• Dr Christopher K. (8/5): Excellent for an overnight stop - A decent hotel with excellent connections to Metro. Staff helpful and attentive. Hotel is dated and is very much 70s chic, but comfortable beds and good for an overnight stay (I'm unsure if suitable for a romantic week away). Breakfast good.
• Amtul Haseeb (2/5): - Ich weiß nicht, wieso niemand die Wahrheit spricht, dieses Hotel war grausam. Sehr sehr schlecht, nicht mal 1 Stern wert. Nasenpopel klebt an den Wänden, Haare im Bett, im Waschbecken oder auf der Toilette, die Dusche voll mit Schimmel, geht man ein wenig mit Wasser an die Ränder fängt der Schimmel an sich zu lösen. Personal überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit, egal was man sie fragt oder wenn sie um etwas gebeten werden haben sie nur eine Antwort „Ich weis nicht“ oder „ich habe keine Zeit“ Die Zimmern für eine Person hat eine sehr sehr sehr kleine Dusche da passt wirklich nur eine halbe Person rein. Boden, Schränke, Stuhl, Tische und der Bett war voller Staub. Kunden die allergisch gegen Staub und Schimmel sind und Asthma haben, BITTE AUFPASSEN. Obwohl ich mich bereits beschwert hatte, wurde an der Lage nichts geändert, sodass ich kaum im Hotel geschlafen habe sondern in andere Hotel. Die paar Tage die ich bei denen war konnte ich wegen Staub und Atemnot nicht schlafen. Mein Check out musste ich dementsprechend auch früher machen weil ich keine Lust mehr darauf hatte. Gott bewahre

• Joseph (8/5): Nice hotel in very good location. - I was on a trip with friends and needed only a basic room, bed, shower etc. the Minerva was exactly what was required. Staff were friendly, room was serviced well every day and was very clean. It is also very handy for transport with a metro station being only yards from the hotel. Fabulous restaurants by the canal are only a 10 minute walk away. Luckily, I’m a heavy sleeper because the tram passes outside and is very noisy - the reason for a star being lost.
• Stephen (8/5): - Safe, convenient and vibrant location with easy access to subway and numerous dining options. I consider this a budget option as the hotel could use some updates (mainly to the bathroom), but it was clean and the elevator, AC and wifi all worked great.

Small room, dust in corner, poor condition, loud environment outside, and metro passing under the hotel. We asked the hotel staff if we could be switched to a relatively quiet room instead of the room by the street. The women refused immediately and rudely. We booked this hotel because a friend stayed at the same hotel at the same time. Very bad experience. Price was not cheap at all.
• Christiane (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr gut am Metro Bahnhof Porta Genova und in Laufnähe zu Navigli, mit seiner unglaublichen Auswahl an Restaurants. Eines meiner Hauptbuchungspunkte, neben der Lage, ist die Besetzung der Rezeption Rund um die Uhr. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat für mich gereicht. Ich mag nicht am Morgen schon wegen Kaffee durch die Gegend rennen. Das Zimmer hatte für mich eine gute Größe. Der einzigste Minuspunkt sind die Fenster. Eine Investition in Doppelglasige Fenster würde der Nachtruhe helfen. Die Straße ist einfach zu stark befahren, insbesondere mit alten Straßenbahnen. Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

• lidiani (10/5): Hotel de bom custo beneficio - Funcionários atenciosos, o quarto era simples mas limpo, toalhas de banho trocadas todos os dias o box do banheiro era muito pequeno um pessoa grande teria dificuldade. O cafe da manhã é bom. A localização é fantástica, a poucos passos da estacao de metrô porta Gênova, fizemos os passeios a pé, e a noite para comer próximo ao Canal de Navigle muito gostosa com muitos restaurantes próximos. Supriu as nossas necessidades!
• JANIO (8/5): - Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O hotel nos surpreendeu. Por tratar-se de uma área mais antiga, estávamos esperando os problemas tipicos de prédios mais antigos. Mas com exceção do fato de não ter elevador, que pra nós não foi problema, de resto foi tudo ótimo. Tudo organizado, limpo, bom espaço no quarto, ar condicionado split bom, toalhas maravilhosas, janelas novas que abafam bembo ruído externo, café bem bom, várias conveniências próximas. Estação Porta Genova do metro fica a cinco minutos de distância e outras opções de transporte também. Recomendamos e com certeza voltaríamos.

• Sergio (4/5): Hotel Minerva a Milano vicino a Porta Genova - Spiace mettere una recensione altamente negativa, perché non lo merita il personale che comunque è disponibile e gentile, ma purtroppo l’Hotel Minerva, nelle attuali situazioni in cui versa, in cui ha delle evidentissime problematiche riguardanti i locali interni , fatiscenti, le camere, vecchie e al limite della decenza, la sala colazione, praticamente un appoggio di un vecchio bar e l ambientazione generale e la pulizia, quasi da Albergo da incontri occasionali, che ne rendono la fruizione da SCONSIGLIATE CATEGORICAMENTE e da evitare che le offerte dell’Hotel appaiano sui siti di prenotazione alberghieri. Le uniche note positive sono costituite dalla generale cortesia del personale impiegato e nella vicinanza alla zona della movida della Darsena di Milano. Poi i lavori del tram e la zona ad alto traffico rendono sconsigliato l’uso di stanze che diano sul lato strada e che siano nei piani più bassi. Posso augurare che l’Hotel abbia una totale ristrutturazione per tornare ad uno standard almeno accettabile.

Le camere necessitano però di alcuni miglioramenti: l'arredo è datato, specialmente i bagni che avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Inoltre, le stanze risultano un po' buie e la mancanza di insonorizzazione disturba il riposo notturno. Nonostante queste pecche, l'hotel rimane un’opzione valida per chi cerca una soluzione economica in una zona altrimenti costosa.

Está cerca del duomo y castelo sforza con un trans llegas al toque bueno para moverse a 100 mts esta porta Génova estación del metro y de ahí a centrale y viajas a todos lados (relacion precio calidad 3 star está bien) lo mejor la gente del front desk Stefano,Rita etc buena gente lo recomiendo

Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, la camera confortevole e pulita. Il bagno, anche se non nuovissimo è pulito e ben accessoriato. La colazione offre una buona scelta di dolce e salato. Lo consiglio vivamente.

• mary (8/5): Minerva in Milano! - Enjoyed our 5 night stay at hotel Minerva near Milan's Navigli district, a very central location close to Porta Genova train station and tram which goes directly to Piazza Duomo and also close to our son's flat on Cesare da Sesto. Breakfast each morning was good with a selection of fruit, yogurt,cereals,ham/salami, cheese, hard boiled eggs,pastries, juices, water, teas and coffees.
• Steve (8/5): - Like others have said, the place isn't a gem but it is good walking distance to the canals and the surrounding area. The place isn't very clean and pretty worn. Our room didn't look like the pictures either. We were just staying 1 night and the hotel was good value for the location and staying for a night. If were were spending more time in the city, we would have looked to stay in a nicer place.
