Location is wonderful, we highly reccommend it. - The location is fantastic, very accesible and close to good shopping, eating and other ammenities the city has to offer. The staff is attentive, polite and very friendly. Room cleanliness is of the highest level. The room we reserved had accustic problems, we could hear our neighbor from the adjacent room as if he was right next to us, after complaining we got a much better room on a higher floor which was great but the hotel has to address this accustic issue. The rooms are generally comfortable and well maintained but lack some accessories such as minibar and coffee machine.

- Adrian (7/5): Great Location, But Double-Check Your Bill - Great location and the hotel itself is ok. The service feels quite basic and definitely not at a 4 or 5-star level. One important thing: carefully review your bill at check-out. Both in our room and in our friends’ room, we were charged for significant consumptions that were not ours. Two different invoices, on two different days, with the exact same type of mistake and for large amounts. Very strange. Guests should pay close attention, because this should not be able to happen in a hotel like this.

- JALAL (6/5): boring business trip - well first of all the view that i expected from the pictures on booking, was not the same, my room faced another buiilding, washroom super small i find that putting the sink inside the room is a little tacky, not alligned with the boutique hotel parisien that the they are aiming for. now im a frequent traveller , for business andd leisure, althought i did pay a non refundable fair, but usually refined hotels care more about the customer experience, anyways i didnt make it the first night i checked out the second day so when i asked ifsomething can be done, she said NO, at least a partial refund, a hotel credit, anyways i paid the equivalent of a night in a junior suite at the ritz carlton in a cute boutique hotel in the SOHO (oh wow) amyways at our check out we booked a car to take us to the airport, then me and my colleague went to shop quickly, so for the driver to pick me up from 2.2 km away 30 USD more,and taxes and tip .. not swiping my card again for sure Customer service in all it aspects

- Anne (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel in SoHo! - Das Hotel ist wunderschön: Eingang, Lobby, Restaurant. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Sicht aus dem 24. Stock ist unglaublich! Gratis Café oder Tee am Empfang ab 7:00 ist sehr nett! Das Badezimmer war auch sehr schön und geräumig. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, obwohl man mittendrin ist. Das Zimmer war ein wenig klein aber das kennen wir aus NY und die Möbeln waren ein wenig abgenutzt.

- Stephgaorom (2/5): Terrible - Terrible experience with this hotel. The staff is not friendly at all. I was charged without my authorization, and after more than 4 months, the refund is still “being processed.” Very disappointing. Avoid staying here also We paid for a specific room, but when we arrived, they gave us a completely different one because the hotel was fully booked. Their response was: “Tomorrow we’ll see what we can do, there’s nothing we can offer you right now.” The next day, they told us that was the only room they could give us and that we could either take it or look for another hotel.

There is beautiful aroma as you come into reception on the first floor. Staff are helpful. Our room was wow and the view was outstanding! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, to make it even better it would of been great to have had a kettle in our room. We managed with the drinks provided near reception but they are from 7am my body clock was in need before some mornings.

Restaurante é bonito, mas o cardápio é bem limitado de opções, então acabei não jantando lá. Quarto muito pequeno, não tem espaço para colocar duas malas. Não tem frigobar. Banheiro muito pequeno, a pia fica no quarto.

- Maria (7/5): fabulous views and prime location - The number 1 attraction for this hotel are the views. These are spectacular. We had a panoramic view of midtown. Also the location is fantastic, in a quiet street in SOHO close to different subway lines. Because of the above points, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were certainly a few points where the hotel fell short. We booked a room with a balcony, but found this locked on day 3 of our week stay. Frustratingly, no-one was able to give us an explanation. The hotel did gave us a small refund, but still communication fell short and whatever the problem was, it should have been dealt with more quickly. Likewise, no matter how often we asked, we were unable to get caffeinated coffee in the room.

- akanshuj (2/5): Undisclosed Junk Amenity Fee + Retaliatory Charging After Negative Review - I booked and prepaid the full advertised rate for my stay at NoMo SoHo through Booking.com. Nowhere in the booking confirmation or terms was any mandatory amenity, resort, or destination fee disclosed. After checkout, the hotel charged my card an unauthorized amenity fee of $376.11. They refunded this amount on April 18, 2026. However, on April 19 they charged me again for $345.45 — the exact same type of fee. On April 25, I called the hotel and spoke directly with the Director of Revenue. she openly admitted that the second charge was made because I had left a negative Google review about how the hotel handled the first unauthorized fee. The Director told me to “take the money from Booking.com” and then abruptly ended the call. Despite sending all proof multiple times to both the hotel and Booking.com, I have received zero replies or resolution as of April 28. This is a clear case of an undisclosed junk fee combined with retaliatory billing. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly recommend other travellers choose a different hotel.

- KATJA (10/5): Clean, modern, excellent value - Super cute hotel in a great location. Clean, modern and friendly staff, especially the person that stored our luggage and booked the car to the airport (forgot his name unfortunately)

- Anita (9/5): Top! Gerne wieder. - Die Location ist top, die Aussicht ebenfalls (ich war im 24.Stock). Das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einige Teile der Ausstattung und haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Es ist relativ laut (Verkehr) und dies selbst im 24. Stock und in einer Nebenstraße. Etwas, was man in NY einfach in Kauf nehmen muss ☺️

Ladies at reception are not helpfull just because of we are coming from Booking.com. This is feeling supported by their responses when we request simple requests etc. Even we inform them about my partner's checkin before me (I arrived NYC 2 hours after her), officially got conformation email from hotel through your platform, they created difficulty for her and insist not to accept her even she showed our emailing etc.

- AmandaCuello (10/5): NoMo SoHo — 10/10 🤍 - I went to this hotel for a solo trip to New York & the atmosphere when you first enter the walkway was so pleasantly magical. It feels like you are walking through an ethereal garden which makes it feel extra special. The staff was super accommodating & polite as well. The bellman was able to help me with all of my bags whenever I needed them & was such a gentleman. I appreciated his service throughout my stay here! The rooms were super pretty & I got the most SPECTACULAR view of both bridges as well as an outstanding city view which made me cry because of how beautiful it was. There was also breakfast at this hotel & the woman who was the server was super kind & helpful with her recommendations. The entire staff deserves their flowers because I had such a lovely time at this hotel & will definitely be back to stay when I visit New York again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. 10/10.

- Stephen (10/5): - The ambiance of the hotel. Location is perfect to walk everywhere in Greenwich Village, SoHo or FiDi districts. 15 minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. The floor to ceiling windows give you an incredible view of the New York Skyline. The covered vine entrance is beautiful. Rooms are smaller but perfect for 2 people for a few nights.

- Simone (7/5): Overall a pleasant stay but the rooms need some upgrades. - The property is in an exceptional location, nestled into the heart of Soho and a stones throw from tonnes of retailers. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were incredibly sweet, accommodating, friendly and funny. I was also upgraded to a much larger room with great views and received early checkin. The room itself was pretty dilapidated and very worn. The headboard on the bed had cracked fabric and material, the towel hangers in the bathroom were very loose and almost hanging off. There was a lot of chipped paint on the cabinets and stains on surfaces that were in the paint and woodwork, and there were no hangers in the closet. When I asked for hangers, I revived wire hangers, which, for an establishment charging what they’re charging, I’d expect better quality hangers, fixtures and fittings.
