- Mohd Rasidi (1/5): - Dissatisfied with the service at Hotel Metrostar, Kuala Lumpur. I booked a room with a *king-size bed*, but was given a *single bed* instead — with the excuse that all rooms were full. They changed the room type without consent, which is unacceptable. The room condition was also disappointing due to an unpleasant smell, likely coming from poorly maintained carpet flooring. Even worse, the customer service was extremely lacking. I had to wait nearly *30 minutes* just to have the parking gate opened — showing a clear lack of responsiveness to guests’ needs. The hotel management should be more attentive and professional in ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. Not recommended for those who value comfort, good service, and professionalism.
- Hamed (6/5): لا بأس به ان لم تجد فندق أقل ازدحاما - الموقع وسط السوق يوجد بجانب الفندق سوبر ماركت كبير الاستقبال متعاون رائحة الفرش الإنتظار فترة طويلة لركوب المصعد بسبب كثرة القادمين إليه من الهند وكذلك وجود مصعد واحد لعشرات الطوابق لا يسمح بالدخول قبل ساعة 3 عصرا
- HAJI SAIFULRIJAL (3/5): - The place is strategic easy to find food. They changed my booking room from king bed to two single bed. This is not the first time but second time I stay there. When I arrived at the hotel the towel was wet. The lif of the hotel also took half an hour to go down.
- Thi Thanh Thuy (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you need proper rest; there were too many Indian guests. - Friendly staff, always willing to help. The room had a smell of cockroach droppings and urine, and the blanket, pillows, and bed sheets carried the body odor of previous guests without being replaced with fresh ones.The pillow was so hard that I had a sore neck after waking up

- 185sankare (6/5): Not upto the mark - Very disappointed with the stay. only positive is its location for who wants to stay in the Masjid India area . Located above Hanifa department store , do not have a parking space. Rooms are very okayish and nothing like in the photos. Breakfast has dosa counter and it’s ok. All things said above can be even adjusted but the main problem is lift availability. they have two lifts and most cases only one works and had to wait for half an hour for the lift and once Myself and elder parents had to climb down the stairs from 10th floor. That hurts.

- D (7/5): Good - Location. Very strategic. We were regulars of Starpoints for nearly 20 years. The room was very musty. Didn't have a rubbish bin in the toilet. Toilet floor very slippery. I slipped and hit my ankle on the door curb coming out of the shower.

Last year i met Knee operation over the Left leg. I am asking with hotel staff simply said its an Management information no one working or maintaining the lift wrost behavior of the hotel Please dont choose this hotel...My humble request
