Non ho apprezzato la presenza delle grate alle finestra che impediscono di guardare fuori, per capire il meteo fuori devi guardare dagli spiragli :)

Very nice to our 2 little childr - I wasn’t happy with the first room that was selected for us and even though it was Golden Week the staff helped me with a larger room. Just the first room. It didn’t have enough room for my husband and I to each have our suitcase opened
- Jeffrey (9/5): - Akasaka is a well connected area so staying at this hotel made it easy to get around. The major benefit to this room was the kitchenette and the washer/dryer in the room. The room I stayed in didn't have a bathtub.

- Veronika (7/5): Großes sauberes Zimmer, aber laut - Die Lage in Akasaka ist super Das Zimmer war ungewöhnlich groß für Japan Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls geräumig Waschmaschine im Zimmer Bequemes Bett Wir waren im 5. Stock und man hat wirklich alles von draußen im Zimmer gehört. Das Geschrei der Gäste unten von der Ramenbar, oder vom Partykeller um 3 in der Früh, die Lieferautos und LKWs ab 4 Uhr, Betrunkene, die auf der Straße gingen,... Die Wände leiten alles weiter, so als wäre das Geschehen direkt im Raum. Man muss aber dazusagen, dass wir 3 Zimmer gebucht haben und 2 davon hatten kein Fenster auf die Straße und waren ruhig.

- Wilfredo (7/5): Comfortable stay with a central location - Good location in the center of Tokyo. Liked the personal washing machine in our particular room. The water pressure and water temp was also all good. The room itself was clean and neat but did look dated. Pretty close to two subway lines that will get you to the major Tokyo spots. The staff were all friendly and always attentive. They helped arrange a van to Haneda Airport 4 hours in advance (12k yen at the time). Possible pro/con depending on your POV- there are a number of bars/pubs in the area so it does get lively and loud in the weekends. Dated interior No pots, pans, utensils even though there was a cooktop and kitchen sink

- Emily (8/5): Amazing hotel in akasaka - The location was amazing. The neighborhood is so nice, and the staff were amazing. Very helpful, and they really fostered an environment of positivity! The washer dryer combo machine in the room didn’t work well. The dryer function was basically useless.

- Paul (7/5): Interesting spot with nice staff and a few issues - Big room, ok location, nice staff. Balcony annex room was practically all windows. Whilst up high we had a lot of light coming through all night and early morning. Some noise from street also but all in all were able to get some sleep. Some investment in proper blockout blinds or heavier opaque curtains would be very welcome and helpful. Some off banging noises all night and was given bar fridge with see through door and light on all night!

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile nell'aiutarci a risolvere alcune questioni non legate alla camera e possibilità di spedire i bagagli. Buona posizione con tre linee di metro nelle vicinanze. Forse il bagno un pochino piccolo, soprattutto per la doccia.

- Małgorzata (9/5): Super convenient location and spacious rooms - Spacious rooms with everything you need. Very helpful staff. Great location, just a short walk from all metro lines you need to see main attractions of Tokyo. Bathroom was tiny, it was almost impossible to open shower door while keeping the bathroom doors closed. That's the only downside but managable.

- Angela (5/5): - Hotel vecchio e non particolarmente pulito. Posizionato in una strada rumorosa anche di notte. Scarso rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ad altri hotel di Tokyo. La camera era piccola, buoia e senza finestre. La camera prevedeva una cucina ma senza padelle, piatti, posate, bicchieri etc da noleggiare a un prezzo di 1000yen.

- Marco (5/5): Good location but room was way too loud - Good location, close to subway stations, restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of a nightlife area, and the room is not sound-proof. It was very hard to sleep with the noise coming from outside all night, till early morning. Staff needs to be aware that for residents of Japan they should not take copies of IDs. I mentioned that (and showed my ID) but they still took a copy for whatever reason.

- Brianna (10/5): Would stay again! - The location of the hotel is excellent with several train lines nearby. The staff were all friendly and helpful during check in and able to hold our bags before and after check out. There were amenities offered in the lobby like toothbrushes, razors, teas, and more as well as restocked water bottles in the rooms everyday. They also had small shared guest spaces on certain floors with couches which were helpful due to lack of space for sitting in our room. Rooms are a bit small but expected for Japan.

The staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room had no wardrobe and was very small so you couldn’t really relax in it. You were living out of a suitcase. There was no communal area to sit and chill or to-interact with other guests. The reception area was very dated and not what I would expect from a three star hotel.

However, the location comes with some very specific trade-offs. The Pros: Unbeatable Price: One of the most affordable options in the area. Incredible Convenience: You are steps away from dozens of restaurants and multiple convenience stores. You will never go hungry here. 가성비는 최고, 하지만 주변 분위기는 꼭 알고 가세요! 잠만 잘 저렴한 숙소를 찾으시거나 주변에 먹을 곳 많은 게 중요하다면 나쁘지 않은 선택이에요. 기차 한번 갈아타면 중심지 어디든 갈수있지만 위치 특성상 호불호가 확실히 갈릴 것 같습니다. 특히 자녀가 있는 가족이 오기엔 별로일수있습니다. 장점: 가격이 진짜 저렴해요. 신주쿠, 긴자, 도쿄역 어디든 기차 하번 갈아타는 정도로 할만합니다. 편의시설 대박: 바로 근처에 식당이랑 편의점이 널려 있어서 뭐 사 먹기는 정말 편해요. The Cons: The Neighborhood: The street is extremely busy and sits right in a "red light"? district. It’s common to see young women holding signs with 30-minute rates and men with earpieces (who look like handlers) standing on every corner. It can feel a bit suspicious or intimidating if you aren't expecting it. The Commute: If you are using the nearby station, be prepared—the morning and evening rush hour trains are absolutely packed. The Room: As expected for the price, the room is very small. It’s fine for a solo traveler or a couple with light luggage, but it will feel cramped for three despite the room accommodating for three. Verdict: Good for solo travelers on a budget who just need a bed, but maybe not the best choice for families or those easily bothered by a "seedy" nightlife scene. 단점 (주의사항): 주변 환경: 숙소 앞 거리가 좀 유흥가 느낌이에요. 30분당 얼마인지 적힌 팻말을 든 여자분들이나, 이어폰 끼고 서 있는 남자분들(삐끼?)들이 골목마다 있어서 밤엔 분위기가 좀 묘하고 불편할 수 있어요. 지옥철: 근처 역을 이용하신다면 출퇴근 시간대는 피하세요. 사람이 진짜 끼어 죽을 정도로 많습니다. 좁은 객실: 가격이 싼 만큼 방이 정말 좁아요. 3명 묶는 방에 캐리어 하나정도 펼칠수 있는 빠듯한 전형적인 일본식 비즈니스 호텔 크기입니다. 한 줄 평: 혼자 여행하는 가성비 중시 여행자에게는 추천! 하지만 가족 여행이나 깔끔하고 조용한 분위기를 선호하시는 분들께는 비추입니다.

Overall, very satisfied and we will again book this hotel in the future. Very recommendable. No microwave inside the room, nevertheless it is available in the common area.
