• Christoph (10/5): Perfekter Unterkunft für größere Gruppen oder Familien - Die Lage ist extrem gut! Die Zimmer waren optimal eingerichtet und sauber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
• Lina (10/5): Patogi jauki vieta - Puiki jauki lokacija, daugybė lankytinų įdomių vietų pasiekiama pėsčiomis ir šiapus, ir anapus upės. Vieta saugi, rakinamas įėjimas, laiptinė. Šalia yra keli restoranai, jauki vyninė, puiki meno galerija. Visai netoli prekybos centras su didesne maisto parduotuve. Atvykę gavome išsamius paaiškinimus ir rekomendacijas dėl patogios viešnagės. Apartamente radome visus reikalingus patogumus, indus. Erdvios ir patogios lovos, pakankamai tamsios užuolaidos. Kelios mažos smulkmenos: tai senas namas ir kanalizacija protarpiais leisdavo garsus. Vonia didelė ir patogi, bet pakyla šiek tiek pavojinga jei šlapia. Šalia apartamento yra restoranų, užeigų, todėl vakare girdisi triukšmo, taip pat pasitaiko triukšmingų vėlyvų praeivių, šalia nuostabi bažnyčia, bet anksti skambina varpai :) Turėjome ausų kamštukus, todėl tai nekėlė jokių problemų.

Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito, molto silenzioso nonostante la posizione centrale e ricco di tutti i servizi minimi necessari. Lo scootex, la macchinetta del caffe con le capsule a disposzione, il bollitore con le bustine di te a disposizone. Le spugne pulite e i detersivi necessari per la lavastoviglie a disposizone. Sembrano servizi banali, ma che non si trovano a disposizone in tutti gli appartamenti. Se proprio devo trovare un aspetto negativo, l'unica nota negativa del nostro appartamento è stato il parquet che scricchiolava molto in certi punti e di notte alzarsi per andare in bagno significava svegliare il resto della famiglia. Ma questo non ha certo influito sulla valutazione positiva della struttura

• TAKAYOSHI (3/5): 不便 - 旧市街地の真ん中にあり観光スポットに徒歩で行ける。 バスタブ付きが嬉しい。 旧市街地の真ん中があだとなり、トラム、地下鉄の最寄り駅が400ｍと遠かった。 アパートまで石畳をスーツケースを持って歩くのが大変だった。 ３階の部屋にエレベータがなく上りにくい階段も大変。 スーパーも近くになく不便。 部屋に入るのに４つの鍵が必要。部屋のドワには２つの鍵がついており、解錠するののに毎回四苦八苦。

We also liked that a washing machine was on site. I appreciated that when we checked in we were walked through the apartment. Only one bathroom but the toilet was in a separate room. Plenty of hot water. Nothing. We had an amazing stay.

• Greg (10/5): Excellent location! - The location is fantastic. The room had 4 beds (approximately a US full size). We were there over the Xmas holiday. The drunk tourists stumbling out of the bars at night can be quite loud but that was only a short period each night.

Cerca de todo andando. Lugar muy auténtico. Recomiendo 100% alojarse en estos apartamentos. No hay nada que apuntar.

We liked having laundry facilities. The beds were quite noisy, the external lights switches didn't work consistently & there is no lift available, so carrying bags up the steps could be challenging

Einfach ein perfekter Kurztrip. Die Badewanne ist etwas schwierig zu händeln, wenn man duschen und nicht alles nass machen will. Aber durchaus machbar!

• AN (9/5): Heerlijk genoten. - Zeer ruim, schoon, lekker warm, opgeruimd, complete keuken. Toilet en badkamer met toilet, voldoende handdoeken De vloer van de overloop kraakte enorm, als je midden in de nacht naar het toilet gaat, wil je anderen niet wakker maken.

