- Charlie (8/5): Enjoyable, will be returning. - Euro condo building, 6th floor, suite 59, Spacious well laid out and nice size bedroom and king size bed, easily accessible and close to two lifts, very private and quiet. Staff, professional, accommodating, helpful. Relaxing guest lounge at rear, freely available water and juice machines in hotel lobby. 7-11 shop 100 yards walk next to neighbouring Samala hotel. Hotel location, Sukhumvit 15/20 min walk. sadly, clear see signs of dated minor decor, would be useful if KS would include tea towels for patrons-guests can self clean during their stay, over simply a box of tissues. Bedroom internet tv connectivity was a an issue, old (but working) noisy AC could be frustratingly annoying to some. Sukhumvit is a busy business and tourist area, so be aware of heavy traffic when wandering. would have given 9 or 10 if it weren't for noisy AC, dated decor and lack of tea towels.

- Desmond (3/5): Great location but windows screwed shut - Good location so walkable to the party street and the metro in the other direction. All the windows are screwed shut so the first suite had a really bad moldy odor. After a half hour my eye were hurting and my nose was running. I was able to get a regular room at the front desk no problem. This also had the windows screwed shut so I could not hang my linen or Marino wool clothes out to dry. Both are excellent fabrics for hot humid weather.

- George Grant (5/5): - Good staff Had to change rooms after 1 night, bed was like sleeping on nails, new room, softer bed, room didn't look very clean, poorly maintained, sadly I wouldn't recommend, no pool in Bangkok is not recommended. Sadly I wasn't offered option to move to sister hotel next door as I wasn't pleased with facilities, Breakfast menu was barely passable, only ate there first couple of days. Then decided to 7/11 food as it was nicer.

- tegArt (9/5): - Размер номера – это пожалуй самые большие апартаменты, в которых мы останавливались. Джакузи, мощный кондиционер, большая удобная кровать. Есть кухня и минимальный необходимый набор посуды. Расположение шикарное: рядом терминал21, метро, скайтрейн (надземное метро) и куча всего в пешей доступности. Вкусные разнообразные завтраки (шведский стол), которые не успели надоесть за неделю отдыха. Поначалу заселили в угловой номер с окнами на многоуровневую парковку. В номере стоял постоянный гул, джакузи не работало и не было посуды на кухне. Интернет работал еле-еле. Описал проблемы персоналу и на следующий день нас переселили в номер напротив по коридору. Там уже все было ок.

- Firestorm1966 (6/5): It is nice but I would not stay again, the place next door is great. - The location is excellent. You can get around to things fairly easily by walking. The staff were outstanding. They are courteous and polite. The place is not well kept. It is in need of serious repairs to be charged as if it was an elegant haberdashery. There's no swimming pool, ice cost 60 baht (for ice!!).

- CHRISTELLE (7/5): - Emplacement bien, proche de la famille. Bon petit déjeuner Chambres un peu vieillotes. Il manque des lampes de chevet. Trop de bruit extérieur, fenêtre donnant sur un autre immeuble, et beaucoup de travailleurs bruyants soir et tôt le matin.

- Sofia (1/5): No lo recomeindo - Solo la ubicacion. La habitacion tenía mucho olor a humedad, el edificio es muy antiguo. Es muy caro para lo que ofrece. El desayuno no vale la pena.

- Pourzolfaghar (8/5): Ignore minor problems related to the furnitures and the room decorations and try this Hotel. - The hotel is located on a quiet street, yet near to almost anything you need in Bangkok. Furniture is not new. Shower room walls are covered with wallpaper, due to old walls, I assume.

- James (9/5): Huge apartment and range of facilities close to BTS - Room size and amenities with separate living and sleeping areas, a shower and jacuzzi bath, kitchen and washing machine. Truly an apartment type hotel room. On occasions the front desk staff came across as threatening but I put this down to language issues.

- Jonathan (10/5): Kingston Suites is our favourite hotel in Bangkok - We have stayed at Kingston Suites in Bangkok several times over the last few years, sometimes just for a few days and occasionally for a week or more - we think it’s a real gem with lovely rooms and great staff. Unlike the more recent buildings where hotels squash you into cramped rooms, this style of building benefits from much larger more spacious rooms with sofas, good sized bathrooms with walk in showers and lots of storage space, ideal if you want to unpack and hang your clothes. The rooms a serviced daily and a very clean. The staff at Kingston Suites are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant experience. Mr AAA and the front of house team are genuinely welcoming and helpful - always with a smile. We were greeted by name on our recent couple of stays. If you book with breakfast they do a really good international selection and will cook eggs to order if you ask. The hotel is in a convenient location on Sukhumvit Soi 15 with either a short 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 at Asoke or Nana BTS. They also run an hourly hotel shuttle, but we walk most of the time. There is a 7-11 a few steps away if you need it. We look forward to staying again later in the year.
