• Superior Double Room

  Unique first floor double bedroom with outdoor seating on private balcony/terrace facing the front of the building onto a beautiful tree-lined avenue. Bedroom features king sized bed, private bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath, air-con, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, desk/table, mini-fridge and free tea/coffee. The room size is similar to a standard double, but this is Superior because of the bigger bed, bathroom with jacuzzi and the large french windows onto the outdoor terrace. The outdoor front terrace is unique only to the Superior Double room and it is the only smoking area available in this nonsmoking hotel. No smoking inside the bedroom, only outside on the balcony.

• Small Triple Room - Lower Ground

  This air-conditioned small triple room has the exact same facilities as the standard triple room, the only difference is the bedroom size is a bit smaller, therefore best for small suitcases. The bathroom is bigger than the average triple room, only the bedroom is smaller. It is located on the Lower Ground floor/basement level at the rear of the building, so is not as bright as other rooms. It is only half a staircase below ground which means it is ideal if you do not want to walk up/down many stairs. The SMALL Triple has one standard double bed and one single bed. • Amalia (6/5): Lugnt, trevligt, tryggt. Men lite minus på städningen. - Superbra läge, lugnt och med närhet till restauranger, affärer, Hyde park och paddington station. Trevlig avslappnad personal. Vårt rum var bra, det låg i en angränsande byggnad, så vi skötte oss själva till stor del. Området är lugnt och kändes tryggt. Vi bodde i ett rum för fyra på bottenvåningen med ett stort fönster ut mot gatan, men vi tyckte bara det var en fördel, eftersom det gick att öppna för vädring och dessutom hade en djup fönsternisch som man kunde sitta i. Kylskåp på rummet var toppen. Bubbelbadkar var också ett plus, även om det hade några år på nacken. Det enda som var negativt var att städningen inte var jättebra. Det var dammigt under sängarna och uppe på lampor etc. Det städades en gång under de fem dagar vi bodde där, och efter det var dammet var fortfarande kvar under sängarna. Verkar mest som om de bäddat sängarna (utan att byta lakan) , tömt papperskorgarna och fyllt på toapapper. Men de meddelade oss när vi kom att det bara skulle städas en gång och om vi ville byta handdukar etc. oftare skulle vi lägga dem på golvet utanför rummet. Så vi var ju förvarnade.

Fue suficiente. Notar que no hay ascensor. Nada; cumplió con las expectativas, la descripción y comentarios en el sitio son acorde a lo que uno encuentra y lo que se paga.

• Winslow (5/5): - Easy to find and to navigate London via The Tube. They don't serve breakfast, disappointing as that's why I booked this hotel. I was asked to pay a security deposit that was only transferred back to me a month later. This deposit was only communicated after I made the booking.

• Mai (9/5): Second time stay - Location in Quiet nice area with private entrance. The hotel is few minutes walk to Paddington station and also to Lancaster gate station and Hyde park, it is a strategic location. Staff were helpful. Room was good. There is a refrigerators and a kettle.

Pas du tout le sens de la relation client!!! Propreté à revoir: cheveux sur la literie en arrivant, et poils sur la bouilloire (cf. photos) après que le ménage ait été fait, super! Literie pas confortable: mal de dos toute la journée

• Minna (8/5): - The location was excellent!!! Tube station(s) so close by and Paddington being one of them is a huge plus. The staff was very friendly. We stayed from Friday to Monday, no cleaning service at all in between. I don't mind using same towels or not having my bed made, but emptying the trash and having more toilet paper would have been necessary.

• Richard (6/5): Great location. Affordable. Close to everything. Good for just resting if you’re gonna be outside all day. - Location was perfect. Near train and bus routes. Near restaurants and shops. 15-30 min walk to tourist locations and museums. There is a/c so that’s good. I didn’t expect the size to be so small/cramped. It’s good for solo travelers if you just use the space to rest or a quick recharge. But not for anything more than 2 people. The bed might be a 50/50 shot for some but I would sink into the bed, but I’m just a big guy. Also cleaning is everyday and that might be a problem for some. I don’t mind it personally.

