Gabriela (8/5): - Quarto espaçoso, boa localização (próximo ao Shopping Recoleta Urban Mall e Cemitério da Recoleta) e apesar do café da manhã não ter tantas opções, o que tinha era gostoso. Wi-fi mal funcionava no quarto - além de desconectar sozinho com frequência, o sinal era muito fraco e só funcionava se ficássemos parados próximo à porta. Não foi sequer possível conectá-lo na televisão instalada no hotel, impossibilitando o uso da smartv. Quando solicitamos auxílio, nos informaram que iriam reiniciar o sistema para tentar melhorar o sinal, mas não adiantou. Além disso, no hall dos quartos havia um cheiro bastante forte, talvez de algum produto de limpeza (não tenho certeza), mas que me incomodou bastante.

Mas funcionários do HOTEL entraram em contato comigo para TENTAR QUE EU FIZESSE O CANCELAMENTO DA RESERVA PELO BOOKING E FIZESSE DIRETO COM ELES. Sou cliente do app há muitos e muitos anos e achei o expediente absurdo. Mantive a reserva apenas porque todo o meu grupo estava no mesmo hotel. Durante a estadia, esqueci o assunto e aproveitei a viagem. Mas, agora, resolvi reportar o ocorrido para que o site tenha condições de avaliar o que fazer. Além disso, meu cartão virtual foi objeto de tentativa de compra fraudulenta pela internet um mês após minha volta ao Brasil. O único lugar que teve acesso completo aos dados - e único lugar em que usei o cartao virtual na Argentina, aliás - foi o hotel. De resto, todas as minhas compras foram com pagamento por aproximação, com outro cartão, gerando, assim, suspeitas.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was recently remodeled. Although in was in one of the best parts of the city, the area was substandard by international expectations. Many older, untouched properties, ground litter, broken sidewalks, etc.

La zona è molto sicura e intorno all'hotel ci sono ristoranti, negozi e servizi di tutti i generi. Inoltre, a 5 min. a piedi ci sono fermate di autobus per qualsiasi destinazione a Buenos Aires. Le camere dell'hotel sono spaziose, il servizio di pulizia eccellente e il bagno grande e comodo con vasca e doccia. La colazione è completa, varia e di ottima qualità. Infine, un ringraziamento particolare alla gentilissima Sig.ra Barbara, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi problema o informazione e anche a Leandro, che ci ha trovato un contatto per assistere ad una partita del Boca. Renato (9/5): Me surpreendi, eu recomendo. - A acomodação é bem grande, tudo é muito limpo e confortável. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. A localização é boa e o bairro é muito bonito. O café da manhã é pequeno, mas é de boa qualidade e atenderá muito bem a maioria das pessoas. Eles tem fatias de pão sem glúten, mas precisa pedir. Eu gostaria de ter mais opções sem glúten no café da manhã. A academia e a piscina não são funcionais, mas há vários parques com boa estrutura para atividade física ao redor do hotel, isso funcionou ainda melhor para mim!

El desayuno excelente, y la ubicacion del Hotel esta relativamente cerca de todos los puntos turisticos principales.

Richard (10/5): Wonderful small hotel in great location - Everything. Great little hotel. Great staff. We stayed here twice in 2 weeks. See my earlier review. We missed having a kettle in the room. To be fair this appears common on South American hotels.

Richard (8/5): Amazing staff and a nice friendly hotel - A nice small hotel in a quiet neighbourhood not far from Recoleta Cemetery. It’s not that near the metro but you can get everywhere by Uber with no hassle. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good value for money and really excellent staff, from Sol who answered all our questions to Valeria who helped us sort out lost Lufthansa luggage to Barbera who was brilliant with the hire car company. The breakfast is reasonable but a bit samey after 3 days

Cindi (10/5): Clean basic hotel in the heart of the Recoleta. - Charming boutique style hotel in the heart of the Recoleta neighborhood. Near attractions and great restaurants. The hotel description says there is a bar and bistro type of restaurant at the hotel, but it’s pretty sparse on open hours and menu selections. While a welcome drink ticket is given upon arrival, my pour of red wine was tiny and served in a tiny wine glass.

paulo (8/5): Good but pricy - Very good location. Walkable everywhere. Staff were very kind to us and our poor Spanish. When booking, they wanted me to cancel the booking here and book directly to them for 10% discount, and when I refused, a value of almost 20% over the rate advertised was charged on my credit card, and they failed to provide a good reason for that.

Abbiamo prenotato tramite la struttura transfer per l’aeroporto ed è stato puntuale e affidabile. Consigliato.

Camera silenziosa e confortevole - La posizione La mancanza di flessibilità nel servizio colazione: non ci è stato consentito di anticipare di 5 minuti la colazione nonostante la sala fosse già allestita e il personale già in servizio. Avevamo già pagato la colazione!

Carlos (10/5): 100% recomendado - El hotel es SÚPER limpio. Tiene una excelente ubicación. Hay varios restaurantes muy ricos a pocas cuadras y el personal de la recepción es sumamente amable y ayudan en todo lo que uno necesita. El agua de la regadera tiene una excelente presión y sale caliente de inmediato. Las camas son súper cómodas y las sabanas deliciosas. Nada. Todo fue muy bueno.
kathleen (9/5): Great choice in Recoleta - Loved the spacious room and breakfast with unsweetened yogurt and lots of fruit and seeds. The staff was very helpful looking for services we needed. The curtains were excellent at blocking light. On a quiet street in Recoleta which is a great neighborhood. The whole spa area was being repaired during our stay. The stairs were dark. Really either temporary or minor.
