Rooms with plenty of mold on the roof we had a terrible night there with my wife couldn’t sleep because of the smell of the mold some type of insect and noises on the steet.

Toen wij sliepen kwam er iemand en probeerde de deur open te doen met een sleutel.politie gebeld maar helaas niet geholpen.verlichting was kapot .Op tv had je geen normale zending ,wel YouTube Netflix als je er een heb.....

- Williams (6/5): Overall a very good place to stay for a short time at a low price. Staff were handy and my room was perfectly fine for t - The Room was quite comfortable for how much it cost. The Air conditioner worked perfectly which was good because it was very hot outside. The bed was very nice to sleep in too. The fridge was very handy. Very close to Taksim, the Metro, the Bus and the Shops. The photos are unfortunately misleading. It wasn’t terrible but the photos are a lie. The room wasn’t too bad. The only problem is that I had no hot water at all. No hot tap water or shower water which was bad, to be fair some people may like cold showers on the hot days which there were. There was shower gel provided but it was not enough. The Locals did give me some looks but this was partly expected.

The issues were as follows: - Severe hygiene problems: The room had a persistent foul odor - Unclean bathroom: The facilities were dirty and emitted a strong sewage smell - Uninhabitable conditions: The state of the room made it impossible to stay As a result, I was forced to immediately leave the property and book alternative accommodation at another hotel for 330€. when needed I can send you photographic evidence of the conditions. I respectfully request: Full refund for the original booking since I paid 330€ incurred for alternative accommodation Please respond as soonest and contact me on phone or email. - Yousef (1/5): Bad - The truth is, I'm very unhappy with the conditions of the suite and I didn't like anything about it. The suite was very damp and no one came to clean it during the 8 nights we were there and there were many things missing like toilet paper and other things. The fridge was broken and we couldn't put anything in the fridge and it was dirty and the air conditioner didn't work and the suite didn't have enough light and the suite was in a bad location near Taksim Square with a steep slope and every day we had to stand and hear the noise of the kids playing and it was hell for us and the shower in the bathroom was broken. In short I regret getting this suite and I suggest everyone not to waste their money on this suite.

- Enis (2/5): - Katastrophal!!! wir kamen gegen sehr spät in der Nacht an, und mussten eine halbe Stunde warten, bis jemand von der Rezeption kam. Obwohl wir mehrmals angerufen haben, hat sich das Personal nicht stressen lassen! Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, war es schmutzig, das Bett war nicht gemacht (wie als hätte jemand einpaar Stunden zuvor dort geschlafen) Müll lag rum und Essensreste, die verschimmelt waren lagen rum. Als wir dann dieses Problem ansprachen, wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, welches sehr Schlimm gestunken hat!!! Übernachten in diesem Zimmer keine Chance. Für uns war direkt klar wir müssen uns ein anderes Zimmer in einer anderen Unterkunft buchen, was wir auch gemacht haben. Katastrophales Erlebniss! Ich empfehle es keinem!!!

- Bahjat (1/5): Very Disappointing Couldn’t Even Stay One Night - I checked in at 2 PM and ended up checking out just a few hours later I couldn’t even complete one night at Element Suites. From the start, the check-in process was rigid and unaccommodating. The reception didn’t offer any help with our bags, and the service overall felt cold and uninterested. The room condition wasn’t great either small issues throughout, no hand tissues, no complimentary water or coffee, and no in-room phone to contact reception. If you need anything, you have to physically go down yourself. With all these issues combined, I couldn’t justify staying. Definitely not recommended.

- IHAB (2/5): - I been in this place few times as close to Taksim but this room was first time place Getting very Bad Despite the Fact is Very Dirty It is like a hostel not As any of the Photos, and it is inhuman it is like shelter, but i have read other Reviews Responding From Kind of Idiot instead of explaining or apology He tells ppl what do you expect for very cheap night i agree but you Just also have to take a photo of A real condition of the property Right Now and update your Description so people can decide based on reality do not treat ppl like you giving them bargains you post price and photos so the only one knows you are Foul tourist is you so please as much you are brave to aggressively answer reviews just be honest , but putting photos for the building since it built and ppl will think that is the room and building conditions, also Expedia shouldn’t post such places to stay we are not Coming to immigrate we are coming on vacation and we pay for it. - Verified traveler (2/5): Interessenloses Personal - Tägliche Zimmerreinigung? Nur nach tagelangem betteln wurde mal der Müll mitgenommen, hin und wieder gab es mal neue Handtücher und mit viel Glück wurde das Zimmer auch mal schnell feucht durchgewischt. Wobei der Eimer mit Wasser für sämtliche Zimmer auf allen Etagen genutzt wurde. Lecker, lecker. Zum Einzug gab es auch 3 Stück Kaffee. Danach nie wieder. Selbst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage bei der Rezeption gab es nichts. Wozu dann einen Wasserkocher, Zucker und Tassen im Zimmer?

- peter (8/5): good value - ive stayed here many times because its a very good price for central istanbul- it is quite basic but it has character, it is in the tarlabasi a very old district of istanbul, a bit ramshackle- which i like, but safe,. there are friendly reception staff, close to istiklal caddesi with its many restaurants and shops. its on a very steep street so not great for people with mobility problems, it is also close to the famous sunday market, comfortable bed, i slept well
- Somayeh (2/5): - 0/5 It was not safe at all, it was very dirty and had a bad smell. The whole room smelled of paint. We only stayed there for half an hour and we all got headache. The photos posted on the internet did not match the reality at all. The staff did not behave well and did not take care of our problems at all. We arrived at 11pm and had to look for a new hotel that night. Although the problems were from the hotel, they did not return our money and treated us badly. They are thieves!!!

- Mounir (2/5): Évitez cet hôtel. - Hôtel très salé, situé dans une rue en pente, difficile d'accès. La chambre, en sous sol, est horrible. Le frigo était tellement bruyant qu'on a du le débrancher, les draps sentaient mauvais. Rien à voir avec les photos du site. N'y allez pas, vous serez obligé de chercher une autre chambre.

- Gobi (1/5): Do not except the airport pick up service the hotel offers, its double the price of normal taxi …. amd it never arrived - staff where so bad, i choose to leave before end of stay and book elsewhere
- Nabil (1/5): Extremely bad and liars - Photos are totally different from reality.. No room service and no cleaning, no parking, very bad internet and unfortunately liars. I booked a room on booking and paid online, the room was very bad and different from photos so i asked for a paid upgrade. We agreed on the amount to pay the difference as per booking rate - upon payment he asked for cash instead of card, i paid in USD and he said i’ll give u the balance after 4 hours because i do not have cash now so i said it’s fine. Suddenly at night and upon check-out he said sorry i cannot give you back your money in return as his manager did not accept the rate (although we previously agreed to pay as per booking online rate) After all bad service and noise, unfortunately this is what we faced in the end. I don’t advise people to stay there at all. Thank you
- Danish (1/5): Bad - They charge me double. I paid cash there. Already i mentioned i will pay by cash. Not to deduct from my card. But they deducted before my friend reach there. And then they rcv cash also. Very third class and very poor service. I didnt expect this.
