• Anne-sophie (10/5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour parfait, on recommande les yeux fermés ! - Nous avons séjourné au Mulini de Firenze et nous en sommes repartis complètement conquis. L’hôtel est atypique et plein de charme, vraiment différent des établissements classiques, exactement ce qu’on recherchait. Le cadre est magnifique, l’atmosphère chaleureuse et authentique. Le personnel est tout simplement adorable. Certains membres de l’équipe parlent français, ce qui est très appréciable, mais quoi qu’il en soit, tous ont été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Le parking privé est un vrai atout, on ne réalise à quel point c’est pratique qu’une fois sur place ! Les massages sont un must absolu — une expérience à part entière, à réserver sans hésiter. Un établissement que nous recommandons chaudement et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable ! 🙏

• Kaya Susanne (9/5): Un lugar precioso en las afueras para descansar de la locura florentina - Estar fuera del mogollón de Florencia fue todo un acierto. El servicio shuttle que te lleva cerca de Florencia permite dejar el coche quieto en garaje gratuito. Desayuno un poco escaso pero muy rico. El personal fantástico, las cenas espectaculares. De hecho me gustó tanto la primera cena en el hotel que repetí las otras tres noches de mi estancia. El cordero un 10, las chitarrine con alcachofa y yema de huevo un poema. Los/las camareros/as maravillosos/as. Creo que no me dieron la habitación que había reservado (y pagado), era más pequeña de lo esperado. Aun así me pareció bien bonita. El tema de las camas dobles es un poco irritante, no solo en este hotel, es así en muchos, pues en vez de un colchón grande hay dos estrechos juntos, es decir, se está cada dos por tres en la rendija entre los dos. Al estar junto al río hay una cantidad considerable de mosquitos. Menos mal que siempre llevo spray antibichos. La casa ofrece aparatos de esos.

• sara (5/5): Not what I expected - The staff were great at reception. Really accommodating. We arrived at 11pm and they got us a drink even though the bar had just closed. The hotel is like walking into your aunt's home - lots of ornaments. It feels lived in which is fine for some people, its just not our taste. There was no water in the swimming pool due to the time of year, albeit we were in 25 degree heat, which I wasn't informed off. We didn't use the spa. Breakfasts could have been better for the amount of money we were paying and we had to ask for coffee. Bedroom air conditioning wasn't on as we were out of season but the reception then gave us a fan and a mosquito repellent plug for the room. The bath was mouldy and there were marble steps up to bathroom which were lethal if wet. The shuttle bus did not take us far enough into the city centre - it was still a 20 minute walk to get to the centre.

• laurasB182JX (10/5): A fantastic hotel. A hidden gem not to be missed - I can not recommend this place highly enough. The hotel itself is stunning. It is set in a beautiful location just outside of Florence with stunning grounds and fantastic facilities. There is a brilliant restaurant and bar on sight as well as a spa which you can have exclusive use of for one hour per day. There is a pool outside with the more beautiful views. The staff are what really make this place special though. The staff really could not do enough to help you. From wine recommendations to organising our transfer back to Pisa airport they really did go above and beyond. I can not thank them enough. The small details the hotel added to our stay was so lovely. For Easter we were gifted a lovely bag of chocolate eggs and they noticed we were having wine in the room in the evening so kindly left up two wine glasses. So thoughtful. The rooms were fantastic. There is a good amount of space in the room with a wardrobe with a safe which was free to use, a desk and a large comfortable bag. The bathroom was large with a lovely shower and good amenities. The view from the room was spectacular and so lovely to wake up to each morning. The hotel is slightly out of the centre but the hotel did run a shuttle bus which went to just outside the centre for 1 Euro 50 cents. Such great value. Taxi's are ok to grab in the centre and the hotel called them for us in the morning. The cost was about 30 Euro to get in. Uber does not work so this is something to bare in mind. There are local apps for Taxi's but not that easy to use. It was easy to use the taxi ranks in the city though. The facilities of the hotel and the incredible staff made this hotel a really hidden gem. I will defiantly be returning and I would highly recommend to anyone for a relaxing stay in Florence.

Das Hotel hat eigene Garage. Größe des Zimmers war sehr gut. Wir hatten Zimmer direkt an der Seite zum Fluss, daher etwas laut. Es gibt zwar einen Shuttle Bus aber gegen Gebühr 3.50 € pro Fahrt. Trinkgeld 10% war auf der Rechnung drauf, wurde lediglich drauf hingewiesen.

