• Katerina (7/5): Nice stay but needs improvement - The location is really nice. Very lively neighbourhood. A lot of shops nearby. The room was big and it always had hot water. The boys at the reception were really welcoming. It had extra blankets and pillows. Host changed our dates even though we were unable to come to our chosen dates due to unforeseen events and was fast in responses. Overall most of the staff was really nice, excluding the talking lady that talked with AI loudly in front of our door for hours. There was free fast WiFi. The cleaning lady was talking every day right in front of our door in a loud voice for hours ( there are couches in front of room 302). The window in the room is looking at in between buildings and there is not enough oxygen. It was not really clean. You can see in the photos there are quite a few things that need to be refreshed and cleaned. There is not good voice isolation on the door and we can hear everything like it is in our room, even at night.

• Assel (1/5): I will not recommend it to anyone to stay here, it’s better to add €50 and stay in nearby 4-star hotel like Aven, which - Nothing, except for the fact that they agreed to return the money It was like expectations vs reality, the location was awful, there was a smell in the room which the employees of the hotel justified with the weather of Istanbul, the room was cold, the stairs were very uncomfortable, the toilet was dirty and it looked like the sheets were dirty as well.
• Osama (7/5): Moins bon que me précédente réservation - Je suis déjà venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel et j’ai toujours été satisfait. Globalement, c’est un très bon établissement avec un bon service. Lors de mon dernier séjour, l’expérience était moins bonne. La chambre qui m’a été attribuée était située au niveau de l’entrée, juste derrière la réception. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit, surtout le matin : on entendait les gens monter et descendre, ainsi que les conversations dans le hall. Il était difficile de bien se reposer. C’est dommage, car mes précédents séjours étaient très bien. J’espère que ce point sera amélioré à l’avenir.

• Nadim (2/5): - The photos of the hotel The hotel in reality. When arrived, I was surprised it was completely different and very depressing room, with a tiny window and almost no natural light. The furniture, the shower, the fridge - everything has been living it's probably fourth or fifth life, and never look at the roof in the toilet, it's moldy. All you are provided with is a roll of toilet paper, teabags, coffee, sugar and a couple of towels that feel plastic and soak poorly. You don't even get a bottle of water, nada. The AC makes 50 kinds of noise, and I mean the inside unit. The door passes all the noise and some light from outside, nights never going to be too peaceful. At 12:03 of the checkout date they will be already banging your door, but you will be happy to hurry up leaving this place.

• Eray (1/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt - Das einzig Positive war das zuverlässige WLAN. Ansonsten leider keine Empfehlung. Ich war sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Die Umgebung war extrem laut – an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Zudem waren Toilette und Dusche im Zimmer defekt, was den Komfort erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Das Reinigungspersonal war ebenfalls sehr laut beim Arbeiten und ist nicht gerade rücksichtsvoll mit dem Equipment umgegangen. Im Zimmer gab es kein Trinkwasser, was in dieser Preisklasse eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Was mich besonders gestört hat: Als ich mit schwarzen Schuhen ins Zimmer kam und mit weißen herausging – offenbar fanden Dacharbeiten statt, die überall Staub hinterließen. Die Sauberkeit ließ allgemein zu wünschen übrig.

• Modesto (6/5): Excellent Hotel Location - The room is clean and location is in the city center besides Taksim square. Lot of nearby restaurants and shops around, also bus and metro are walking distance in 5 minutes. The room given is in quite location. Staff are helpful. Food is variety besides other buildings with roof deck. The TV is not working they should check every room. Also the mattress in double room is 2 single foam side by side a little bit uncomfortable. No bottled water when we arrived. No elevator but staff will help you carry luggage. You get what you paid for. Don't expect too much.

• Hunain (1/5): Disappointed - Nothing, disappointed with the selection Didn’t meet the expectations, instead of 3 star it’s a 1 star hotel. Washroom size is you enter and it’s finished, a normal person can’t adjust and shower in peace, No cleaning services, no soap refill, no handsoap refill , no refill of tea & coffee. No elevator and i need to carry all my luggage to first floor and bring it back from there at the time of checkout. Need to text them for everything even for toilet tissues. Disappointed 😒

• Jhuliemer Galapon (9/5): Hotel is in perfect location. Room was good and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly. - It is easy to find, located near Taksim Square with easy access to the metro and taxis.

• Vitaly (8/5): Удобно расположенное и дешевое место почти на Таксиме - Если вы хотите жить почти на Таксиме за небольшие деньги - вам сюда. Номер был лучше, чем я ожидал. Здание расположено в начале круто спускающегося вниз переулка, но до входа в отель понижение уровня небольшое. Рядом магазинчики и собственно Таксим, гуляй хоть до ночи, метро тоже недалеко. Останавливался здесь ненадолго перед полетом в Европу.