• Peter (8/5): Top locatie, ruim appartement! - De locatie is echt fantastisch! Dichter bij het centrum kan in principe niet. Als je de deur uitloopt het je aan beide kanten al een pub zitten en tegenover staat een prachtige kerk! Aan de andere kant van de kerk zit het grote plein, echt top! Alles was hierdoor op loop afstand. Twee van ons zijn best lang (Groter dan 1,90 m), hierdoor is het lastig om in een badkuip de douchen. Je moet de douchekop vasthouden om fatsoenlijk onder de straal te kunnen. En er zit geen douchegordijn o.i.d. dus de hele badkamer wordt nat, niet echt praktisch.
• Andrea (10/5): - Snídani jsem si chystali sami. Lokalita je vynikající, na Staroměstské náměstí to je 1 minutu pěšky. Líbil se mi apartmán v přízemí pro 4 osoby. Čistota byla výborná. Už jsem tady byli po druhé a opět se vrátíme. Není co vytknout, jsem spokojená.

• Sabine (9/5): Sehr saubere, ruhige Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Perfekt für einen Pragaufenthalt! - Feine, kleine Wohnung in äußerst zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten gut. Dusche und WC sind eng, aber dafür wohnt man ja auch in einem Altstadtbau. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr ruhig. Es gibt keinen Kasten, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Küche ist mit den wesentlichen Dingen, die man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine (Tschibo-Kapseln), Mikrowelle. Bei meinem nächsten Prag-Aufenthalt würde ich diese Appartement sofort wieder buchen.

• Weizhen (9/5): - excellent location. Unique and unforgettable old time experience. We stayed right next to a 13 century church, near old town square, in a private cobblestone courtyard behind a tall wood gate, and 2 iron gates.
• Espehaug (10/5): - Nice big apartment with good view of the small streets and the Tyn Church. Good price for big groups while not feeling cramped at all. Great host that showed the whole apartment while giving good tips on different trips, where to eat and where to go shopping.

• Natko (9/5): - We were a group of friends on a weekend in Prague and the location of the apartment was just perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spacious, warm and clean. Our host was excellent, more than attentive and helpful, at youre disposale for tourist information or transfers. The apartment is great to accomodate larger groups or bigger famillies that have came to Prague to explore the culture and food.
• Elaine Fornazieri (8/5): Ótima localização e recepção, mas piso e banheiro precisam atenção - 🟢 Avaliação Positiva Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e bem cuidado, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Embora não tenhamos utilizado a cozinha, o restante do espaço atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades. A acomodação fica no primeiro lance de escada, com mais andares acima — então, para quem busca algo totalmente sem escadas, talvez não seja o ideal. O anfitrião foi extremamente educado e prestativo, o que tornou a comunicação fácil e agradável. Outro ponto forte é a localização: fica logo atrás da praça principal, o que facilita muito o acesso a tudo. Recomendo para quem valoriza limpeza, boa recepção e um ambiente tranquilo. 🔴 Avaliação Negativa Apesar dos pontos positivos, alguns aspectos da acomodação comprometeram o conforto da estadia. O piso de madeira rangia excessivamente, tanto no quarto quanto no corredor que levava ao banheiro. Isso se tornou um grande incômodo, especialmente à noite, quando o silêncio tornava o barulho ainda mais perceptível. Tenho uma filha pequena (1 ano e 10 meses), e era muito difícil circular sem acordá-la — ir ao banheiro de madrugada era praticamente impossível sem causar desconforto. Além disso, o chuveiro espalhava água de forma irregular, provavelmente por falta de limpeza na saída. A pia apresentava vazamento pelo sifão, exigindo que enxugássemos constantemente para evitar riscos de escorregão. Após o banho, também escorria água do mini box, o que deixava o banheiro molhado e pouco prático.
• Nicolas (10/5): Au-delà des attentes - L'hôte était exceptionnel et nous a très bien accueilli. Il nous a également renseigné sur les activités à faire en ville ainsi que sur les magasins d'alimentation, bars, etc. L'appartement était spacieux, propre et complet. Nous reviendrons ici si nous visitons à nouveau Prague. Des volets ou rideaux anti-lumière dans la chambre à coucher serait appréciable.

• PAULA (5/5): The apartment did not meet my expectations, for the price . - Location Beds were uncomfortable. We had a problem with the shower and bath. The shower needs a screen on it.
• Chantal (6/5): Kan beter - De locatie was voortreffelijk, alles op loop afstand goed te bereiken. Prachtige stad, heerlijk eten Harde matrassen, hard kussen, de douche kop hing halverwege je navel i.p.v. boven je hoofd. Ook de badkamer stroomde over na elke douchebeurt. Veel stof in de radiator op het toilet.
