• Sandie (9/5): - Hôtel situé dans un cadre idyllique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, le petit-déjeuner excellent et varié, le personnel sympathique. Beaucoup d'équipements sur place sont prévus pour des enfants ou adolescents, mais l'établissement est adapté à tout type de public. L'hôtel est loin du centre d'Alt-Aussee, il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture.

• Sian (8/5): Perfect value and family fun. - Spotlessly clean. Perfect place for families with kids who had freedom to roam, be loud and choose food they liked. We were able to relax. Beautiful Altaussee was a great place for a short family vacation. We liked nearly everything. The only change I would look for is that the internal doors are adjusted to be less heavy for the kids and so they don't slam shut. We weren't next to a door but could still hear it every time. Just a small thing but probably quite easy to sort.

The location is very good, a perfect place if you want to go hiking or cycling nearby. Also if you just want to get a place to sleep near Hallstatt or Dachstein. The balcony of the room had a beautiful view in the morning. The pillows were not very comfortable. There was no mini fridge in the room.

• Bettina (8/5): Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht und das war absolut ok! - Zimmer und Frühstücksbuffet zu diesem Preis mehr als ok! Es gibt auch eine Sauna! Nettes Personal! Geruch im Ruheraum vor der Sauna war unangenehm (Kanal?) Speisesaal war beim Abendessen sehr kalt und ungemütlich - Buffet ist beim Frühstück viel besser!

• Tomislav (8/5): - Pogled, lokacija. Osoblje je najvažniji faktor što su ocjene visoke! Kasnili smo zbog prometne gužve i ne bi stigli na večeru. Djelatnik hotela, uslužni mladi gospodin Medved me nazvao telefonski i to na hrvatskom jeziku te ponudio da nam pripreme večeru posebno za nas. Pozdravljam mladog gospodina Medveda i zahvaljujem na ljubaznosti. Nema dizala, recepcija na drugom katu spojena s restoranom. Ponuda hrane je skromna. I kvaliteta i kvantiteta. Sobe nisu stare, ali tako izgledaju. Nema dodatnog jastuka.

• Linda (5/5): Das Hotel ist gut geeignet für junge Familien mit Kinder. - Gute Lage, direkt neben dem Salzbergwerk. Aus dem Speisesaal schaut man direkt in den Wald. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Betten sind hart und ungemütlich.

• Rusiu Dacian (6/5): Este ok. - Micul dejun, foarte bun si diversificat, locatia foarte frumoasa si chiar bine amplasat, hotelul .Caldura este foarte buna, liniste deplina. Personalul, foarte de treaba, cereti explicatii despre punctele de atractie si va indruma foarte frumos .Loc de joaca pentru copii, sauna unde va puteti delecta. Per total este ok. Camerele, sunt foarte mari, spatioase dar le lipseste “animatia”, mobilierul vechi si totul in culoarea maron deschis, aduce a camere de “ospiciu” sau chiar de “camin de facultate”. Nu sunt paturi duble in camere si in majoritatea camerelor sunt si cate doua paturi supraetajate. In camera in care am dormit erau 3 paturi de o persoana, inconfortabil as spune, deoarece eu fac rezervare pentru 2 persoane. In aceste camere ar merge in loc de al treilea pat o canapea, putina animatie in camere , niste tablouri , alte corpuri de iluminat decat cele din “1960” . Camerele au parchet si gresie asa ca va trebuie papuci de acasa . A ca si inconvenient in aceste camere mari se putea pune un tv mai maricel, la cel existent daca nu stati bine cu vederea ar trebui sa ne dea o lupa de la receptie

• Reiselust (8/5): Weiterempfehlbar! - Sehr gutes Abendessen, zu dem wir uns aber erst am 3. und 4. Tag anmelden konnten. Zimmer, wie versprochen mit Balkon und ausreichend ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Wir wurden immer freundlich gegrüßt. Für Kinder (oder auch Erwachsene) gibt es einen toll ausgestatteten Turnsaal. Am ersten Morgen gabs nur mangelhaft Frühstück (war das Hotel zuvor geschlossen?) Der Speisesaal ist sehr groß und war nicht (kaum) geheizt. Es gab einen Aufzug, doch trotzdem waren bis zum Zimmer ca. 30 Stufen mit dem Gepäck zu bewältigen. Das Personal, das uns betreut hat, war größtenteils aus Ungarn. Es war freundlich, aber distanziert (vielleicht die Sprachbarriere?). Ich denke, auch Österreich hätte ausreichend Fachkräfte.

• Casey (5/5): Could use a few modern tweaks but great location for the salt mines and Loser mountain - Good view from the bar and proximity to a kids play corner. Great access to the surrounding Loser mountain area Room was advertised as mountain view, but faced an inner courtyard. Also a creepy unremovable folk photo above the bed.

• Walpurga (7/5): - Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für vier Personen, gut, dass wir nur zu dritt angereist sind, denn das Zimmer ist klein! Nur als Zweibettzimmer geeignet!
• Peter (6/5): Wäre der Preis deutlich niedriger wäre der Aufenthalt bei geringen Ansprüchen gerechtfertigt. - Leider passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Der Preis für das einfache Zimmer sowie das einfach gehaltene Frühstück (z.B. es gibt Kaffee nur aus einer großen Kanne) ist einfach viel zu hoch.

• Marienell (8/5): Great Value & Comfortable Stay - Great last-minute find! Rooms were big, spotless, and comfy with a TV. Breakfast had good options too. For the price, it was such a great deal. Would definitely stay again! It was a wonderful stay; can't complain about anything.

• Michaela (8/5): Klidný hotel se skvělým výhledem - Chutné lokální snídaně, za mě dostatečně velký výběr kvalitních potravina skvělé čaje. Ve snídaňové nabídce nechybělo bezlepkové pečivo či bezlaktozový jogurt a rostlinné mléko. Pokoje byly čisté a uklizené, ve skříni byl k dispozici volně přístupný trezůrek. V hotelu byli dobře vybaveni na dětské návštěvy, děti se mohly vyběhat v tělocvičně anebo ve velké dětská prolézačkové místnosti. Vybavení hotelu bylo spíše obyčejné, ale funkční, pokud nemáte nějaká přemrštěná očekávání, tak myslím, že budete spokojeni. Hotel je situován v krásné klidné lokalitě s výhledem na hory. Hned vedle hotelu je Salzwelten - solný důl, takže v případě deště je o zábavu s dětmi postaráno, osobně jsme nenavštívili, ale měla by jít stáhnout prohlídka v češtině. S ubytováním jsem byla spokojená a klidně bych se ubytovala znovu. Chování mladší slečny s brýlemi na recepci - když už se vám věnovala, bylo vše v pořádku, ale museli jste ji nejprve donutit se vám věnovat, ignorovala hosty a rozhodně nebyla aktivní, že by třeba zdravila či vyhledávala oční kontakt s lidmi okolo recepce, trošku černá kaňka na tomto jinak skvělém ubytování.
