Spandan (9/5): - Went to Bangkok for our honeymoon, stayed here for four nights - had an absolute blast of a time. The hotel i splaced at a fantastic location, right opposite Emsphere mall, equidistant from Phrom Pong and Asok BTS stations. The reception was very helpful getting us a late checkout, as well as answering all our mundane questions. The view from our room was magnificient - we went there Songkran time, and we had a distant view of the S20 Music Festival lights, and it was genuinely magical. The lobby on the eight floor, has a swimming pool and smoking area attached. Very convenient. Room service was prompt, extremely dilligent, and thorough. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Tom (7/5): Great hotel in a great location... just needs a few simple tweaks! - The location of the hotel is excellent. The room we chose was huge, with great views over central Sukumvit. The bed was large and comfy. The room also benefited from small kitchen area. The bathroom was modern. The staff were all friendly and happy to help from check-in and throughout the stay. The TV set up it pretty terrible. And it would be cheap and easy for the hotel to fix it. The box used to offer access to Netflix and YouTube is probably 15 years old. So it's genuinely almost impossible to use. In 2026 it's not acceptable for 4/5 star hotels to have anything except a smart TV or a device that offers the same features. The hotel needs to purchase something like the Xiaomi Box S or Amazon Fire Stick. It would save the issue. The only other issue was that the shower head in the main shower needs to be thorougherly cleaner or replaced. Again, it's a quick cheap fix that would make a big difference.

odanny (8/5): Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. - You can see by the picture this is an extremely large bed, the largest I've ever seen. It was comfortable and the pillows were good too. The hotel is elegant and location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Automatic toilet was very nice. Fitness center was small but had an excellent selection of weights, especially dumbbells, which was important to me. The lighting in this room was not great, the desk only had one outlet yet it had a lamp and an alarm clock on it, meaning one had to be unplugged at all times. It needed better lighting in the room for sure. Bathroom was small and in order to shower you had to step up and over into the bathtub, so that might be an issue if that is a problem.
Kyung Soo (8/5): Hotel ok , aber auf Grund des Personals beim Abendessen werde ich beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes Hotel bebt - Personal außer im Restaurant, Hôtel zentral gelegen, Personal im Restaurant ist sehr ahnungslos und entspricht nicht den Erwartungen, stehen in der Nähe des Tisches und reden über die Gäste, da ich ein bisschen Thai verstehe, weiß ich dass es nicht nette Worte waren, außerdem wurde mir vorm Essen versichert mit Amex bezahlen zu können was hinterher doch nicht möglich war , Zimmer Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, konnte eine Auffrischung bekommen

d0riskah (10/5): Amazing staff and wonderful hotel - I stayed here recently with my family and we had such a wonderful time. The hotel is so clean and had great amenities. Above all the staff was beyond amazing, so kind and friendly. From the moment we got out of the taxi they greeted us and assisted with our luggage. The reception gave us juice which was much needed after being in the heat. Charlie and Kitty were so helpful in letting us know how to get around town and also booking our taxi to the airport the day before checking out. The breakfast food was also so good! The bacon is cooked to order and delicious! The location is also perfect; both the metro and the skytrain are within walking distance so you can quickly get to your destination. If I return to Bangkok I will be booking this hotel again.

Dorian (8/5): Agréable et très bien placé mais pas parfait. - Localisation très bonne, juste en face de EMSPHERE , très proche du BTS. Proche aussi de Asok et Terminal 21. Piscine sympa, bon petit déjeuner , personnel agréable. Wifi qui ne marchait quasiment pas, obligé d’utiliser la 5G. Pas normal dans un hôtel de ce standing. On sent l’hôtel un peu vieillissant. Ménage de la chambre pas au niveau.

