- Angelique (6/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter Florence. On accède au Duomo en 10 min à pied seulement. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et calmes. Situé dans un ancien immeuble, l'hôtel est vieillot et les couloirs mal aérés (mauvaise odeur). Le prix est élevé pour ce genre de prestation, mais il est très proche du centre, donc on ne peut pas tout avoir !

Cuscini pietosi e strapieno di zanzare. La notte è stata un incubo. Bagno inaccessibile, sul water le ginocchia toccano la parete di fronte.

Problème d'isolation des chambres ainsi que la proximité de la salle de bain commune, alors que nous avions une salle de bain dans la chambre. Il est vrai que la salle de bain interne était très petite. Il faudrait faire un petit rafraîchissement de la chambre, peinture, parquet, rideau.

- Alessio (7/5): Ottima posizione e pulizia a poco prezzo, peccato per i muri sottili. - La posizione della struttura è ottima, vicina a San Lorenzo, ai mercati centrali e ad una via con un sacco di locali e ristoranti ottimi per mangiare su varie fasce di prezzo. Per l'area in cui si trova (Entro i viali) il prezzo è estremamente competitivo, specie considerando il poco anticipo con cui abbiamo prenotato. La struttura è pulita e di facile accesso. E, se vi piace il genere, una delle stanze ha la stranezza di avere la doccia dentro alla camera da letto. Valutate voi se è positivo. I muri delle stanze sono veramente sottili. Ci sono capitati dei vicini estremamente rumorosi, che uscendo alle 11 di sera e rientrando in camera alle 4:00 del mattino ci hanno più volte svegliato tenendo la musica alta, urlando e ragionando di scempiaggini a voce molto alta. L'albergatore non può certo controllare la civiltà degli ospiti, ma una maggiore insonorizzazione avrebbe aiutato. E poi avevamo una stanza con la doccia in camera: c'è a chi potrebbe non piacere.

I codici per l’accesso funzionavano e abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per altre visite l’ultimo giorno. Colazione piuttosto squallida: maglio un bar nei pressi; bagno indescrivibile per le dimensioni oltre che minime, quasi difficilmente accessibile. Porta finestra che affaccia su balconcino inaccessibile perché ostruito da una struttura in metallo rovinata per terra. Il letto non è’ stato mai rifatto come la pulizia del bagno. Certo il costo per due notti due persone non è’ alto ma considerata anche la tassa di soggiorno, insomma…

El difícil acceso, no hay recepcionista a la hora del chekin el cual hay que hacerla por ínternet donde se demora uno mucho más , difícil acceso con maleta es complicado, no me gustó esa aparte ya que ni ascensor está permitido de usar. Del resto todo bien .

- Liubov (1/5): - NOTHING Hotel is horrible, no staff in the hotel, so if you have any problems you don’t know who you have to talk for the help, there is a ring to enter the hotel, but nobody answering, you like a stupid staying outside looking for the phone to call. I did reservations in the morning, by the hotel I was after 3 pm , and they said that they didn’t have my reservation, I sent them a picture of my reservation, they said that they don’t have nobody by this name, and around 7 pm they texted me that they got my reservation, so what I should do going around with my baggage, after one person let me go inside the hotel, and what no one there, no staff, nothing, and hotel smells, so I would not recommend this hotel, don’t spend your money, even that it looks little bit cheaper, but sometimes better pay little bit more to avoid this garbage, HORRIBLE
