Call Saul when I was sleeping the cleaner knock the door three times when I’m putting don’t disturb sign on the door and he wake me up. The rate of this apartment not more than 1 1/2 star. the location is great but the rate is little bit expensive if you compare it with other hotel with better service and Less location
- Paula W (8/5): STay - The stay was good. I did notice no one at Security Desk ever greeted anyone coming into reception, only front desk would. I would speak and greet the Security every day then they would speak. Sometimes it would take long time for elevators as 1 was broken. Its situated with supermarket,pharmacy, salons etc every thing is right there which is convenient. You never have to leave this area everything is there

- jason (8/5): Ok for the price - Very convenient location right next to the monorail. The rooms are quite old but functional. The bedroom window is inexplicable tiny so the room is dingy. The balcony has no table or chairs and the lounge has a small sofa with no cushions. TV not clear but has a couple of English channels. The kitchen is well catered for with big fridge/freezer, and everything u need to cook. The lifts were a pain. Only 2 working and REALLY slow to come. Also used by staff so obviously no service lift for them which is crazy. Excellent fitness facilities. Really 5* for that!

- Jurmeth (2/5): Beware! Do not opt for breakfast! - There were two options available when booking the room, (i) just the room and (ii) room with breakfast included. The price differential was double, i.e., cost of breakfast was the same as the room cost. Which was fine - so we opted for option (ii). Upon checking in, we were informed that the hotel does not serve breakfast, and we were also not provided a refund for the “breakfast” that we paid for.

- Yasser (8/5): Good hotel, but can get better. - The hotel is located in a very great area. It's literally 1 min from the Metro, and it is very easy to get around. The pool area and breakfast are excellent (the best part of hotel) . However the hotel needs a serious renovation and modernisation. The beds are old, the window is very small, and it's only 1 window. The fridge makes a noise and disturbs people from sleeping well. You have to switch it off to fall asleep. Other than that, the staff are friendly which is a good thing.

Building is older and looks it but if you are at the conference centre it is very convenient.

The location is perfect, just by the exhibition center, few steps from the metro station, grocery and restaurants are nearby. The staff were very friendly. I do not recommend the breakfast, served in another building of the hotel, and the only time we tried it was not good. There is coffee shops nearby the hotel. Totally recommend the apartment for business and family trips.

If you order breakfast with your room then you'll have to walk to Block C to get it. All the amenities such as the pool and more are located in Block C. But other then that, the staff were nice and friendly. I had no issues but in the future, I would try to request rooms in Block C.
- Gordon (4/5): Not a 4 Star Property - Paper thin walls, so you could hear the guests in the room next door does not make for a great nights sleep. Dull decor and little natural night, makes the room dark and unappealing. Poor sound proofing means you can hear the traffic all night long!
- Katrina (4/5): Good location but service can do with an uplift - We were allocated a smokers' room! nobody asked our preference. It was clean but the smell was there. The staff were very gloomy, nobody smiled or said hello to guests, they preferred to stand together chatting.
- Jean (10/5): Perfect if attending a World Trade Centre event - Place is made of different Blocks Only one block has the pool and the Gym etc.. and this is where they check-in the long term residents No breakfast buffet, but a supermarket is at 20m (in of the blocks) and the world trade centre is 80m away. Great location for business