Mirjam (7/5): Bra hotell med fint läge, dock lätt slitet - De har en förstklassig frukost. Sängarna är välutrustade. Ett plus är att det går att bada vid poolen efter checkout, innan man åker till flygplatsen. Läget är utmärkt. Massvis med bra restauranger, gallerior och affärer nära. Vi har nu bott på hotellet åtskilliga gånger och konstaterar återigen att det behöver renoveras. Poolen har lätt anfrätta kakelfogar. Flera av solstolarna behöver bytas ut. En kakelplatta i poolen har lossnat. Rummen börjar bli lite slitna. Vårt rum, 1109, hade en klar konstruktionsmiss i badrummet. Det var ett badkar istället för duschkabin och kanten runt badkaret var byggd så att vatten tyvärr rann ut ner på golvet och ända bort till toaletten. Det måste åtgärdas så att vattenskada inte uppstår. Gymet har föråldrad utrustning och löpbanden är inte gjorda för en person på 170 cm eller mer. De är för snäva och korta. I korridoren utanför kändes en hemsk stank, antingen från avloppet eller ett dött djur som låg och ruttnade. Stanken kändes delvis ända in i rummet.
Abi (7/5): Great location, rooms need updating - Excellent location. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Room service food was delicious. Bath was great. Although described as jacuzzi bath which it is not. Loved high floor room with great views. The WiFi was so bad. Intermittent and the IT had to come to the room. The next day again issues. Big problem for me. Not many plugs in the room! This must change. Shelf above luggage storage so I can’t fully open my case when it’s on there - little bit silly. Light switches all behind bed couldn’t find them. Room is a little old fashioned and dull. Reception is on 8th floor and not lobby which is odd. Air conditioner is so so loud. They said they are planning on upgrading their system. It gave me a headache.

Henning Gerhard (5/5): Ok, aber keine 5 Sterne - Lage ist gut direkt am Esphere Großes Bett Gutes Badezimmer Das Deluxe-Zimmer liegt auf einer Zwischenetage, die man nur mit einem zweiten nachträglich eingebauten Lift erreicht. Der Boden knarzt, so dass meine Partnerin immer in der Nacht aufwacht. Wir hatten eine schlaflose Nacht durch monetäre Differenzen des Nachbarn mit einer Prostituierten. This is never ever a 5 Star Hotel but solid 4 Stars.

Anders (8/5): Sehr Ok hotell wenn die Lage ist wichtig. - Sehr gute Lage, nette Leute, große Zimmer und eine gute Frühstück. Bin sehr froh mit meinem Aufenthalt. Kann die hotel rekommandieren. Der Pool ein bisschen zu klein und zu ruhig. Das Zimmer ist nicht Lichtdicht. Der roof-top bar ohne die möchligkeit draußen zu gehen macht kein Sinn.

Wang (8/5): Clean and comfortable stay in the center of Sukhumvit - Centrally located in the Sukhumvit district and easy to get around the shopping and entertainment nearby. The breakfast is excellent with many choices. Room is clean and spacious. Nice and high quality shower room and toilet. The location of the bathroom sink is awkward. The room is spacious but one needs to "squeeze" from between one end of the bed and the TV stand to get to the window. It could be more sound proof as the loud music from the street disturbs sleeping even on weekdays.

Filip (3/5): - Big room with panorama view The room was dirty and full of insects, the window did'nt close and the staff could not help us with it, they just cleaned up the bugs and gave us a fruit plate. Water from the shower came out in the whole bathroom and did'nt drain cause there where no drain. The pool area was awful, you can tell that they don't care about the pool area at all

We specifically remember Oak at the front door-- he helped us with our bags and greeted us everytime we came into the hotel, just an amazing staff memebr all around. He also gave us local recommendations. We also had a really lovely experience with the worker at the Glass House cafe; she was so friendly and made amazing drinks. I wish I could have spent my whole vacation with her. Thank you both for the lovely experience! Shower head wasn't great :( Also it was strange that the room coffee pods were not complimentary, as this is the first time I've seen a hotel room with a coffee maker that charges you separtely for the coffee?