• Veronica (7/5): - Posizione fantastica, trasporti vicini sia metro che autobus, ottimo quartiere. Personale davvero gentile e super disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Per salire al terzo e quarto piano c’erano delle scale molto ripide, davvero difficile salire con un bagaglio grande.

• Margherita (8/5): Un buon compromesso - La struttura è posizionata molto bene. Il personale è molto accogliente. Ho chiesto un phon migliore di quello che avevamo in camera e mi hanno subito accontentato. La camera era piccola ma molto confortevole. Probabilmente i muri sono parecchio sottili ma nulla che non consenta notti tranquille.

• Wondimu (7/5): - It is OK. I wish there was a lift. The stairs are so narrow and steep. It is so difficult to climb particularly to the last floor with bags. It is an Rhdesaccident waiting to happen. Please change the kettles to more convenient ones.

• Francesca (8/5): Struttura un po' datata ma funzionale e in ottima posizione - La posizione é fantastica, letteralmente 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Paddington quindi ampia scelta di metro e bus per ogni luogo di Londra. Avendo fatto il check in presto ci hanno fatto scegliere piano e affaccio della stanza tra quelle disponibili. I letti singoli della nostra stanza erano comodissimi. Frigobar nella camera e bollitore per fare te e caffè. Bagno un po' piccolo ma con ventola, scalda salviette e asciugacapelli. La stanza assegnata a noi era nella seconda struttura (appena dietro l'angolo) con scale strette e niente ascensore (per noi non é stato un problema, ma per altri potrebbe essere un disagio). La porta della stanza ha la chiave normale che non potevamo lasciare in reception ma ci siamo dovute portare in giro con noi. La pulizia della stanza lasciava un po' a desiderare (polvere sotto i letti, sopra l'armadio dove ho riposto la valigia vuota, il letto rifatto solo buttando su il copriletto, le lenzuola sotto erano ancora tutte arruffate). Nella stanza non c'era la cassaforte e ci siamo quindi portate dietro i passaporti per non lasciarli in stanza.

• Diana (2/5): Wenig für viel Geld. - Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge, sehr zentral aber ruhig. Die Nähe zum Park ist ideal. Für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit. Das die Zimmer in London klein sind ist sicher nicht das Problem aber der Zustand ist eine Katastrophe. Alles ist abgewohnt, Flecken auf den Betten, kaputter Föhn, die Dusche total verkalkt, einfach nicht sauber, alles verrammelt und wackelt, das Bad ist so klein das man sich kaum umdrehen kann, Vorhänge lassen sich auch nicht vernünftig auf und zumachen, die Liste ist leider lang. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich.
• Miriam (8/5): Ubicación ideal - Sin duda, la ubicación. Kensignton gardens y hyde park a 5 minutos. Parada Paddington a 5 minutos. Muy buena zona, segura. En el tipo de casas donde está el hotel no hay ascensores.Nos hospedaron en un 4º, con dos niñas pequeñas y yo embarazada… La limpieza diaria inexistente. Tenía que ir detrás de la limpiadora rogándole que entrase al menos a barrer.

• Emelie (4/5): Kommer tyvärr inte tillbaka - Bra läge Var smutsigt, låg saker under sängen från tidigare boende, toalett och handfat var inte städat och lovades städning efter halva vistelsen men blev ingen städning alls under hela vistelsen. Grannarna flyttade möbler till 01:00 på natten blev galen fick inte sova

• maria del carmen (6/5): Excelente ubicación, pero con problemas de ruido y espacio - La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a todo: estación de tren, metro y autobuses. Además, hay muchos restaurantes cerca y el barrio es tranquilo y seguro Se escuchaba mucho ruido de las cañerías y también todo lo que ocurría en las demás habitaciones. Sabíamos que la habitación era pequeña, pero para tres personas con tres maletas apenas había espacio para moverse.
