• Philippe (3/5): - La chambre était correcte. L'hôtel se trouve dans une rue où, à la tombée de la nuit, les bars rivalisent de décibels pour attirer la clientèle. Cela rend le sommeil impossible sans bouchons d'oreilles, et parfois même avec, car le bruit ambiant provenant des établissements reste très présent. À éviter si vous n'êtes pas amateur de musique forte.

• veronique (1/5): ils nous ont volé - Je n’ai pas particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, et encore moins le manque d’honnêteté de l’établissement. Nous voyagions en famille et avions réservé trois chambres. Au moment du check-out, lorsque nous avons rendu les clés de deux chambres, la réception nous a demandé d’attendre que la troisième chambre soit également libérée avant de nous restituer les dépôts de garantie. Quelques minutes plus tard, la personne occupant la troisième chambre a rendu sa clé. La réception ne lui a alors remis que le montant correspondant à sa propre chambre, et non les trois dépôts de garantie comme nous l’avions compris. Malheureusement, nous ne nous en sommes rendu compte qu’une fois arrivés à l’aéroport, lorsque nous lui avons demandé si l’hôtel lui avait bien restitué l’ensemble des cautions. Nous avons immédiatement contacté l’hôtel pour leur expliquer la situation. Ils ont affirmé que la réceptionniste avait bien rendu la totalité du montant et à notre demande de vérification ont répondu qu’ils avaient vérifié les images de vidéosurveillance. Nous leur avons alors demandé de transmettre une preuve à Booking.com afin de clarifier la situation, mais ils n’ont jamais donné suite. Au final, deux tiers du dépôt de garantie versé ne nous ont pas été restitués. Cette expérience nous laisse un sentiment très désagréable.

• Kassandra (5/5): Middle of party central VERY loud till about 4am - The room was fine! The beds were comfortable enough and the AC worked well. If you want to party all night I’m sure it’s a great location. I did not realize how LOUD Khaosan road was, thankfully we were on the 5th floor and towards the back but I have a feeling some of those rooms are REALLY loud. And it doesn’t stop till about 4am.

• Nitul (8/5): Good stay at Khao San - The property is right in the middle of Khao San Road and good place to book if you want to experience the crazy night life at Khao San. Views from the terrace are great and the pool is really good. The terrace is closed at 9PM and you can’t see the brilliant views post that. It becomes a huge issue for people staying in top floors to go outside the hotel and smoke.

• Sharon (10/5): Fab stay and lovely roof top pool - The roof top pool was lovely, Rooms were clean, don't stay here if you want peace and quiet at night as this hotel is in the heart of the Kho San Road. They do supply earplugs in the room. After 3am ish it calms down. Beds a little hard but we only stayed one night before flying home.

If you need a bed after your session, then it’ll do. - The location if you want to be on khao san road is exceptional. You could literally fall off your bar stool into bed if you wanted. Personally, we hated it. Loud and sleazy. But that’s personal preference I suppose. Nothing. It’s cheap and convenient it’s definitely worth the money, but do not expect something nice. It’s passable at best.

• Rachel (8/5): Good value, nice staff - Staff were great, rooms were cleaned often and anything you needed was provided. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. Room was a little dark. Location is handy but noisy so depends what you’re looking for.

• Natalia (8/5): Great hotel if you want to be in Khosan road. - Exactly where we wanted to stay for our first night in Bangkok. Amazing location. Good amenities. Unfortunately we had works happening while we were at the hotel. We did get given ear plugs and there were signs about this. Otherwise nothing wrong.

Jedyny plus za dogodny basem na dachu i miejsce by posiedzieć oczywiście tylko w ciągu dnia Zbagatelizowalismy opinie o nadmiernym hałasie i to był błąd. Na ulicy już od godzin wieczornych do samego rana nakładające się muzyki dobiegające z otwartych zewnętrznych i klubow o takich basach że okna się trzęsły. Szok. Nigdy nie przeżyliśmy czegoś takiego a sporo w naszym 40 letnim wieku się już przeżyło. W pokoju nawet przy zamkniętych oknach, zatyczkach, do juszu - człowiek nie zmrużył nawet oka. Poranki na tej dzielnicy to wyjście w ulicę która jest śmierdząca z pozostałościami po niezłej balandze. Łużka dosc twarde, brak szaf by wyjąć ubrania.

• Mahmoud (5/5): Only if you plan to party at Khaosan area. - Nothing for me but it would be good for those planning to stay in nightlife area enjoying the whole night. Location is in middle of Khaosan busy road. Music was too high all night. Street was very busy and hard even to walk to reach the hotel. The receptionist was not welcoming at all and not even smiling.

Está justo en la calle de la fiesta 🥳 y por la tarde ya hay traca hasta las 7 de la mañana y el hotel no está muy insonorizado que digamos. Alguna recepcionista,nada más llegar, fue un poco antipática, parecía que les molestará atender y, eso, te marca. También parecía que todos los clientes nos hubieran puesto en la misma planta ya que había mucho trajín de puertas, hablar fuerte, etc. Por último, no había sobrecitos de café ☕ como en todos los hoteles en los que estuve en el resto de Tailandia

• Patricija (7/5): A great, simple place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Bangkok’s wild nightlife - If you want to be right in the heart of the action and nightlife, this place is definitely for you. We stayed in two different areas in Bangkok — one quieter, further from the center, and this one — and it gave us a great sense of two very different sides of the city. At first, we thought it might be too noisy to sleep, but the room was actually very well isolated from the street noise, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool is great, though it would be even better if it stayed open a bit later (ideally until around 10 PM). One small downside was that the staff felt less warm compared to the rest of Thailand, where we experienced incredibly friendly hospitality. That said, they were still helpful and informative, and kindly allowed us to store our luggage for the whole day after check-out, which we really appreciated.
