El hotel queda a pocos pasos del puede La Academia en San Marcos, el acceso fue súper fácil, me enviaron los códigos e instrucciones para entrar. La habitación muy acogedora con todo lo necesario tal y como luce en las fotos. Sin duda lo recomiendo Nada. Todo estuvo perfecto

• Saarits (10/5): I had a fantastic stay. I arrived late but that was no problem at all, since checkin was code based. - I loved the part that everything was automatic. You receive a code and enter and leave any time you need. The walls were very thin, so it's very easy to hear neighbors.

We only had a minor issue with one room because sometimes the door doesn’t open after entering the code. But apart from that, we had a really lovely stay. My family would recommend this to anyone who plans to go to venice.

• ROCIO (10/5): Diseño y ubicación top. Perfecto para unos días por Venecia. - Las instalaciones estaban como nuevas y muy limpio. El diseño es precioso y la ubicación es top. El día que llegamos no funcionaba la puerta del portal a la calle. Pero se solucionó pronto.

Se ritornassi a Venezia non esiterei a ri-prenot - Struttura moderna, ma al tempo stesso con il fascino dei palazzi antichi. Ambiente riscaldato e pulitissimo. Il sistema di codici permette un accesso più agevole alla struttura senza avere il pensiero delle chiavi.

El hotel muy agradable y la habitación con todo lo necesario y una cama muy confortable En la habitación 203, se escucha todo lo que se hace y hablan en el baño de la habitación de al lado, como si estuvieran dentro de tu habitación.

• CASADEI (10/5): - Tutto (a parte quello scritto sotto) e che in ogni caso non precluderà un altro soggiorno presso di voi. E soprattutto quando ho avuto bisogno di chiarimenti via whatsapp, la risposta è sempre stata immediata e questo è una bella cosa. Non ho valutato il rapporto qualità prezzo perchè non ho termini di paragone con altre strutture resta il fatto che sono stato contento della scelta fatta e che consiglierò agli amici. Nella camera dove ero io la 203 si sentivano i vicini della 202, pur non parlando questi a voce alta. Il problema è nelle pareti dei due bagni che sono affiancati e non ben insonorizzati. Al buio dalla camera si vede una lama di luce sul soffitto in corrispondenza dell'altro bagno quando di la c'è la luce accesa.

• MARIA (10/5): - Πανέμορφο δωμάτιο στο κέντρο της Βενετίας, δίπλα στη Βασιλική Αγίου Μάρκου (10 λεπτά περπάτημα). Πεντακάθαρος χώρος, με φρέσκα αρώματα, άνετο, μεγάλα και άνετα κρεβάτια. Λίγος θόρυβος το βράδυ καθώς απ έξω υπάρχουν μαγαζιά. Επίσης τσιμπημένο στην τιμή , αλλά γενικά η Βενετία είναι ακριβή, οπότε δεν μας έκανε τρομερή εντύπωση.

• Stefano (8/5): - Situata in una zona centralissima con tutti i servizi a pochi metri, pulitissima, non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma comunque ci sono state forniti giornalmente acqua e cialde per il caffè da poter fare nella cucina comune, consiglio vivamente. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema all'arrivo con l'apertura della porta, tramite il codice che era esatto ma non si sbloccava la porta, solo dopo aver fatto svariati tentativi siamo riusciti ad entrate. Stanza un pò piccola, sopratutto il bagno.

Apparemment très chaud et Clim ne fonctionne pas. L odeur des égouts +++ à la salle de bain. Dommage! On reçoit un message d accueil qui dit qu on peut laisser les bagages dans la pièce commune mais lorsque je demande en privé, on me dit que ce n est pas possible.

Viele Fenster !🥰 Der Schall fand seinen Weg aus dem Badezimmer des angrenzenden Zimmers direkt in unseres, wodurch wir dem Nachbarn beim Duschen, Singen und diversen anderen Tätigkeiten im Badezimmer lauschen konnten.

La posizione è davvero strategica, perfetta per muoversi comodamente e visitare la città. Gli arredi sono curati nei minimi dettagli, eleganti e accoglienti, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il personale di housekeeping è gentile e sempre disponibile a rendere il soggiorno più confortevole.

• Suzanne (5/5): Okay stay. Frustrating start of our trip - The property location is good The second room wasn’t made up when we arrived. I couldn’t contact the staff and ended up having to sleep under a towel with no bedding. We were two people but were not sharing the double bed. We were told the next day we would have had to request the room to be made up which seems ridiculous as we’ve booked a place with two rooms and if we said we were three people we would have had to pay city tax for three people. The balcony is nice but no furniture to sit out there and enjoy it.

• Ruth (10/5): Muy bueno - Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento en cuanto a ubicación , si es verdad que si viene con muchas maletas y decides ir caminando desde la estación hasta el aeropuerto tienes que pasar por muchos puentes y eso cansa si vienes con maletas , pero si coges transporte es muy cómodo . Recomiendo el sitio esta muy bien ubicado

• Iro (5/5): - Κεντρικό όλα πολύ κοντά. Η κοπέλα που καθάριζε το δωμάτιο πολύ ευγενική κ θετική. Πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο , χωρίς Ελευθερια κινήσεων. Βασικά ,Το δωμάτιο ήταν μόνο για ενα άτομο. Χωρίς να έχει ,το δεύτερο άτομο, χώρο να τοποθετήσει τη βαλίτσα του πουθενά. Επίσης ζήτησα από τη διεύθυνση να μου δώσει ενα ανοιχτήρι για να ανοίξω ανά μπουκάλι κρασί κ δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν.

• Andrii (10/5): - It was a great stay! First of all we had an opportunity to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out to explore the city. A common lounge area was comfortable, it included tea/coffee/still water. Our room was clean and warm, great soundproof, view of the cathedral. I would recommend to choose this hotel.

• G (10/5): Very confortable - We stayed in the suite. The place was very comfortable and clean. We went during the winter, and it was super cozy and warm. The bedrooms were bright, and we had access to the terrace, which had nice views of the town. The location is very convenient. I'll stay here again, highly recommended.
