• Sean (8/5): - Basic Rooms are big & clean.. Unfortunately the room safe are not pinned down hence it can be move around. Did not dare to put anything valuable & passport in the safe when we go out the whole day. The hotel is right in the heart of Pratunam market hence everything is available once you step out of the hotel’s front door.
• FELICIA PEK YUAN (6/5): - The property looks better than expected, however the location is inside a alley (best thing is that there is two massage places right next to it), so you can't call a Grab or get a tuktuk as you need to walk to the nearest hotel to get transportation besides walking. Hotel was fine, room was bigger than expected, however the mattress is hard and they only gave one soft pillow, which made it hard to sleep. The hotel room is mostly clean.

• Leon (2/5): - I was very disappointed with the stay as there was no water at that point in time and there was no proactive effort to provide us a solution until several complaints were made. The toilet was unusable and the staff was clueless and the manager was not on scene to handle the matters. While the staff was trying their level best to calm all the customers, and make alternative arrangements, management was absent and not very helpful. Eventually we were sent to another hotel, but no update were given to us until we asked and returned to Budacco to seek an update. I have been patronising Budacco for the past 10 years very regularly… but this was the most disappointing experience for us.

• Wendy (8/5): Comfortable stay in N-time. - This is my N-time stay in Budacco hotel.I like it because of lots reasons ~ convenient, friendly staff especially front desk(Male staff who can speak in English and a little bit Mandarin), comfortable and clean.In addition,I can keep my breast milk in good condition.Will recommend to family and friends.But I have some suggestion for management ,can provide some free snacks in room and discount for regular customer.

• Clara (6/5): Disappointed with chef's attitude - Overall was ok except the lousy attitude of the chef in charge of breakfast who was not willing to cook omelette. 1st morning he said 20 mins and 2nd morning he said 15 mins and all this while he was standing around doing nothing. Is it difficult to cook an omelette? 3rd morning he said cannot order omelette as they dont have enough eggs. Very disappointing

• Kathryn (10/5): Liked it so much last yewe stayed again this year! - This is our second year visiting Bangkok and our second year staying at this hotel. We find Budacco a great value with all the amenities you need. It’s location is within walking distance to the Sky Train so getting here to and from the airport is inexpensive and fast. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is great and the Wi-Fi is fast! The Budacco is a little tricky to find on your first visit but it is well worth it.

• Charmaine (8/5): In Pratunam - The hotel is in Pratumam and is located in one of the alley. The alley is full of massage shops. After a long shopping day, I would go to one of the massage shop opp the hotel to massage. During the check-in, the provide welcome drink which is surprisingly nice. Hotel is conveniently located where you can shop and eat at the same time. Hotel’s cafeteria offers delicious breakfast spread. After breakfast hours, they would allow pack food from outside but be sure to clean it after you are done. Hotel’s staff is friendly and willing to assist you with their outmost effort. They are able to speak English which put our communication at ease during our stay. Hotel’s room is basic and clean but not soundproof. You will be able to hear tent setup in the morning and evening. I had my earplug on so doesnt affect me much.

During my stay, there was a blackout in my room, after 10 to 20mins of rescue, the hotel staff decided to change room for us, appreciated ! Buffet breakfast is good although the variety is not much.
• ningx (10/5): Good accessibility hotel - It is a small hotel not too easy to find the main entrance thou. Was received warmly by the staffs on the arrival. The only thing I would not find it not so nice about the stay is having inconsiderate neighbours who slam the door in the middle of the night like 1am in the morning. I’m not sure if it is the door issue or user issue. Sometime the hotel can do perhaps to check on the door and put up some notice along the corridor for people to see. Cause corridors is very narrow that make the sound very evident. Otherwise it had been a good stay. During the day you won’t get bored with the Pratunam market . During the night, still night market available and with street vendor selling food.

• CHEE HIAN (6/5): Budacco Bangkok - decent value. - Rented 3 rooms this trip for group of 6.Great location for early access to Pratunam morning market ! Welcome drink was a nice touch. Weighing machine at lift lobby convenient. Negatives Room key is still manual key. Little security in lifts preventing non guest access. Padthai offered was too salty and too wet and mediocre. Locating the hotel is tricky and not directly accessible by car.. But easy if you know where it is or have google maps. Breakfast was decent.

