- Jennifer (9/5): Superb stay at IQ Hotel in Rome - The staff were invested in their guests well-being and holiday enjoyment. Staff were friendly, positive, motivated and polite. Breakfast was particularly good and many other services (self service bar, sauna, snacks and drinks in bedroom fridge) were available to ensure guests enjoyment and future return. There was nothing I encountered within the Hotel or during my stay that I didn't like.

This is definitely the best location I have stayed in while visiting the city. The location of the hotel is perfect, making it very easy to explore the city.

They assisted us in making sure we did our best to hit the highlights of Rome and kind enough to store our bags on the front and backend of our trip. Breakfast was excellent. Both the food and staff. - Ritsuko (9/5): - Terminiから徒歩10分以内でキャリーを無理なく使って徒歩でたどり着けます。部屋はちょっと狭いですが、ローマでは標準かなと思います。部屋は清潔でシンプルです。 シャンプーなどのアメニティもついています（ほかのイタリアのホテルはついてない場合が多いと思います）。ダイキン製のエアコンが各部屋にあるので部屋の温度を調整できるのが良かったです。コインランドリーがあるのも助かりますし、チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってくれてシャワーだけ浴びることもできます。朝ごはんは美味しかったです。どこの観光地に行くにもアクセス抜群です。すぐ近くにカルフールエクスプレスがあるので、ちょっとしたものを買うのにも便利です。 Welcome Drinkの時間が16:00－17:00の1時間しかなかったことぐらいです。

The hotel is located on a quiet side street and just a few minutes' walk from the main transportation.

Un punto muy favorable es que el minibar es totalmente gratuito y lo reponen todos los días. Ubicación estupenda. Nos dieron una habitación en la última planta, con terraza y vistas a la Plaza de la Ópera. También es un punto muy favorable que todos los días reponen los amenities sin racanear, como pasa en la mayoría de hoteles, que tienes que estar pidiéndolos. El tamaño de la habitación, es un poco pequeña.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, haben eine angenehme Größe und sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das am Morgen angebotene Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und hält für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit.

I cannot say enough about how extraordinary the hotel staff were during this difficult time. From the front desk to housekeeping and management, every single person treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, helped us navigate changes to our reservation without hesitation, and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Their empathy and professionalism turned a frightening situation into one where we felt supported and cared for. This level of service goes far beyond what is expected, and we will always be grateful. Truly outstanding staff and a hotel we will never forget.

We are always very well looked after, with the staff welcoming us back and making sure our trip goes to plan. The toons are always clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop restaurant is superb.

The room was big and clean. The bathroom was great and well stocked. Everything in the mini fridge was complimentary. The selection and quality of breakfast was exceptional. It's close to Termini so easy to catch buses and metros to anywhere in Rome. I would stay here again.

- shawnbB647FY (10/5): Great stay - The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. You can walk to the sites or the train station for day trips within 15 minutes. The rooftop restaurant was excellent and there are many good ones on the block. I would not pass on taking the cooking class it was a highlight of the trip we will not forget. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, great food, you won't regret booking the IQ.
