Need renovation. Part of the walls had some paint peeled off. There was weird/ unpleasant smells when you get in the hotel- lobby; inside the elevator; and hallway.

- TAKAKO (8/5): 寒くて体がだるくなってしまったのが残念。設備が古い。 - お風呂、浴槽があった！ エアコンの調整が、こちらでは不能だった。 温度が低いのに薄い布団一枚で、朝起きたら寒さで体がだるかったのでびっくり！ガッカリ！ 布団の薄さそのものは快適です。しかし、その薄さに見合った温度でなければ意味がない。ちなみに私、決して寒がりではなくむしろ暑がりです。快適な宿泊のためには寝る時の温度は、非常に重要な要素と思います。

- shizuka (10/5): 感謝 - 私ごとですが、スーツケースの取り違えをホテルで気付きスタッフの方に相談したところ、非常に優しく迅速で親身な対応をしてくださり無事に事なきを得ました。慣れない旅先でも相談しやすい環境で安心して過ごすことができました。駅が徒歩5分程で観光地にも出やすいです。コンビニ、マッサージ店もすぐ隣で便利でした。4日間の滞在でしたがタオルやシーツも毎日取り替えてもらえ清潔に過ごすことができました。 もともと湿度が高いので仕方ないですが部屋のにおいが多少します。数時間で慣れます。部屋のスリッパはペラペラです。壁は少し薄いのと冷蔵庫の音が多少気になりますが、宿泊費を考えると全く問題ありません。
- Stefano Amico (2/5): - Almost nothing One of my worst experiences ever. The personnel with only one exception, have always been rude. Probably a good option for locals, but terrible for foreigners, since no one speaks decent English. The hotel doesn't have a real lobby nor a bar, no sofas or comfortable chairs and the check-in is mandatory at 3:00 pm, no exceptions. If you arrive earlier you have to sit in a chair. No one smiles in this hotel and greeting guests seemed prohibited. The breakfast is poor and the food quality is terrible. The only English I heard was during every breakfast from the terrible lady that used to always say "we close at 10:00", even if we had breakfast at 8:30, keeping saying that even at our table

- Brenner (7/5): Great location and as we spent all day outside the hotel we didnt mind the old design. - The location of the hotel is really convenient. Very close to the MRT and also to the night market and shopping area. The staff was friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The facilities and the rooms are quiet old. The air condition had some issues as we found it very cold so we switched off the AC but the temperature did not change and the AC unit continued to run. No proper shower available but only a bathtub with a shower curtain.
