome - Great located hotel right on Via Del Corsa, the main artery of the centre of Rome and a very lively street with great restaurants and shopping. Spanish Steps, Trivi Fountain, Patheon and Piazza Navona short walks. Rooms where very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to go back.
- Patricia (6/5): Small boutique with lots of charm. - The location was wonderful because it was full of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room had a window that looked directly Via Corso. Lots of performers to view and hear them from room. This is a good place if you want a low maintenance stay. The only concern is that the walls are thin and you can hear everything. This is a great bargain for a couple.
- Darryl (8/5): Close to everything! - Great boutique hotel and location is excellent for all the sites of Rome. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had the room right behind reception that looks over the street. Wonderful and charming!
Would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location, very good service, good room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Stay inn Rome is perfect for short get away - I really enjoyed staying here! It was in the heart of Rome just near the Spanish steps not far from all the big landmarks. The room is small but if you're not staying for a short time and want to be close to the action this is it.
It is very quiet and clean and the staff is very helpful with tips for seeing things in the city. I did have a problem with not having hotel reception late at night. I lost my key one night and had a rough time getting to the sister hotel to get a new key and get into my room. A big pain in the butt! But over all I loved the hotel and staff and would stay again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel would recommend - Great hotel clean , modern
Good central location staff friendly and helpful would highly recommend
- g & e (10/5): Great hotel with great location - Great hotel close to restaurants, sites and all things fabulous in rome. Hotel has everything you need and is very clean
- Elizabeth (10/5): A gem in the heart of Rome - Spent 3 nights in this lovely place. Staff were friendly and assisted us with checking in and printing our flight boarding passes and taxi for airport. Excellent location, Especially if you like shopping! Could walk to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel.
- omar (10/5): Nice hotel, good location - Good hotel, great location
Don't stress make the booking
Won't regret it
- Natalia (10/5): Wonderful cute modern rooms in Rome - We loved this hotel! It's located in the center of everything you want to see while visiting Rome. The customer service was also wonderful. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond for us.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Rome alone - Great location. My only complaint is that there is no receptionist past 7 pm. Traveling alone, this made me uncomfortable. But other than that and the fact that the room was TINY, it was all that I needed.
- Greg (6/5): Hotel was good - Hotel was fine for the 1 night we stayed there. The elevator was the smallest thing you will ever come across and this was inconvenient- other than that, the hotel was clean and in a great spot.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great stay in Rome - Very central and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
- Judith (10/5): - Great location and staff. They need to offer more for the free breakfast.
- Michael (8/5): Great Location and Well Priced - The hotel has small rooms in the European style but they are clean and modern. The WiFi is free and quite fast. The staff were very helpfull and gave some good advice on a restaurant and local attractions. The location is great and you can walk to just about anywhere. The hotel is reasonably priced. Would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.
- Monica (6/5): Not satisfying - Very tiny rooms, AIR conditon was turned off, because og the season. IT was terrible hot, and impossible to turn on the AC even though I asked several times. Difficult sleeping cus of heat, and really har pillows.
- David S (8/5): Nice hotel in Rome - Staff very helpful and spoke English.
Great location in safe neighborhood.
Walking distance to major attractions.
Only downside was the Italian breakfast which was a croissant left in the room daily.
- Roger (10/5): Perfect location - Friendly staff, always helping, close to restaurants and safe place
- Leah (10/5): "Stay Inn" Room - We loved our visit to the this hotel from the second we walked in the door! They were so welcoming and accommodating. We stayed at four other at four other hotels on our trip and this was definitely our favorite. The best value by far!!
- Moe (10/5): Location , location , location - Beautiful hotel in a great location and front desk staff that are the sweetest that I ever met , they did everything possible To make our stay so nice and comfortable and I would go back there again .
The location is very convenient to all the important places in Rome and walking distance to all the beautiful resturant .
The hotel is very updated , upscale and clean
Thanks again and hope to see you Guys soon
- RAUL (8/5): Stay Inn Rome when in Rome - The staff and room were great. The location is great and centrally located; however the street is very busy, so as soon as you walk out you are in the crowds. The entrance to the hotel is not typical and can easily be missed. Once inside the room, it has been updated and feels like you are in your own space.
- Jay (10/5): High ratings for Hotel Stay Inn Rome. - Awesome place to stay. Very modern for American standards. Great location very near The Spanish Steps. Very close to the Metro stop Spangna. Would recommend to anyone. Price was very reasonable.
- Dan (8/5): Poor wi-fi connectivity, but great location - We arrived at the Stay Hotel on March 8, 2015, the lobby is on the second floor and our room was on the fourth floor. The room was large, clean and very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the street below. The lift was tiny and could not accommodate two people with their luggage so we carried our bags up first two flights of stairs to the lobby and two more to our room. The only problem we had was that we could not get a Wi-Fi connection with the free Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. Our US telephone carrier did not have service in Europe so we relied on Wi-Fi connectivity using our cell phones or tablets to communicate with family back home. We verified login with the front desk and even while in the lobby area had very intermittent connectivity to their free Wi-Fi. The front desk offered to allow us to use their electronic device but we just wanted to use Skype on our tablet and it wouldn't stay logged in to even make a call. The front desk offered to allow us to use the computer at the front desk because the one provided in the lobby would not power on. We just wanted to be able to chat with family in the privacy of our room. We found another hotel in an adjacent building with a functioning Wi-Fi and checked out of the Stay Hotel. We didn't enjoy our stay there but only because of the inability to connect to their Wi-Fi. It really is a great location; the Stay Hotel just needs to improve their Wi-Fi so it works on all floors of the hotel with increased bandwidth.
