• Luiza Clemente Lara (10/5): Perfeita! - Amamos! Ficamos encantados com a qualidade do hotel. Um excelente custo-benefício. Bem localizado, se estiver de carro fica perto de tudo. Cama muito confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, vista incrível. Ammenities de qualidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Gabriel e Soledad. Recebemos um upgrade que foi muito especial! Pedi uma opção vegana no café da manhã e prontamente atenderam. Café da manhã entregue no quarto e delicioso. Gostei de tudo, menos do secador de cabelo. Podia ter um mais potente.
• Anderson Jose (9/5): - Nossa estadia no Rochester foi muito boa, as suítes são excelentes com um bom espaço, bem equipadas, sem barulhos e uma linda vista do lago. A recepção (principalmente o Gabriel e a Soledad) sempre muito solícita, ajudando com dúvidas, oferecendo dicas. O café da manhã é entregue diretamente no quarto, com boa variedade, mas mantendo o mesmo padrão todos os dias e sempre perguntam o horário que gostaríamos de receber na noite anterior. Não chegamos a utilizar as áreas comuns como piscina, academia, etc, mas pareciam estar sempre bem cuidados. Diria que no nosso ponto de vista o contra foi somente a localização, escolhemos o Rochester para ficar um pouco mais afastados do centro e com mais tranquilidade, mas acaba que isso acabou dificultando um pouco pois era necessário sempre se deslocar para o Centro para conhecer os lugares, jantar, sair a noite. Com um hotel no centro isso ficaria mais fácil e com custo menor.

• Laura (10/5): - El lugar es increíble. Muy lindo, limpio, cómodo. Gabriel fue muy amable, nos mostró un mapa mientras nos explicaba puntos que podían ser de nuestro interes. No tienen restaurante pero tienen servicio de dedayuno a la habitación y también brindan números de teléfono de restaurantes que hacen domicilios al hotel. El jacuzzi buenísimo para después de estar todo el día por fuera. Cuenta con parqueadero, está muy bien ubicado. Tiene minibar con cositas que puedes tomar por un buen precio. Nos hicieron limpieza todos los días.

• 839e8297533a7055db846b82c7c91321 (8/5): Lovely spot, we would have spent more time. - We had the suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. The spa was not a crazy deal, but as we were alone in it we enjoyed it, not sure how it would be with a full house or once they finish their expansion. Lovely Bandurrias in the yard made it quite magical, so hopefully they will make sure they keep coming to visit. Nice view to the lake, the road didn't manage to bother enough. Breakfast was quite mediocre , so we really had to rely on the Kitchen.

La atención del personal me agradó mucho, siempre muy atentos y amables. y la ubicación es hermosa, con una gran vista al lago. La amplitud de la habitación y la cama comodísima!!! Me encantó que trajeran el desayuno al apart a la hora que lo solicitemos, me resultaba muy cómodo no tener que cambiarme para ir a desayunar. Estaba muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para poder quedarse a comer ahí mismo La piscina tenía el agua un poco fría. No me agradó que no hay un acceso interno entre el Spa y la habitación. Tuvimos que esperar a que pare de llover para salir mojados y con la bata pasando frío hasta la habitación. Y en línea general estaba bien pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento (por ej. tenía goteras)

It’s horrible experience and I’m highly DO NOT RECCOMEND that hotel for stay for anybody Inside is VERY VERY cold. My child got sick and slept in a jacket all night because it was very cold in the room. There were huge windows that made noise all night and didn't let us sleep. We couldn't sleep normally at night because there was always wind blowing inside the room. The windows are not suitable for living in this room because they are poorly made and the wind gets into the room. The windows are very noisy, they go all the way up the wall. There is a construction site there all the time. It's impossible to stay in this place!!!! right next to the hotel rooms there is a construction site, construction vehicles are driving around and it is very noisy, this is not a hotel I think it’s like an apartments with reception there is 1 person who does not decide anything !!! we were deceived, we booked a hotel for 2 nights, paid for 2 nights, but after the first night we were forced to leave because the hotel does not correspond to what is written on the website, the manager at the reception said that they would return the money and we left, and now they call and say that they do not want to return the money for the last night that we did not stay, they are scammers!!!! everyone who reads this review! do not book this hotel, you will be disappointed!

