• Külli (9/5): - It is definitely your money's woth. I stayed in a tiny yet clean and modest room with shared bathroom, the latter didn't bother at all, was like having a separate bathroom just across the hallway. The location - it's just next to Arsenale, so if you're here for Biennal, it's a blast! From the other side the hotel's facade is just above the canal, which I didn't feel in my room though at all. From the vacinity you can take a vaporetto to Lido for example, ride through the island with a rental bike.

И это тихая Венеция, где живут местные жители. Отель с волшебным внутренним двориком в тишине и спокойствии.

Bella la terrazza del piano a cui si trova la stanza. WiFi funzionante correttamente e veloce Il proprietario prima di finire con noi ha servito i clienti successivi facendoci sentire meno importanti. La vasca é piuttosto scomoda per fare la doccia. 240 euro per una notte li, senza neanche una colazione o un voucher per questa é un po troppo. Inoltre il bar piu vicino é a 300 metri. Il letto abbastanza comodo ma con lenzuola e coperta un po' antiche.
• Ciara (7/5): A good budget option in a calmer location - I booked this hotel last minute after getting screwed over by Hotel Caneva (kept claiming my cards didn't work). I wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews and was actually pleasantly surprised. Even though it's quite far from St Mark's Square, I really liked the location, which is quiet and feels untouristy but is not far from shops and restaurants (5 mins walk) and less than 10 minutes to the vaporetto which is 2/3 stops to St Mark's Square. The building is on a quiet internal courtyard garden. There is also a small roof terrace with coloured lights. My room was spacious and clean, with a single bed, table and chair, wardrobe and sink. Valter (on the desk) and Veronica (cleaner) were both lovely and extremely helpful- Valter provided tips on good places to eat and they were very accommodating with something I needed to store in the fridge. They also sent helpful information through the booking.com portal on reaching the hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily unless you explain you don't need this. The bathroom was shared but only between 3 rooms. I think this is a good option for people travelling solo or on a budget. I think it is on the expensive side (I paid 194 for 2 nights- last minute) given it's quite basic/could do with some updating, there is no breakfast provided, it's a shared bathroom and it's not a central location (although I know it is Venice). There was an old sign on the back of the door claiming breakfast was included and the room should cost between 60-90/night. I see people noting the beds are hard but for me it was passable comfort-wise. I couldn't see instructions on how to use the safe in the room and couldn't get it to work. Just to be aware, the staff are reachable by phone but the reception is not physically staffed 24/7.

Il prezzo è allineato a quelli di altre strutture per il Carnevale, quindi non economico ma ci sta. Come consiglio costruttivo monterei una TV e sostituirei la vasca da bagno con un piatto doccia.

Très calme et bien situé à 2 ponts de l'arrêt de bateau "arsenale" et d'une rue animée. Chambres lits jumeaux style "couvent" des années 50 avec murs en carton, j'étais avec mon fils et dans les autres chambres il y avait des couples... on entendait tout! Lits et oreillers hyper dur (et je ne suis pas une douillette).

I enjoy the traditional vibe, and personality of the place, closw to bienal area, you can walk to the plaza, i walked alone by night without any problems. • Sara (8/5): Zona strategica! - Struttura dall’arredamento semplice, un po datato, sembra di essere a casa della nonna, una casa accogliente e dalla pulizia davvero soddisfacente. Zona tranquillissima di Venezia (a 10 min a piedi da San Marco) si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi, noi abbiamo preso il vaporetto dalla stazione fino San Pietro Castello e in 5 min a piedi lo abbiamo raggiunto (percorso tranquillissimo in mezzo a case di locali che vi consiglio se amate la pace) Diversamente si può scendere alla fermata Biennale e raggiungere la Locanda in 4 min a piedi. Zona quindi comoda per visitare Venezia ma perfetta sé la sera amate silenzio, pace e relax. A pochi passi dall’hotel trovate una via piena di ristoranti/bar/pizzerie ma pur rimanendo in una zona tranquilla e “‘meno turistica”, frequentata da gente del posto. La struttura dispone di una corte interna molto carina della quale non abbiamo usufruito essendo inverno ma sono certa in estate essere molto carina con qualche tavolino, piante e fiori. Noi abbiamo preso la stanza tripla con bagno privato in camera essendo 2 adulti più bimba. Prezzo consono con l’offerta. Titolare gentilissimo e super disponibile. Consiglio la struttura Probabilmente apporterei qualche piccola miglioria all’intonaco interno delle stanze. Con poco credo la si possa rendere ancora più graziosa.

Not as pictured in the ads. When I questioned him, he told me the pictures were for a higher priced room. The pictures I referred to were specifically tied to the room we reserved. The bathroom was old and worn and not the cleanest. Walls were paper thin. I really wanted to like it. I really wanted to support a local business. Double bed was two twins pushed together.

• Fernanda (10/5): Excelente estadia - O atendimento do Valter é realmente espetacular. O quarto é amplo e o colchão confortável. A localização é perfeita para uma viagem em que se explora um pouco da vida local. Fica próxima de 3 estações de vaporetto e de vários restaurantes locais deliciosos. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno e o espaço da ducha é desafiador para pessoas maiores.

• Max (10/5): Excelente, auténtico y muy agradable - Es un lugar auténtico con mucho encanto. Las calles estrechas hasta llegar a este recinto parecen un escenario de pelicula. El recinto tiene un patio interior muy bonito y hay una calma absoluta, la verdad es que se descansa de verdad en este lugar, es como un paréntesis en el espacio tiempo, rodeado de la belleza de la auténtica Venezia.

Aussi à 18 minutes à pied de la Place Saint-Marc. On y trouve aussi un marché sympathique et des parcs. Il y a des cafés pour le matin assez près avec de bons croissants. Chambre un peu petite qui manque d'aération. Monter les marches au deuxième étage après avoir monté et descendu des marches toute la journée.
