Ma tutto questo è ripagato dalla splendida vi - Sicuramente è ottima la posizione, uno degli edifici più famosi di Tirana. La vista era anche molto bella la camera bella e curata. Il personale è molto disponibile. Nella prima camera abbiamo avuto un problema perché dal bagno veniva fuori un odore sgradevole. Abbiamo chiamato in reception e nel giro di pochi minuti ci hanno sistemato in un’altra camera più grande, dove tutto era perfetto!

- Aarón (7/5): Bastante bien - Me gustó mucho la habitación ya que era muy amplia y estaba en la zona de bares y ocio además de estar en el centro. El calor que hacía, y que el aire acondicionado estaba manipulado para no poder tocarlo. Es la gran pega, si hubiese funcionado se llevaría una puntuación de 10.

- Torsten (8/5): Würd es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. - Die Lage ist top. Ebenso das Frühstück in der 18. Etage. Tolle Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Das Frühstück könnte üppiger sein. Das Bett war recht weich. Die Zimmer sind entweder auf den Etagen 1 und 2 oder 14 und 16. Man hat entweder Glück oder Pech bei der Aussicht. Ich hatte Pech.

- Marco (7/5): Uitstekende locatie en prima hotel - De locatie is heel strategisch, midden in Blloku en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Het gebouw staat tegenover twee discotheken. Zelfs op de 14e verdieping hoor je in het weekend het geluid van de muziek. Ook dekken de gordijnen niet het hele raam af, dus je word wakker van het licht.

- Alessandro (9/5): Hotel perfetto - ma il bar pessimo - Nonostante alcune recensioni negative su rumore e colazione devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto. Il capuccino era buono, uova e bacon ottimi. La stanza era sufficientemente spaziosa per due. Bagno, letto e mobilio molto puliti. Il rumore era assente sia da fuori che da dentro. Bidet (turco) incorporato con il water che è stato molto apprezzato. La scelta di incorporare l'attaccapanni davanti al letto non mi è piaciuta per nulla, poco spazio per aprire e gestire le valigie (specialmente in due) e altezza del attaccapanni troppo bassa e poco spazio per il vestiario in generale. La ventola per l'umidità/odori in bagno andrebbe controllata vista la pochissima efficienza. Inoltre trovo inaccettabile che mi venga rifiutato al bar un Vodka-Martini poiché non presente nel menù. C'erano entrambi i prodotti disponibili ma poiché non presente come cocktail predefinito mi è stato impossibile ordinarlo. Questa cosa la trovo senza senso ed estremamente fastidiosa poiché bastava buttare la stessa quantità dei due prodotti in un bicchiere, nulla di più. Poi andrebbe limitato l'accesso per i TROPPI turisti che vengono per fare le foto creando un traffico eccessivo che rovina l'ambiente per chi si vuole godere il servizio in tranquillità. Tempi di attesa per ordinare e ricevere i drink esagerati.

- David (10/5): A wonderful hotel with amazing staff in a great location. - The room was great with an excellent view over Tirana, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff at reception were all wonderful, and the location, 5 mins from everything was great. Special mention to the airport pick up and drop off service - our driver, Nerdi, was a gift and font of great knowledge. My only criticisms are breakfast - the staff are on their phone and make you feel an inconvenience when you ask for coffee. Also the Sky bar - it is wonderful but I would suggest having some tables reserved for hotel guests.

Molto bello anche il bar sul disco volante per passare una piacevole serata. Nelle foto era presente il bidet ma nella nostra camera non c'era

- richard (8/5): Views 🇦🇱 - The view of Tirana. I accidentally ended up with my favourite view from the view above 😍. I was on the 16th floor with the revolving platform being 18. There were 4 people staying in the whole hotel. I was in a rush, as such I arrived first for breakfast, I was the only one there for breakfast, it took forever, way too long considering I was the only person waiting for it and there were 4 people staying in this huge hotel overall

Il bar girevole all'ultimo piano è stupendo, la vista è incantevole Nonostante avessi richiesto in anticipo la colazione gluten free non c'era nulla di specifico ( pane/croissant)

The breakfast staff did not ask us if we wanted or needed anything. They just checked our room number. There were 1-3 waitresses on duty, either watching the phone or looking bored; they clearly did not enjoy their work.