Location was good and the breakfast in the room was tasty. And don't get me started on the jacuzzi tub!!! AMAZING!! The hot water was unreliable. The first night we had none and the second night it was fine. The fact that it was two small beds into a big bed was annoying. You fell down the crack in the middle of the night. The bidet didn't work. A couple spots in the floor were loose/gaps (by the bathroom)

• Carly (7/5): Pleasant - We like the friendly and enthusiastic man who greeted us in reception. We liked the spa bath, the room was very big with ok view We thought the property was on the waterfront but there is a main road infront of the hotel. It was dated and needed modernisation, like a lot of Argentinian hotels. The breakfast didn’t meet our expectations, we prefer a hot breakfast over a continental. The key card kept not working and the pool needed a clean. Sauna was nice but we needed to wait for it to be turned on.

The road was a bit noisy. access to the spa was external, would be better if you could access from the rooms which are located behind reception.
• Alberto (8/5): Great stay! lovely place - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all my needs (we spoke through whatsapp multiple times during the day). The loft is perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast served at the room was great too. I received a complaint of noise at 5p.m. because my 2 small children (5yo and 1yo) were running around the room (no screaming or anything). If it were late at night (after 8pm or something) I would totally understand and apologize. I believe the staff could have done a better job filtering the complaints.

A pintura da parede acima da persiana grande da banheira tinha mofo (pintar). Do mais, a decoracao, o atendimento e a calefação, especialmente no piso do WC, foram excelentes!! Recomendo pra quem está de carro..

A Limpeza não foi feita no 1 dia, mas após reclamarmos foi feita todos os dias. Não havia percebido que não tinha café da manhã incluso quando reservei. Único defeito é a piscina que está soltando os azulejos e minha filha se machucou.

• Yanina Szenkman (4/5): dont stay here. - so they dont offer breakfast as they say they do... we just got a box - fruit and dry cereal. not even coffee or milk. the rooms are smaller and not as described. it says sofa bed - but in reality its just a sofa... doesnt even pull out. the staff is a mess and not helpful AT ALL. theres a ton of other places to stay that are worth it.

• Adriane (8/5): Ótimo design - O design do hotel é incrível. Quartos muito confortáveis, bem decorados, banheiro lindo. Vista maravilhosa para o lago além de estar muito bem localizado. Ponto negativo: os utensílios de cozinha como as panelas e talheres são extremamente desgastados, não dá vontade de usar e a hidro estava impossível de usar pela quantidade de sujeira que soltava na água.
• Rafael (8/5): - Felicito la actitud servicial de Gabriel en la Recepción. Faltó más compromiso con la calidad de servicio y estar preparados para dar soporte al pasajero ante contingencias. Las habitaciones no están adecuadas para conectores de energía globales y tampoco tienen adaptadores disponibles. Extrañamos lo usual en un hotel de esta categoría pues no había ni un reloj disponible ni conectores USB que te ayudaran a cargar los móviles. Adicionalmente, fue curioso que la Recepción no nos pudiera conseguir un taxi al aeropuerto en un día feriado, normalmente los lugareños tienen mayores opciones porque se supone que conocen su comunidad. Finalmente nosotros mismos tuvimos que resolverlo. -- I commend Gabriel's helpful attitude at the Front Desk. Lacked more commitment to the quality of service and be prepared to support the passenger in the event of contingencies. The rooms are not suitable for global power connectors and do not have adapters available either. We miss the usual in a hotel in this category because there was not a clock available or USB connectors to help you charge your cell phones. Additionally, it was curious that the Reception could not get us a taxi to the airport on a holiday, normally the locals have more options because they are supposed to know their community. Finally we had to solve it ourselves.

Fomos com nosso pequenino de 3 anos que amou tudo! Fizemos todas as refeições no quarto e foi excelente!!!!!!!
