- matt_n_frank (10/5): Four Seasons again - Four Seasons is always a consistent experience, this hotel was no different. We had a delightful stay here, albeit very short. Our room was large and comfortable, perhaps a little dated, but clean tidy and well maintained. The team were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. We managed to squeeze in a visit to their bar and Aqua restaurants both were very good and we would recommend.

However, the hotel was clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly. We especially liked the restaurants and the breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and overall it was good. However, I think the pillows should be changed — they were too soft for comfortable sleep. I would definitely recommend choosing a sea-view room; otherwise, it is not really worth the price. Additionally, having to book the Turkish bath in advance does not create a very good experience. Thank you.
- I1347OLcema (4/5): Unpleasant Stay, not good behaviour. - During our visit to the hotel, which is located quite far from central areas, we were particularly disappointed by the unprofessional and overly casual attitude of Ms. Ebru, who introduced herself as a sales representative. Her behavior unfortunately cast a shadow over the reputation of your institution. Additionally, the overall quality seems to have declined compared to the past, and the breakfast menu was rather limited. Overall, I do not consider this to have been a very satisfying experience. For these reasons, I am giving a low rating. Thank you.

- 705michelec (10/5): Lovely view - We had lunch at Yali, sitting outside on a beautiful day March 2026, with a fantastic view of the Bosphorous, watching boats glide by. I had the chicken Caesar salad with a chicken breast on top- very good meat, very fresh salad. My husband had the Baluk Ekmek- which he LOVED. Yes the prices are high (as others complained about). But it is a Four Seasons hotel, we felt the price was acceptable for the service, the food and the view.

- Getaway38825381674 (10/5): Wonderful stay! - The hotel is perfectly located by the harbour, making it incredibly convenient to take a ferry to the nearby islands and enjoy the beautiful views of the harbor. Waking up to the water and watching the boats pass by was truly special. Breakfast was amazing. The quality, variety, and presentation (and the view!!!) were excellent and made every morning something to look forward to. A very special thanks to the breakfast team, Omer and Mehmet, who were super friendly, engaging, and always prepared little surprises for us in the morning. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. We appreciate a lot for the Concierge team. Cagri, who helped us every single day with directions and recommendations, making sure we “survived” and came back safely (with lots of shoppings). Another gentleman -Kemal, managed to secure a last‑minute table for us at a very popular downtown restaurant, which was truly impressive. The reception desk staff were also very helpful, always checking on us to make sure we were doing well. I’m sorry I didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, but I sincerely want to thank the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us. Thank you for showing us the very best of Istanbul, not just the places or the food, but the genuinely good hearts of the people here, that truly made all the difference (and yes… the cats too) We will definitely be back.

He was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely engaging in conversation. What touched us most was that he thoughtfully prepared a special dessert for us to taste — a small but meaningful gesture that made us feel sincerely welcomed and cared for. Beyond the exceptional service, it was the human connection that stood out. Mehmet shared that he will be visiting Taiwan in May, and we truly hope he experiences the same warmth and hospitality that he so naturally gives to others. It was a pleasure getting to know him, even briefly. Luxury properties are defined not only by their beauty and standards, but by people like Mehmet. He elevated our stay from excellent to unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Mehmet, for making our time in Istanbul so special. - EMS1510 (10/5): THE BEST HOTEL IN Istanbul!!! - I had wanted to visit Istanbul for so long and I was delighted to book the Four Seasons at Bosphorus for my birthday! Firstly the Four Seasons is my favourite hotel group and they never disappoint! My friend and I had a great welcome and Ebru the customer relations manager was amazing! Given twin rooms are becoming difficult to obtain - Ebru moved us to a better light and bright room which was terrific!! All the staff from reception, to restaurants throughout the hotel were amazing including the fabulous concierge who booked last minute places for us where we wanted to go! The breakfast was the stunner! I specifically asked for a dish which the team took a photograph from my phone and each morning without asking i received this wonderful breakfast- the buffet was one if the best having tried many Four Seasons. The hotel location is stunning and on the river and despite the weather not being sunny- the pool looked amazing and is something fabulous to look forward to on a future visit! We organised a boat trip for which the boat called us from the Four Season's own jetty and it was a pleasure to sit out on the beautiful terrace and watch the world go by! We tried the spa which again was amazing and one of my favourites!! As it was my birthday- the hotel changed the room bedding with beautiful embroidered Happy birthday on the pillows which was a lovely touch!! On the day we had champagne and cake all complimentary !! The distinguishing feature of this hotel is the service!! It went above and beyond at every occasion! It was truly amazing and I cannot wait to revisit!

- SJC0nlan (10/5): Fantastic stay - 4 nights - After spending four nights at the Saltanhamet Four Seasons hotel, we moved up river to the Bosphorus Four Seasons. Whilst a much bigger hotel in a different area of Istanbul we had a wonderful time there and can highly recommend the hotel for a great stay. It was lovely to eat breakfast and dinner by the side of the Bosphorus. The breakfast team were just lovely, each day recommending traditional Turkish breakfast dishes. They could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Concierge team; spa team and breakfast team were all stand out for service - many thanks indeed. As, were the housekeeping staff too - sincere thanks for making our time with you so memorable.

Luxury is present in every small detail, from the rooms to the dining experience and nothing feels overlooked. Yes, it’s expensive, but worth every moment: comfort, elegance, and hospitality come together seamlessly. All team members are excellent, and the location gives easy access to Istanbul’s main highlights. A stay here is more than a hotel experience, it’s pure enjoyment. Thank you to the entire team!

- 947zafery (2/5): Our vacation was ruined - The spa quality at the Four Seasons Hotel is very poor. We've been staying at Four Seasons hotels for years. This was our third stay at the Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel. Our second was last summer, and our last stay was this month. The hotel's location is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean, like other hotels worldwide. We've been following the spa for years, and the spa has been voted the world's best spa for years. However, in recent years, the Four Seasons Bosphorus Hotel has been missing. We now understand why. We've seen that the spa management is very poor quality. There's no discipline, no friendly service, and untrained staff. This is due to the hotel's management team. Our vacation was ruined. A Four Seasons hotel of this poor quality is unacceptable.

- _Z6165CI (2/5): Disappointment - the name of this Four seasons hotel - The service was below 0, even on the reception when the staff did mistakes the staff did apologize but went irritated. in general the service all over the hotel was very unprofessional: next to the pool (we had to call for menu for 5-6 times), on the breakfast area (the waiters were not able to bring to the table what was ordered, number of mistakes, bad level of English, irritated faces), on the reception (mistakes in bills). the name of this hotel could be: disappointment 😞 The food on breakfast was poor and monotonous

- Eric (8/5): - The property is incredible!!! Pool and restaurants were great. The sea and land shuttles were a great asset to our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful but lacking at front desk. If rooms were updated property would be perfect. Our room was large but needed some love. Bathroom especially. All in all a great place to stay when in Istanbul

Завтраки очень хорошие .Персонал на завтраках очень профессиональный и любезный . Как в принципе и во всем отеле. В номерах необходим ремонт , учитывая самую высокую цену на Босфоре .Соотношение цены и качества номеров не соответствует. В ресторанах мало выбора простых , понятных блюд.Для тех кто держит диету - есть было нечего . Момент в номере - маленькая бутылочка вина стояла рядом с водой , которая шла как комплемент .Я думала , что она тоже комплемент - оказалось 50€. Думаю , екстра продукты должны стоять отдельно.
