Helping us with luggage and showing us the room and what was included not included etc. All for the price we paid it was fantastic. Breakfast free nit we didn't take this opportunity...mini bar was cheaper than 7/11 The description said soundproof. But the windows were not double glazed. We looked out to the park and there was a lot of noise on the below street. I managed to find a place that sold earplugs. Would have scored 9 if new windows were in place.

• sara (4/5): - Only good here is location. When we stayed here two years ago, everything was much better, which is why we decided to return to the same hotel. Unfortunately, this time the experience was terrible. The room for three adults was extremely small, so small that we could barely move around. The room and the bathroom did not seem clean, as everything looked old and worn out. The breakfast was also very, very poor this time. It seems that a few years ago there was much more effort put in, probably because of the reviews, but this time everything was disappointing. We honestly felt like leaving immediately.

• Karen Maidment (9/5): Great location for Walking Street and great staff. - The location is on the corner of Walking Street opposite the park/bus station, so very central and convenient. It is noisy but in the thick of city life. The staff are fabulous, so helpful. We needed to move room as our window did not shut properly and they organised this without any issues while we were away on a day trip. Very responsive. The hotel has an elevator, always a plus as we have heavy bags. We were happy with our stay here. The breakfast was quite limited and the shower needed revamping, but was perfectly functional.

• ReallyAnonymous (4/5): Never again!!! - nothing but the location I had booked a "D E L U X" room!!! What a shame! I would not want to see a "Standard room" if what I got was a DELUX room!!! Apparently, "DELUX" can have a wide range of interpretation!!! This hotel is pretty much rundown and needs thorough refurbishment!!! The window in my room was very small and didn't close properly! There was a gap between the frame of the window and the wall!! Unacceptable! There are much better hotels in the vicinity!!

• Uday (10/5): Excellent! Stay. Value for money. - Location is the best. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. All tour operators can pick up from this hotel. To go to Da Lat, the travel company is very next door. Indian Restaurants are all around the place nearby. Overall excellent experience 👏🏻 will stay again whenever we come again.

• Wendy (1/5): Find somewhere else to stay - Palago park hotel are falsely advertising their hotel. There are much better and cheaper h - Nothing at all it was just awful. The photos and information they are advertising on booking.com do not match the actual hotel, rooms and facilities.

In the room there is AC and fan - that's great because if you don't like much AC then you just can use fan. Could be cleaner, we had a stain on bed and after report to reception then changed everything without problem. Didnt't have door in the shower so all bathroom was wet

• Lars (8/5): Very good - A regular, clean and decent tourist hotel. All essentials (bed, shower, hot and cold water, wifi) worked perfectly. Some noise at night, not from the hotel itself, but from outside. If that is an issue, perhaps avoid all hotels in this busy backpacker/party area. No big problem for me though.

• Joseph (5/5): You get what you pay for - Central location, cheap, friendly staff. Water and a few snacks in the room are helpful, plus sundries like tooth brushes and tooth paste. Nice view of the park. The aircon worked well, although a bit noisy. Breakfast was pretty awful, no milk with coffee, no butter just bread and jam. Limited selection of Asian food. No light bulb on bedside lamp, bathroom window handle missing. Bedroom window didn't close. Lift is slow and not sufficient to cope with busy times. Because the windows didn't close it was pretty noisy from the street. Other guests were also very loud.

I knew it wouldn't be brilliant friom previous reviews but the room was grim. Dirty bedsheets, stains on walls and hair in shower 🤮. Very noisy, and windows were filthy and had yellow sticky film on. Burned out bedside plug socket😱 Cost £30, and could have had a lot better for a lot cheaper.
