• Quentin (8/5): - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était très bien : les chambres étaient confortables, l’établissement agréable et le service de grande qualité. Un grand merci à Govanni et à toute son équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Ils ont contribué à rendre cette expérience particulièrement agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation

En general el alojamiento cumple con lo que ofrece. Las habitaciones no parecen tener mucho mantenimiento.

• Paul (7/5): Good stay! - The location of the hotel is great and very central, it is very close to Naples Central Station and within walking distance of the National Archaeological Museum, the Naples Underground tour and the centre of the old town of Naples. The rooms and breakfast are good and the staff are quite friendly. I have no complaints about the hotel.

• Valentina (1/5): CARABINIERI INTERVENUTI ALL'1 DI NOTTE - Ho dovuto chiamare i CARABINIERI a causa della persona presente alla reception di cui non so il nome ma si è identificato come il proprietario. Qualcosa di surreale. Mi ha urlato in faccia e minacciata di non voler uscire dalla camera in cui dovevo dormire in quanto era il proprietario e poteva fare quello che voleva. Ho urlato chiedendo aiuto ma presumibilmente non era presente nessun altro nella struttura. Sosteneva che avevo pagato booking e non a lui quindi poteva rimanere nella camera. I carabinieri sono intervenuti quasi all'1 di notte e mi hanno espressamente detto che non è la prima volta che vengono chiamati da clienti che alloggiano in questa struttura. Assolutamente una struttura da chiudere ed una persona da allontanare da questo luogo. Non è accettabile ricevere minacce dal personale che a questo punto ritengo fosse sotto qualche effetto stupefacente. Non mi interessa commentare la struttura perché c'è stata solo molta paura per una donna da sola che doveva solo soggiornare. Procederò con dovuta denuncia a chi di competenza.

• Max (8/5): Good. Friendly staff - Breakfast was good and the man working behind the desk brought me a coffee to my door in the early morning. (I was heading to the airport for an early flight). I thought that was very kind and friendly!

Le petit-déjeuner était apporté en chambre trop tardivement avec un seul café. La connexion wifi ne se faisait pas. Moins important mais à signaler, la télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionnait plus après quelques jours. Néanmoins je remercie le réceptionniste Giovanni qui s'est avéré très accommodant.

There was no toiled seat plastic raising seat cover. The male on reception was especially unkind, and he insisted in the end that check-out was at 10.30, in spite of the fact that it is advertised as 11.00. Horrible servi dans l appartement avec 4 croissants à chancunes , du café servi déjà avec des verres en plastiques Horrible !!!! Le gars était très chelou. C'est la première et dernière fois que je mettrais mes pieds là-bas. Pas de télé dès l'arrivée . De vendredi à dimanche pas de femme de ménage et... l'accueil n'était pas ça ! Jsuis trop déçu. Je ne recommande pas. Tout. Nous étions au 3 ème étage l ascenseur impossible d'accéder on avait pas là clé. Le service n'est pas au top! Franchement l'accueil c'est juste impressionnant !!!!!!!!! • Jacopo (10/5): Consigliato!!! - Partendo dalla posizione centralissima, struttura collegata alla stazione centrale e metropolitana. Staff gentile, preparato ed accogliente. Abbiamo prenotato una camera king deliziosa, finemente curata nei dettagli, servizi efficienti, anche se magari manca la tavoletta del water perché rispecchia e mantieni i design moderni della camera e della struttura non preoccupatevi perché sanificata con ottimi prodotti tutti i giorni. Buona colazione. Zona sovraffollata, cosa tipica delle grandi città metropoli aggiungendo come zona tassativamente la stazione centrale. Ma struttura, staff e posizione tutto eccellente e funzionale sopratutto per soggiorni brevi e lunghi.
• Pascal (2/5): - Rien Je crois qu'il convient de lire tous les commentaires précédents. Pas de coffre fort dans la chambre alors que c'est indiqué que oui. Le petit déjeuner minimaliste est amené dans la chambre alors qu'il est écrit qu'il y a une pièce prévue à cet effet. Pas de savon douche, ni shampoing, sauf du savon main dans lequel de l'eau a été ajoutée. Le bruit de la femme de ménage qui n'avait rien à faire.
• Jacopo (10/5): Relax in struttura accogliente con staff gentile e disponibile! - Partendo che viaggiavamo in coppia in treno da Milano. Uscendo dalla stazione centrale Giuseppe Garibaldi di Napoli, in 50 metri raggiungiamo la struttura che si trova in una strada attaccata a piazza Garibaldi, quindi stazione ferroviaria e linea metro ai piedi della struttura. Staff accogliente e disponibile, ci hanno offerto dell’ acqua mentre aspettavamo perché occupati in un altro check-in con persone inglesi. Arriva il momento del nostro check-in, la nostra prima volta a Napoli, quindi non conoscevamo nulla, ci danno una mappa illustrata con tutti i punti e attrazioni della città. In tutta l’ aerea circostante potete mangiare piatti tipici e sopratutto buonissimi. Una buona colazione standard al mattino, ovviamente abbiamo prenotato in un hotel senza troppe pretese, se volevamo eccedere prenotavamo un 5 stelle. La zona così come da noi a Milano, se si sceglie la stazione centrale è ovvio e risaputo che troveremo una grande maggioranza di etnie diverse.
• Jacopo (10/5): Eccezionale - Viaggiavo da solo mentre ero in treno effettuo la prenotazione dal mobile. Dovevo stare una sola notte di passaggio a Napoli per poi ripartire, dalle foto e dal sito mi convince. Esco dalla stazione centrale di Napoli, neanche 100 metri e sono in struttura. Staff eccezionale, mi mette subito ad agio offrendomi un caffè in quanto stavano servendo le colazioni in camera, cosa che succederà anche per me al mattino seguente, veramente ottima e soddisfacente considerando anche le stelle della struttura. Oltre tutto massima disponibilità da parte dello staff e della struttura, in quanto arrivato al mattino presto ore 10:00 quindi l’ orario di check-in previsto per le 14:00, già stavo pensando a 4h di attesa ma fortunatamente la camera era già pronta e disponibile, da premettere cosa mai successa fin ora in vita mia nel mondo in quanto viaggio tanto e in molti posti del mondo, e tutti sono molto precisi che sia 1 stella o 5 stelle a rispettare tale orario, quindi diamo merito a queste strutture quando ci danno piena disponibilità!
• Fama (1/5): - Niente Era tutto vecchio e rovinato, l’aria condizionata non funzionava, la tv aveva tre canali in croce, il bagno sembrava quello dove fanno le docce i senzatetto, per non parlare del personale che ogni due per tre bussava, per entrare non ti consegnano le chiavi della struttura e ogni volta che suoni per farti aprire il portone per rientrare ti rispondono come scocciati Veramente gente maleducata solo la signora che mi ha datto il check-in e sua figlia sono state cortesi Non ci tornerò mai più e ve lo sconsiglio.