• 324dallask (10/5): Best Hotel of Italy - Beautiful hotel and room (I had #204 “a river-view room” and possibly the best one) located in what became my favorite area of Florence. Slightly out of the way but worth it. The river is amazing - the water contacts one of the hotel walls. Friendly and professional staff. Easily the best place I stayed in during my Italy trip. I could come back just to spend a week in the room.

La posizione è davvero ideale: lontano dal caos turistico ma collegato benissimo grazie a una splendida passeggiata lungo l’Arno che permette di raggiungere il centro storico in modo rilassante e suggestivo. Camminare ogni giorno con questa vista è stato uno dei momenti più belli del soggiorno. L’hotel, adiacente all’Arno, è curato benissimo nei minimi dettagli e riesce a mantenere tutto il fascino dell’antico mulino da cui nasce la struttura. Si percepisce una grande attenzione nel preservare l’atmosfera storica, unita però a comfort moderni che rendono il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Le camere sono spaziose, silenziose e arredate con gusto, perfette per riposarsi dopo una giornata a visitare la città. Il personale è sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, facendoci sentire davvero i benvenuti. 😊 Colazione ottima e varia, con prodotti freschi e di qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con energia. Se cercate un posto tranquillo dove soggiornare a Firenze, ma con la possibilità di raggiungere il centro con una bellissima passeggiata panoramica lungo il fiume, questo hotel è davvero una scelta eccellente. La spa riservata è veramente una coccola, il cortile d ingresso è fantastico, la hall, le sale intorno, il ristorante, l esterno de ristorante tutto bellissimo!! La camera stupenda: con travature in legno, affacciata su due lati al fiume, il letto in stile, il bagno con la Jacuzzi, calda, accoglienti, le luci, regolabili, che creano un’atmosfera intima e accogliente. Alimenti gluten-free per la colazione mi aspettavo una colazione più ricca e varia; ci sono parecchi dolci fatti in casa ma non molta scelta per la colazione salata

Consiglio all’atto della prenotazione di chiedere una stanza senza questo inconveniente.

• William (6/5): Ett bra budget alternativ i Florens med pool, men ligger väldigt off. - Otrolig potential! Ligger fint vid floden och har så fina ytor. Dock lite väl outnyttjade Ligger alldeles för off. Visste att det skulle vara en bit in till stan men fanns verkligen ingenting i närområdet. Närmsta café eller resturang var 25 minuters promenad. Hotellet hade en buss som gick in mot stan men stannade ändå typ 20 min från där riktiga Florens börjar. Vi tog buss 8 eller 23. Funkade super men det var ca 20-25 min att gå från hotellet till bussen.

Excellent value for money having Sauna facilities. My recommendation to anyone visiting Florence. The lovely artwork on every wall of the premises makes this stay positive in all aspects. The Sauna was missing a relaxation room and the temperature of the surroundings was not as warm as expected.

Before we booked, we reached out to the property directly to inquire about transportation to the city center as this property was on the outskirts, and we did plan on spending a couple of days in Florence city center. We were told there was a hotel shuttle to a nearby bus. Upon our arrival, we were told that the shuttle was seasonal, and therefore closed. It was near impossible to get a taxi or Uber who were willing to drive that far from city center. When we did manage to get somebody to pick up our ride, the cost was $50 or more adding quite a bit of unexpected expense to our trip. Additionally, we booked this particular property because of its location outside of the city and the beautiful views. We were hoping to enjoy some downtime, relaxing in the countryside. Once we got there, we discovered that other than eight plastic chairs for the entire facility. All of the outdoor lounge spaces had been closed up for the season. We were told it was too cold to swim, and therefore everything had been put away. The daytime temperatures were about 65 to 70° so perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful countryside. However, the only place for us to sit was in our rooms or in the lobby. Our group alone was eight people so between the transportation issues and not being able to enjoy the views of the property. It was pretty disappointing. The other thing to consider is no restaurants or coffee, shops nearby other than the restaurant in the hotel. If you have picky eaters, this can be problematic, unless you can get a taxi to take you elsewhere. We mentioned our disappointment about not being able to relax in the outdoor spaces and had hoped that some of the outdoor furniture would be put back out but that never happened.

