Avrei preferito leggere il prezzo corretto nel sito di Booking, dal momento che il prezzo totale del soggiorno è uno dei parametri nella scelta della struttura dove alloggiare.

Just 10 minutes easy drive. Staff was very friendly and private parking was available. Was nice to have a fair sized connivence size refrigerator in the mini kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and location was very quiet. The room was a bit tired and old. The shower fixtures were so calcified that I worried I would break the water lever and water temp was just barely warm. The air conditioner was running but no cool air despite our adjusting the thermostat.

Awful room, very small, the kitchen was like ages ago and we paid 100euros per night. Unbelievable! Thankfully, we have booked it just for one night The bathroom was dirty, the kitchen was awful (see pictures). Glad we spent only one night there. At 8 the next morning we were off to go...

- Maria do Carmo da Silva (6/5): - Situa-se numa área residencial segura e com estacionamento privado. A 5m a pé do metro (linha azul). Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Roupa da cama e banho impecável. Área de cozinha - poucas condições para cozinhar, só tendo um tacho e uma frigideira e tudo velho, muito gasto. Só tem 2 copos, chávena, colheres e garfos e todos diferentes. Não tem chaleira elétrica nem varinha. Se está a pensar cozinhar, esqueça! Duche muito pequeno apesar da área da casa de banho ser grande. Verdade, precisa mesmo de obras e ser recuperado!

Thinnest walls on earth, people screaming and banging the walls at midnight, smoking pot that wafted into our room. Wasn’t told they cleaned rooms every second day so had to go to reception to ask for clean towels. Shower head was hanging on by a thread and shot water into the ceiling so had to use the hand held shower for 3 days which was awesome…. not

Even by walk you can reach the nearest Train station "Forlanini" . The staff professional, friendly, welcoming, always ready to help for alla your needs..... I surely come back again. Nothing in particular... I have appreciated everything. Maybe if I have a suggestion, focus on the cleaning of the rooms. But I can't complain for a 3 star hotel. . So thanks.

Personale notturno molto gentile a differenza di quello diurno. Ottima cosa anche la pulizia giornaliera della camera. Letti comodi. Ottima posizione Gestione del parcheggio pessima, abbiamo avuto problemi all’arrivo. Personale diurno scortese e che non voleva aiutarci a risolvere il problema del parcheggio. Livelli di pulizia, nonostante venissero fatti ogni giorno, da migliorare: tanta polvere ovunque. Mobili molto vecchi. Troppo caro.

- Alexandre (2/5): Luckily, it was only a temporary solution for two days. A place with enormous potential to improve. - The Location is close the metro station and a nice park. Easy to move around. The rooms have some very poor fournitures, some broken, and you can see many things being adapt it (eletrical heater in the toilet). If they make an partnership with any interior desing college they can easy do a much better job, from the layout of the rooms to even buying second hand fournitures. I have to change the room in the mifddle of the night because the central heater was not working properly.

Struttura non nuovissima, ma che offre tutto quanto riportato in descrizione. Collegamenti col centro e le principali attrazioni non fulminei ma comunque funzionali. Nessuna lamentela in particolare.

- caro5 (7/5): Vacances en famille - Nous avons réservé 3 chambres toutes spacieuses et confortables. La présence d'une cuisine dans chaque chambre est appréciable. La propreté des chambres, notamment les salles de bain. C'est un peu vétuste et mériterait un rafraichissement.

- Viviana (5/5): in generale tutto bene ma credo si possa migliorare, Le potenzialità ci sono. - la vicinanza agli ospedali è ottima, in una strada non affollata. grandezza stanza ok. la pulizia così così. il personale è quasi tutto gentile ma parecchio freddo, soprattutto alcuni, io gradirei una maggiore collaborazione, personalmente. Ho chiesto coperte per il freddo ma non mi sono state portate. Al momento di consegnare la chiavi bisognerebbe spiegare bene cosa apre cosa senza ricevere le info a spizzichi e bocconi ogni volta.

- Christel (7/5): Unterkunft in U-Bahnnähe. Für diesen Preis in Mailand empfehlenswert. - Gute Lage, mit U-Bahn M4 und M1 zum Dom, U-Bahnstation ca. 300 m einfach erreichbar. Parkplätze sind knapp - 10 € pro Nacht. Guter „Italiener“ um die Ecke. Zimmer und Bad einfach, groß und sauber. Einrichtung ist italienischer Standard. Ruhige Zimmer, da in einer Seitenstraße. Kitchenette nicht gerade einladend, müßte renoviert werden . Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden 😖 Mikrowelle war defekt. Küchenutensilien mangelhaft.

- Ruturaj Vijay (5/5): It is a onetime stay option for sure as I would rather search a better place next time. - Room was spacious with basic amenities and kitchen utensils Bed mattress for the extra bed was not good/ was uneven. There is no one at reception between 9pm to 10am. Had ambiguities in confirming taxi for early morning ride to Malpensa airport as there was no one at reception to confirm Taxi booking. Overall Reception service was not welcoming and takes away the mental comfort right at the entry. Also you need to maintain 2 separate Keys- one for your room and another for entry gate. This is a burdensome experience for me as I was on a vacation but still to keep myself engaged with these smaller aspects. Also, corridor was full of smoke odour all the time and was not a pleasant experience as you walk to your room.

- Concepción (6/5): Bien - El hotel se encuentra en un complejo residencial con otros bloques. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de un metro y de bares/restaurantes para comer. La habitación era grande y espaciosa. En general, se nota que el edificio y los muebles son viejos, no están mal, simplemente son antiguos. Sólo hay un ascensor por lo que casi siempre hay que esperarlo. En cuanto al aparcamiento, yo tuve suerte y pude aparcar en la misma calle, gratis. Ofrecen un servicio de parking a 10 euros, aunque sea dentro del complejo residencial, es cierto que está al aire libre.

- Shaymaa (9/5): Would do it again when i’m in Milan - I liked the facilities, they were super clean and housekeeping were pleasant. It was super close to the train station and airport so we didn’t have to worry about the distance. I had to go to the actual hotel and ask if i could check in even though i asked through booking a few days early and didn’t get a response.

- AOI (6/5): 安価で清潔 - ホテル自体は古いが、部屋の清潔感があり、水周りもベッドも問題なかった。キッチンも使えて、道具も揃っているし、何より綺麗で安心感がある。栓抜きも準備してあって助かった。ロンドンの街に近い宿では、安価であった。エレベーターもあり、荷物が多くても運ぶことができる。 ホテルの周りが静かで、少し怖い。