Breakfast was brought to room and was substantial. Location is excellent, and close to train station TV did not work in first room, and beds not comfortable. I have a bad back so I am alerted by it. Price was a bit high for the experience.

• Marju (1/5): Älkää ihmeessä sortuko tänne. - Hotelli sijaitsee päärautatieaseman lähellä mutta katu oli lapsille pelottava. Lisätietoa löytyy googlen street viewstä. Muuta positiivista en paikasta keksi. Todella epämiellyttävä ja asiaton asiakaspalvelu poislukien ensimmäisen päivän vastaanoton nuori mies joka hoiti homman hienosti. Intialaiselta vaikuttava varttuneempi herra sen sijaan kunnostautui lähinnä kovaäänisellä italian puhumisella ilman mitään reagointia vastapuolen tulkkausyrityksiin google translatella tai ystävälliselle ja rauhalliselle englannin puheelle. Mm ylimääräisiä lakanoita ei ollut ”mahdollista” saada sillä ”huoneessa on jo kaikki tarvittava” (google translaten kertomana). Ylimääräistä avainta ei luonnollisestikaan voinut saada ja itse huone oli ylimmässä kerroksessa erillisen huolto-oven takana. Tämä avain olisi ilmeisesti pitänyt palauttaa erikseen kiireisenä lähtöaamuna josta edellä mainittu herra sai kätevästi vielä viivytettyä lähtöämme (jälleen lapsia pelotellen) suostumatta ymmärtämään englantia tai osoittelua että avain on kyllä siellä huoneessa. Isän täysillä keuhkoilla annettu suomenkielinen palaute sen sijaan tuotti yhteisymmärryksen ja mister mister sössötyksen sen jälkeen kun oltiin yhdessä kävelty siihen oven eteen että kas, on se kiinni ja aivan, avain onkin siellä sisällä kuten saapuessakin. Raivostuttavaa, alentuvaa, koppavaa, uhkaavaa sekä kaikin visuaalisin puolin epämiellyttävää ja pohjoismaisen arvokäsityksen keikauttavaa toimintaa etenkin lapsiperheen ollessa kyseessä. Ainiin, huoneiston ilmastointilaitteet toimivat kyllä mutta kaukosäädin piti käydä erikseen pyytämässä edellämainitulta hahmolta. Maan tyypilliseen tapaan joka raosta ja kolosta vuoti tupakansavu ja kadulta paikallisen basaarin puheensorina, huuto sekä ajoittainen megafoniin annettu saarna (aihetta en osaa sanoa sillä swahilin / bantukielen ymmärrykseni on heikko).
• Konečná (1/5): - I přes zprávu, že přijedeme odpoledne, náš pokoj nebyl připraven ani o půl 8 večer. Slibovaná výborná snídaně na pokoj, viz níže. Vedoucí na recepci byl velmi arogantní. Určitě nedoporučuji.

