• Sachi (3/5): 値段通りかそれよりちょっと悪いくらいの印象。ネット環境ないのはきつかった。 - 朝のコーヒーのサービスが嬉しかった。 ロケーションはよかった。 ネット環境ありって書いていたのに、ホテルのWi-Fiが繋がらずネット環境が最悪だった。 掃除が不十分でチェックインしてすぐに浴室に髪の毛が数本落ちているのを見て不快だった。

La ventana de la habitación no podía abrirse (comprensible en un octavo piso por seguridad pero podría bascular ligeramente).

• Bárbara Amanda (8/5): - Habitación con todo lo necesario y ubicación en un lugar tranquilo El primer día notamos que nuestras almohadas tenían un pésimo olor. Por suerte el personal de housekeeping no tuvo problema en cambiarla en cuanto lo solicitamos.

• Mariana (7/5): - A cama e almofadas eram confortáveis. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos O quarto no geral tinha um cheiro estranho. Não dava para abrir as janelas para arejar. A casa de banho na zona da sanita cheirava mal.

• FUKAI (4/5): 価格はよかったですが、排水だけ残念でした。 - 近隣情報などがエントランスにあり、食事などの参考となった。 お風呂の排水が弱く、シャワーを浴びていたらどんどん溜まった。抜けきるまで待って再度流すのに時間を要した。

• Akie (7/5): - 清潔、休息に充分な広さ。1番重要な寝具類はかなり良かった。 建物が古く、壁が薄いので、周りの音（ドアの音、廊下での話し声、水の流れる音）が気になった。水廻りも古い印象。水とお湯の水栓が独立で、ちょうど良い温度にするのが難しく、お湯を出したり止めたりするたび再調整。

Não recomendaria pela falta de respeito e de comunicação com um dos recepcionistas. - O hotel é bem localizado, muito proximo há varias pontos de metros e do lado tem um FamilyMart e na esquina seguinte tem uma 7eleven. Os recepcionistas do hotel a maioria não sabiam falar inglês, apenas o japonês e devido a este fato ficou muito dificil a comunicação e obter informações importantes (como contratar o serviço de despacho a mala para outra cidade). Além disso, um recepcionista específico que nos atendeu foi muito grosseiro com a gente, como ele não sabia falar inglês, ele começou a ficar irritado conosco por não estarmos entendendo o que ele estava falando (ele foi grosseiro a ponto de começar a jogar as coisas na nossa frente, tipo caneta, papel, chaves, bem sem educação). Se você não é japonês ou não fala a lingua japonesa, não recomendo ficar nesse hotel, será muito mais dificil a sua hoapedagem.

• Carla (8/5): Convenient, safe stay and a very good value for money with everything you need. - The location is very near subway stations. Very convenient with a lot of konbinis and restaurants around. We have stayed here multiple times and we keep coming back. The value for money is worth it. We will still come back here. We highly recommend it but not for those who don't like small rooms. We understand that the facility is old but they should improve the cleanliness. There is a lot of accumulated dust even on the AC. If you have allergies, be cautious. There were also visible molds on the bathroom. But very minimal.

• Samuel (8/5): Great value for money. - Great reliable hot water, and friendly staff. Quiet and close to train station plus many local restaurants. Only one pillow. Also no mugs, bowls or cutlery, this is usually standard. Wi-fi very slow when it worked but mostly unreliable.

• 平野 (2/5): - 立地は良かった。毎日、清掃には入ってくれた。 道路に面した2階の部屋で３泊したが、街の騒音が聞こえ、大型車が通ると揺れた。夜中に廊下で話している声が聞こえたり、ドアを閉める音がバタンとがひびくなどぜんぜん休まらない滞在であった。

• claudia carolina (9/5): excelente recomendacion - la ubicación es muy buena porque tiene varios locales de comida alrededor y tambien estaciones de metro que facilitan el moverte por la ciudad el aire acondicionado es un poco complicado de entender, y en una parte del techo habia tipo humedad
