Even when walking around at night, I never felt unsafe. The staff were always friendly and welcoming during my stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay, and the price was also very reasonable for the location. I'm very glad I chose to stay in this area. Thank you very much.

- Abruuz (7/5): Si solo vas a dormir este es tu hotel - Ubicación perfecta a 5 minutos de todo el centro pero sin estar con el ruido en todo el cogollo. El hotel es viejito, pero cumple su misión, es como una pensión de España. Nada de otro mundo pero apañao para pasar las noches. Típico hotel de viaje de fin de curso de bachillerato, es más tuvimos adolescentes Catalanes la primera noche de viaje de fin de curso. Las almohadas muy muy bajas y el baño bastante anticuado. Habitación para dormir y pasar el dia fuera.

- Marco (7/5): - we stayed there and it was very nice, the room had a kitchen with a fridge but no microwave nor anything to heat the food, which was ok as we were not expecting it, the shower and the amenities were fine, the location was very good as it was centric location, easy to move around and to reach important points in the city The room was cold, when I went to the reception to ask for something to make it warmer their reply was that we just had to wait, told them we waited and it was still cold and they say they will check it up but nothing happened, we had to sleep with out hoodies as the temperature was kinda low

- VASILEIOS (8/5): Ευχάριστη. - Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε φανταστική περιοχή, όλα προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια, μουσεία, πάρκα, εμπορικά μαγαζιά, καφέ, μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Διαθέτει άριστη ηχομόνωση για εξωτερικούς θορύβους. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού πάρα πολύ αναπαυτικό. Είναι πολύ καθαρό. Όλα καλά.

- Claudia (8/5): Das Hotel ist für einen kurzen Städtetrip durchaus zu empfehlen. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Das Zimmer war super sauber. Beim Frühstück war alles Notwendige ausreichend vorhanden. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein und das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und leider war es extrem hellhörig. Die Geräusche von den Hotelgängen und den angrenzenden Zimmern (vor allem vom Badezimmerventilator) ist extrem laut zu hören.

- Mandy (6/5): Im Hotel selbst mittelmäßig gut. - Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich hervorragend, in 10 min am Museumsviertel. in 20 min in der Kärntner Straße. DAs Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet, auf dem Zimmer gibt es weder Wasserkocher noch eine Möglichkeit Getränke zu kühlen. In der Lobbs kann man keinen Kaffee bekommen, einfach nichts, nichts.

- Giovanni (3/5): - la posizione è molto comoda per visitare a piedi la città Struttura vecchia con moquette sporca. Dopo due giorni abbiamo lasciato alcuni asciugamani per terra con l'intento di farli sostituire. Li abbiamo ritrovati regolarmente piegati ma non ricambiati. Alle nostre rimostranze ci è stato risposto che loro cambiamo gli asciugamani soltanto ogni sei giorni. Quindi hanno trovato normale riprendere gli asciugamani da terra e rimetterli ben piegati.

- Tsaparin (9/5): Отличное расположение, комфортные продуманные компактные номера - Компактный семейный номер, при этом очень продуманный и комфортабельный - две спальни, отдельная гардеробная комната - это большое удобство! Гидромассажная ванна была в рабочем состоянии. Один из админисраторов говорит на русском языке. Весь персонал идет навстречу, готов помочь. Отличное расположение - до основных достопримечательностей пешая доступность с детьми! По соотношению цена - качество отлично! Не понравилась стоимость парковки - но насколько я поняла, в центральной части Вены в принципе проблема с парковкой, а наличие парковочного еста при отеле - это отлично!

- RAUL (9/5): - Ubicación excelente, cerca de los museos y principales atractivos turisticos de Viena. Todo se puede hacer caminando o en metro, que está aproximadamente a 7 minutos caminando del hotel. La habitación quizás es un poco pequeña, pero el baño es gigante y con una tina perfecta para un baño después de largas caminatas por la ciudad. Nuestra estadía no incluyó desayuno, dado que se pagaba aparte por aproximadamente 19 euros, lo que nos pareció un poco costoso. Tenía tendederos calefaccionados para secar las toallas o ropa, lo que nos fue de mucha utilidad. El personal excelente, siempre atento a las necesidades que podíamos tener.