• Thomas (2/5): Waren froh, dass es nur 2 Übernachtungen waren - Die Lage zum Bahnhof war super. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber mit Klimaanlage und das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche angenehm, auch wenn das Bad etwas klein ist, aber ausreichend und mit Fön ausgestattet. Nett war, dass das Frühstück zur gewünschten Zeit auf das Zimmer gebracht wurde, da es keinen Frühstücksraum gibt. Personal war ziemlich ruppig. Hotelflur roch komisch. Das Frühstück bekam man zwar auf das Zimmer, konnte aber kein Getränk wählen. WLAN hat am Anfang nicht funktioniert, später hat ein Angestellter das Handy selbst eingerichtet, den Code haben wir nicht erfahren. Zimmer sehr Schall-Laut, nachts war Streit auf dem Flur (über 1h), dass man Angst bekommen konnte. Später kam die Polizei, von der Rezeption kam keine Info, man konnte diese auch nicht erreichen. Am nächsten Tag auf Aussage, dass es sehr laut war kam ein Achselzucken, keine Entschuldigung. Die Rezeption war im 1. OG, bis dahin war es sehr dreckig, meine Frau meinte gruselig. Für kleines Geld, ein wenig Mut und viel gute Laune wohl ok. Parkplätze im Umfeld nicht möglich, Parkhaus in der Nähe aber kostenpflichtig (20€/Tag oder über Nacht). Das Hotel selbst verfügt nicht über Parkmöglichkeiten.

• Mazzitelli (3/5): Desastre - Era un hotel en una calle que tiene una feria todos los dias, gipo once, puesteros, zomalies, pareceria que antes era un hotel alojamiento(telo) mucho olor a humedad, el propietario, un verdadero maleducado, muy mal trato, el desayuno ,una bandejita, miserable, con un cafe de maquina , un yogur ,vasito de jugo y un sandwichito, miserable el desayuno, cada vez que entraba tenia que explicar.quiem era, tipo delincuente.
• Diogo (5/5): - Simpatia dos funcionarios Localizacao pessima, limpeza do quarto era muito fraca, zona muito barulhenta, no geral muita inseguranca na zona e dentro do hotel tambem.
• Stravinskas (8/5): - Smooth check in and overall good value for the money. The breakfast was quite nice and really helped as the area had mainly confectionery shops or a fast food burger chain. The area is perfect if your aim is to travel further out of Naples as the central station is right around the corner. Perfect for a trip to Pompeii 😃. I enjoyed the hospitality and would consider the hotel again if I ever want to explore the surrounding areas of Naples. First impression of the area was worrying but during the weekend it seems to have eased up. I would be cautious of walking around outside as a woman since my girlfriend did get catcalled. The elevator malfunction once which I avoided using after, this wasn't so bad as the apartments are on the second floor. The room was a little dirty and there were a few ants, nothing I would personally consider as experience ruining things having lived in the Mediterranean area.

• murielle berthier (1/5): Hotel à éviter absolument - État lamentable de la literie (matelas tout tachés), pas de draps de dessus, couverture sale. Pas de lunette de toilette, pas de gel douche. Petit déjeuner servi obligatoirement en chambre ou rien n'est prévu (1 seul tabouret) et très mauvais (café soluble, viennoiserie bas de gamme). Et tout ça pour un prix faramineux de plus de 200 euros la nuit

• Mark (1/5): Dirty, rude and scary location - Nothing Place was dirty, staff was rude and they switched out our rooms with no reduction in fee. The place felt like a motel that rented out rooms by the hour
• Natacha (4/5): Vaut pas le prix - La situation géographique de l'hôtel, a proximité de la gare et du métro . La petite pâtisserie dans la rue bonne et pas chère Petit déjeuner plus qu'horrible, certains membres du personnel pas aimable. Chambre bruyante mal insonorisée pour l'intérieur.Odeur de cigarettes lorsque votre fenêtre est ouverte, agent d'accueil qui n'arrête pas de fumer. Entrée pas très rassurante pour certaines personnes. Ménage fait a la va vite et besoin de le réclamer ( retour en chambre a 17h chambre pas faite, plateau du petit dèj encore sur place...). La rue de l'hôtel peut paraître mal famé mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Vaut une demie étoile.
• Francesco (1/5): Non ritornerò mai più - Posizione vicino alla stazione centrale Stanza con pochissima illuminazione, bagno sporco (per usare un eufemismo), letto scomodo(cuscino bassissimo, troppo morbido). Stanza non corrispondente alla prenotazione ( cambiata senza neanche comunicarcelo una volta fatto il check in). Personale per niente professionale