Please note slippers are only provided in Oriental Room and it is quite weird as hotel was asking about the in house slipper upon check out - Which we did not took. - We realize the in room slipper is not very clean, we suspect it's a re use one. Please note Budacco is located at a small street where transport cannot enter, not recommended for family with small kids/babies. Location is the best. Its located right on Pratunam Market. (Baiyoke Sky will be your landmark). Walking distance to Platinum Mall, Central World, Palladium Mall, Talad Neon Night Market etc. We were travelling with a family of 7 with a 2 years old baby. A big thank you to the hotel staff who being considerate and helpful. They helps us to carry our heavy staff with just a call away from Hotel, and allowed us to check in 1 room (total 3 bookings) upon arrival.

• low (8/5): Dissatisfied with the staff at night shift - Would like to highlight on the unpleasant service provided by the cafe staff at night shift. The cafe staff who is on duty at night shift was unfriendly and acted rude towards us. Firstly,she showed her impatient attitude while we asked her questions.Moreover, when we finished chilling at the cafe, we cleared our own rubbish and wanted to throw the rubbish.When we asked her to show us the dustbin,she just said there is no dustbin at the cafe or lobby area and insisted us to find the dustbin and throw it outside the hotel. This is very terrible service towards the hotel guests.It was night time and it's not safe for us to walk out purposely to find the dustbin.Thus,it is ridiculous that there is no single dustbin in the hotel lobby,cafe or kitchen area.This is my second stay in Budacco Hotel and this is a big disappointment to me. However,i would like to give compliment to the staffs in the morning shift who are so different compare to the staff working at night. They were so helpful and polite towards the hotel guests. Hopefully the service provided by the hotel staffs could be improved and standardised so we wont encounter same thing happen again in our next stay.

As the location was near the pratunam morning market, where they start preparing the stalls at 2am....u will start to hear the steel rolling, whacking, shouting, laughing sounds... Stayed for 4 nights there coulnd't have even 1 quite night sleep.

Although it can be a bit difficult to find on the first day, it is still rather convenient and very near to street markets and pratunam. Quite a few massage parlours downstairs as well. Staff was really friendly and helpful and the hotel is comfortable and clean. Will definitely come back again!

We know that Budacco is located @Pratunam and we only need to walk out the hotel, pratunam market is just in front of us. We stay in this hotel for 4D3N (if i'm not mistaken because I visited to BKK on end of Feb 2017) after visit to Khao Yai, the hotel sent 2 staffs to help us carry our luggage when our Khao Yai driver drop us @ pratunam. When the day we need to left BKK, due to it's early morning flight, the security uncle help us to carry our luggage to wait for our driver too. I feel happy and warm to stay here.

The breakfast is great (although if I may suggest to have more variation for it) The location initially definitely is a bit hard to find but once u get it, that's easy and great location! The staffs? They are so nice and warm. I'm feeling I'm at my own home. Just the only little suggestion is about the floor cleanliness.we stayed for four days three nights. They came to arrange and clean my room daily but we still can see the blacky dust on our feets. It was just minimal but if the hotel management can improve this, this hotel is going to perfect!

They allowed me to check in early and it was refreshing to receive a hot towel and drink during check in. There was even complimentary noodles offered during your stay. Breakfast was simple but tasty. After checkout, the staff even walked us out to help us grab a cab to airport. Room was basic but cheerful. Could improve with upgrading the aircon (musty smell) and ensuring bedsheets were less dusty (probably no one stay in the room for a few days). Overall the price, the location and the service will make me want to book with them again.

Perfect location within walking distance to Pratunam market and Platinum Mall. Surrounded by lotsa street food stalls and if you wanna experience Thai massage, it can be found nearby too! Overall, my parents and I enjoyed our stay. Probably the only downside of this hotel is tat there's no parking space available as it is located at a very busy alley~

Even though it is just a budget hotel, but the service level provided by the staff is super! Located opposite 7-11 for your daily necessities. Easy to travel light as shops selling luggages can be found very near to the hotel. After a tiring day out, go for a massage just below the hotel. Most importantly, staffs are polite and friendly!!!
