- MariuszM (1/5): Skandal , lekceważenie klienta. Czeski film. - Hotel nie wywiązał się z usługi. Moje potwierdzone miejsce w hotelu zostało sprzedane komuś innemu. Przeniesiono mnie pod przymusem do innego, tańszego i gorzej położonego hotelu. To skandal. Nigdzie nie spotkałem takiego braku szacunku dla klienta. Będę dochodził odszkodowania. Nic, bo nie miałem okazji mieszkać tam gdzie chciałem.
- Aura (5/5): Disappointing. - Breakfast at Mama Mia around the corner...lovely staff and food. One of the staff did stay there for our very late check in ( due to train delay). We were grateful for that. Room ordinary...cracks in floor. No opening windows...."kitchenette" was useless, tv didn't work.... Didn't expect luxury, but it could have been a lot better.

- Morgan (10/5): - Large room with plenty of storage space. Bathroom was very modern and had a very good shower. Location is very good. The room got a bit hot as we couldn't work out how to turn the heat off.

Ci hanno anche consentito di fare un check in in anticipo vista la disponibilità della stanza. Unica pecca che la doccia non ha il piatto doccia per cui l'acqua fuoriesce facilmente.

- Durmus (5/5): Es war wunderschön. - Ich musste außerdem die Stadtsteuer und eine Parkgebühr von 25 Euro bezahlen.Die Lage ist großartig. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mir gefielen die Stadtsteuer und die Parkgebühr von 25 Euro nicht; außerdem wird eine Gebühr für Kartenzahlungen erhoben.

It would be nice to have a bright light in the room, maybe a floor lamp? The lighting is quite dim for reading.

- Dilayda (6/5): An okay place to enjoy a beautiful city. - We had a balcony and kitchen, not that we made any use of it. It was cute looking. Pretty old building, probably cleaned well but because of it being old it still looks uncleaned, drain didn't work first day but after telling staff it was fixed pretty quick. The night entrance is a weird concept, there were people sitting at the desk even though we couldn't enter through the main entrance. We paid double the amount of what we paid for a better looking and better functioning/newer hotel in berlin which made it not worth the money.

Le personnel est sympathique et la chambre est spacieuse. Bonne literie et salle de bain spacieuse également L'hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner, c'est dommage

- Marcin (4/5): Nie polecam - Jedyny plus jaki tam był to czyste ręczniki które oferuje Hotel a dodatkowo w cenie pokoju mieliśmy dyskotekę minus tak, że bez muzyki - migająca żarówka. Zaczynając od tego, że samochód był zaparkowany i musieliśmy czekać aby wyjechać z hotelu ponieważ został zastawiony innym a obsługa nie wiedziała kogo z gości jest samochód.. Czy to co jest na zdjęciach przedstawia ten hotel? Absolutnie nie. W hotelu nie obowiązuje coś takiego jak cisza nocna, byliśmy z dzieckiem a obok nas w pokoju od 1 w nocy ktoś robił sobie imprezę, gdyby recepcja była czynna cała noc na pewno by tak nie było. Wygląd w pokoju to pozostawia wiele do życzenia, zasłonięte stara zasłoną prysznic od strony sypialni. Woda nie wiem czy w całych Czechach taka jest ale była śmierdząca a w nocy leciała z cieplej brudna. Naprawdę nie polecam, lepiej dopłacić trochę i jechać gdzieś indziej. Na kolejną noc pojechaliśmy do Wiednia i w niższej cenie mamy luksus, dosłownie.
