- michal c (7/5): - nespokojnost s wi-fi. zly signal. zrejme preto, ze poslena izba na chodbe mimo kvalitneho dosahu? signal sa stracal aj v ramci izby. maximalna uroven signalu boli 2 paličky. ale stacil minimalny pohyb s mobilom a bolo po signale. vodovod v kupelni bol prisli dlhy, resp. velmi blizko k umyvadlu. malo miestna na pohodlne umytie ruk. bud som sa rukami dotkol vodovodu alebo umyvadla.

- Ivan (10/5): - Hotel je dobro pozicioniran i povezan s centrom grada. Sobe su prostrane, čiste i ugodne za dulji boravak. Doručak je bio dobar, no trebalo bi malo poraditi na njegovoj raznovrsnosti. Izbor suhomesnatih proizvoda je bio slab. Sve u svemu, jako dobar hotel pristupačne cijene.

- Dru (10/5): Great hotel with friendly staff, excellent location near Anděl metro station, good food - Excellent location, very close walking distance to Anděl metro station, so very easy to get around Prague, especially for tourists. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I stayed half-board with breakfast and dinner included, and I was very impressed with the quality and variety of the food. The hotel also had a bar and daytime food service available, which was very convenient if you wanted drinks, snacks, or lunch during the day. I would happily stay again at this hotel.

- Attila (10/5): Legközelebb is itt szállok majd meg. - Az egyik legjobb szálloda Prágában, ahol eddig jártam. Minden magyar kirándulónak ajánlom, az Andel csomópont (metró, villamos, busz végállomás) mellett van. Cipőkanál sajnos nincs a szobában, ez hiányzott egyedül. Minden más tökéletes.

Milé, príjemné, ochotné vystupovanie služby na recepcii. Kvetinová výzdoba na recepcii. Ticho , blízkosť mestskej dopravy- metro, električka, obchody... Nevyužili sme možnosť dodatočne objednať raňajky, cenu 17,00€ za raňajky pre jednu osobu považujeme za príliš vysokú. Využili sme preto ponuku podobných služieb - brunch v blízkom okolí .

- Katarína (4/5): - The rooms were modern and clean. Smichov area is under reconstruction so it was difficult to get into hotel garage, the navigation was quite confused. But the worst within hotel was the staff at the reception. No Czech language knowledge as all of them were foreigners, limited English language knowledge, no knowledge of area, no knowledge of hotel garage functioning - I had to go personally to reception from garage thrice, as the ticket that should have been unlocked was not functioning and the garage did not open. The staff was surprised it did not work, however it happened twice afterwards. Moreover, when I decided to change hotels just after checking in, the reception staff claimed that only 1 person can cancel the accomodation, and that exact person was not present in hotel and that they could not find him. That was a major red flag for me and after the experience with the garage I decided to cancel the accomodation immediately via Booking. I informed the receptionist, handed over the cards from room and demanded some confirmation of the cancellation, again, he didn ´ t know what to do and finally said I don ´t need anything when it ´s done via Booking. I claimed a refund from hotel via Booking, so far, no refund and no reaction from hotel. Never again.

- RedRocco (8/5): Good hotel but hard mattress - Hotel was very clean with excellent facilities and staff. The only downside was the mattress which was too hard and caused poor sleep. The location is quite far from the nearest metro/tram which was a problem for us elderly folk.

- alexanderdehaan (10/5): Great hotel in perfect location - I like the fact that the hotel is in Prague 5, where you have many nice restaurants, shops, good access to public transport - however one is not overrun by masses of tourists. The hotel is very good value for money. Nice rooms, good sleep quality, helpful staff. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and will return again.
