• Kateryna (3/5): Не відповідає заявленій категорії - Єдиний плюс готелю: Розташування — площа Таксим. Поряд безліч закладів / магазинів / поруч метро. Все інше — не відповідає заявленій категорії, ціні та очікуванням. За весь мій досвід подорожей до Стамбула (4-й візит) — це найгірший готельний досвід. Ми забронювали панорамний номер у готелі — Super Deluxe (45 м²) з панорамним видом на Стамбул, на 2 особи, і повністю оплатили проживання заздалегідь через Booking. ❗ По приїзду нас без жодного попередження поставили перед фактом, що наш номер «недоступний», і самовільно замінили його на інший. Жодного повідомлення від готелю чи Booking заздалегідь не було, згоди на заміну ніхто не питав. На рецепції нам повідомили, що номер «кращий і дорожчий», але це виявилося неправдою. Надали номер тієї ж площі, але розрахований на 4 особи, з двома маленькими спальнями замість одного просторого приміщення з панорамними вікнами, яке ми бронювали. Конфігурація номерів принципово різна. Після звернення на рецепцію жіночий персонал поводився непрофесійно та зневажливо, хоча проблема виникла не з нашої вини. Персонал чоловіків - був привітний. Наступного дня нам запропонували все ж заселитися у заброньований номер, попередивши, що: • у ньому проблеми з опаленням • за потреби нас «можуть переселити знову». Останні 2 ночі опалення в номері не було зовсім. Фактично готель продає номер, який не готовий до проживання в холодний сезон. Реальний стан Super Deluxe номера: • Опалення не працює (Три батареї повністю холодні) • Кондиціонер у режимі обігріву неефективний • У номері холодно, сиро, некомфортно • Полотенцесушарка холодна — полотенця не висихають, вологі • Полотенця з дирками • Грибок на плитці у ванній • Брудні плями на стінах, відклеєні шпалери • З трьох ламп у ванній працювала справно лише одна • Відсутня шумоізоляція • Загальний стан номера — занедбаний! За весь час проживання персонал жодного разу не поцікавився чи нам тепло, чи все в порядку. Після конфлікту ставлення було відверто холодним, було некомфортно.

In fact we asked for her to call a taxi and she said we only do that for airport transfers. This is not true as the others called cans for everything.

• Nick (10/5): I would happily stay there again - Very good location, next to Taksim and minutes away from metro and buses and main streets The apartment next to mine were very very noisy till 2 am. This was not the mistake of the property. I asked reception to interfere and they did but they terrible neighbors did not give a shit. I would want the hotel to be far more strict and even kick them out as for 3 days big problem but from such bastards you can even get a bad review for doing what is right so I don't blame the hotel.

Oteli çok sevdim; kendimi ailemin yanında gibi hissettim. Ve Claudia muhteşemdi; çok iyi kalpliydi, harika bir kız kardeşten çok daha fazlasıydı. Ayrıca, Bay Iskandar çok saygılı ve samimiydi, harika bir kişiliğe sahipti; bizi sıcak bir şekilde karşıladı.🥰🥰🥰 Hiçbir şey.
• Radenko (8/5): - Lokacija je odlična, ulica mirna, puna radnji, za par minuta ste na Taksimu. Nedostajali su peškiri i kad smo tražili posle par dana smo dobili par malih. Problem sa parkingom , nalazi se na veoma nepristupacnom mestu i umesto 10e po danu , tražili su 25e. Parking nije od hotela vec samo imaju kombinaciju. Preporuka u okolini ima par dobrih , pravih garaža za oko 15e po danu....i kod klinike Acibadem ima ulični Parking koji se plaća samo u toku dana , od 7 do 19h.

• Martina (6/5): Für unseren ersten Aufenthalt in Istanbul war es gut, lebendes Viertel aber man sollte dennoch auf sich aufpassen weil u - Das Personal war nett und auch hilfsbereit. Taxi Transfer war Toop! Von der Ausstattung war es okay Wohnzimmer: das Sofa ist abgenutzt Küchen Ausstattung: Schwamm, Spülmittel & Geschirrhandtuch nicht vorhanden. Schlafzimmer: war gut, Bett ist bequem, Bad: das Bad war klein, Duschkopf Endeffekt und Handtücher wurden nicht jeden Tag gewechselt.

• Hindawi (10/5): - The hotel is very good. Considering the quality compared to the price, it’s actually a great deal. The overall quality is nice, and the location is very close to Istiklal Street, which makes it suitable for both families and young people. As for the staff, you don’t see them much — you check in, take your room, and that’s it. They are respectful and I didn’t notice anything negative. If I compare the price to other hotels, I would give this place 10/10.

• Ahmed (1/5): Bad - only location My stay at this hotel was a very bad experience. The hotel closes its doors at midnight, and the receptionist (especially Azat) was extremely rude and unhelpful. The place feels more like a private house than a hotel, as the owners themselves handle food and cleaning, which significantly lowers the quality of service. At check-out, they refused to extend the time even for 15 minutes and kept calling and knocking on my door in a very impolite way. On top of that, they also refused to allow me to leave my luggage until my flight, which made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, this is not a real hotel, and I strongly advise anyone traveling with children not to stay here due to the extremely poor treatmen

• Saad (4/5): Nice location, nice staff but disappointing services - Staff was very friendly. We had several issues during our stay that made the experience disappointing: Water: The hotel advertises complimentary water (two bottles in the fridge). However, we only received water on the first day. On every following day, bottles were only provided after we explicitly requested them. Cleaning: On the first day, we requested cleaning but nothing was done. On the second day, towels were changed but the room and bathroom were left uncleaned — even a cigarette butt that was already there when we checked in remained for days, and was only removed after we complained again on the third night. Room safety: Behind the bed, there was a back door leading to an escape elevator that could not be locked by us. On our first night (late check-in), reception said they could do nothing until the next day. The following night, the door was still unsecured until we went to reception again and insisted. WiFi: The connection was very weak and unreliable. Overall, basic services felt inconsistent — many things were only provided after repeated reminders rather than by default. That said, the staff were generally kind and polite when we interacted with them.

Location is close to taksim if you like to stay there. 2 bedroom suits are in better condition and sunlight than 1 bedroom rooms. It is not a luxury or fancy place but rather a modest hotel so take that into consideration to avoid any disappointment. Several supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, rooftops, breakfast places are in a walking distance from 3 to 15 mins

• Faro (10/5): Excellent location in the heart of city... - The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city. Public transportation, shops and popular spots are just minutes away on foot. It made getting arround incredibly easy and convenient. The street outside can be slightly loud in the evening.

• Rob (2/5): TLC - Very little to like.The staff were a great help in particular Ahmed he changed my room very quickly But it didn't stop me leaving.The floor plans on their website are nothing like the rooms great shame it could be a great property it needs TLC. There are many things I didn't like these the staff are aware of, and hopefully, the owners will rectify them it's not a destination for older travellers.
• Zakhar (1/5): Bad - Only good think in this hotel it’s location. Rest is very bad. NOT RECOMMENDED. Everything very old, bad smell in bathroom, furniture is very old. SUPER NOSY you will hear all neighbors.