O café da manhã muito gostoso, porém achei caro 18€ O café da manhã não é incluso. O hotel fica um pouco afastado da cidade! Para mim isso não foi um problema, pois alugamos um carro e viajamos, e era ótimo ele ser afastado pois ao retornar da estrada fica bem na entrada da cidade. Mas para quem quer fazer passeios pela cidade tem que se atentar a isso.

• Shelly (10/5): A relaxing stay on the Arno - Private patio over looking the Arno was so nice after our long stay in the center area. The spa was beautiful and relaxing. A short shuttle ride back to the center if you wish. Fantastic property to relax. Our foot massages the night before boarding a 13 hour flight was a welcomed experience. Also need to mention the pastry chef who made such interesting desserts. Located on main road so be careful if walking to trails or town.

• Natalja (7/5): Nice but a bit disappointed - The actual hotel was absolutely lovely, very tranquil,lovely decor ,good feel .Huge shout out to reception guy, not sure what was his name, he check us in and checked out, he was super helpful and the waiter guy with black curly longish hair, he was absolutely lovely and super helpful to me and my other half, place gets better score because of these 2 guys. BEDROOM , spoiled the stay. When I have booked it was only available classic room and a few other similar rooms, I thought I was booking different room. It was super cold and just unappealing , beautiful river Arno view tho, in the evening and morning was sooo ridiculously cold , when asked girl at the reception if there is any way heating can be turned on , she said it's not aloud until mid month or something, didn't suggested heater or anything, so we where absolutely freezing first night and had thoughts of leaving hotel as this was unacceptable, on the second night I have complained to reception guy who was very understanding and given us heater, it made it more comfortable but still feeling in the room wasn't pleasant and spoiled half of our stay in Florence, unfortunately.Also, shuttle bus drops people off a bit too far from the city center,and taxi's are absolute extortion, from 25 euros to 80( we paid that twice when couldn't get normal taxi) so best to rent out car if you are planning staying outside the city .
• derrick (9/5): Beautiful old style hotel cracking location by river - Staff, beautiful location on the river weirs The courtesy bus that gets you to the edge of town takes abit of getting used to for the limited pick up times.you are often relaying on local buses to get you back.Also not the hotel fault but we were ripped of by a taxi from the train station to hotel (3miles to walk 44€ charged) so stay started with shouting match.hotel staff said it is becoming more of a problem 😩

The property was spectacular and immaculately maintained. We enjoyed walking around the grounds taking in its beauty. The location was great if you intend to rent a car and stay right outside the ztl. Every person in the staff in every position were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were so happy to see that they enjoyed our toddler staying there as well. We had a couple of nights where our toddler was not feeling well, so we ordered room service from the restaurant and it was amazing. We can't wait to return and we are thankful for the memories.

We also needed guidance with transportation at the train station and staff provided all the useful tips which prepared us for our first train experience in Italy! I felt intimidated with the train travel planning but staff was very knowledgeable!
• Alanah (10/5): Stunning hotel! - Very luxurious, loved the private sauna/steam room that could be booked. The jacuzzi bathtub was amazing and the staff were wonderful. Location was a bit out of the way but way able to get into Florence in about 20 minutes via electric scooter. Shuttle bus was available but I had to leave for school before it started up so didn’t get to try. View from my room was lovely over the Arno, especially the sound of the river at night time. A wee bit far away from Florence and hard to get too
• Corey (10/5): - Fantastic hotel with great services. Utilized the pool, the laundry service, the lobby bar, the safe underground parking. Reception is great. They speak fantastic English and help guide you through your trip into the city of Florence if you’re driving.
• Carl (10/5): - This hotel is situated on a beautiful plot of land next to the Arno river, with a picturesque courtyard, excellent amenities, and extremely professional and helpful staff. Getting here is a little tricky as it is a little out of the way, so it is probably easiest to take a taxi if arriving from the train station. The hotel does offer a shuttle service at times throughout the day that picks up and drops off about a 15-20 minute walk from the action of downtown Florence, which is easier than taking the bus. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast provided were all excellent. There is an "optional" service charge at the end of the stay, which seemed fair given how helpful the staff was in arranging transportation, spa service, and servicing the room. If you stay here, make sure to take advantage of the spa! We would definitely stay here again
• Kathleen (10/5): Wonderful place to relax - Hotel was beautiful and had many amenities. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent with many choices. The room was spacious with antique furniture. The bed was comfortable. It was farther outside of Florence than we thought. The hotel offers a shuttle service but it only had 3 runs in the morning and 3 late afternoon and it drops you about a 30 minute walk to sights in Florence.
