• AC (10/5): Fantastic location, clean, comfortable and friendly front desk team members. - Fantastic location, with a clean and comfortable hotel. The front desk team members were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily as well. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

• Sébastien (10/5): Hôtel calme et cozy - La décoration de tout l'hôtel que ce soit du hall à la salle de petit déjeuner/snack aux escaliers et chambre est très belle et soignée. La petite attention sur le lit en arrivant dans la chambre, la chambre propre, lumineuse et insonorisée, le choix pour le petit déjeuner, tout y est très bon. l'équipe est très aimable et souriante, ça fait plaisir car ce n'est plus forcément le cas dans les autres hôtels d'autres groupes dans lesquels nous avons pu séjourner auparavant. Je ne saurais quoi dire... car nous n'avons pas été déçus ^^

Hotel breakfasts were excellent and it was great to have afternoon snacks. We looked forward to that after a day of sightseeing. Nothing. Everything was great.

• ALAIN (8/5): Un bon établissement au coeur de Paris. - L'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans le 9ème, dans une rue calme. la chambre était grande et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très correct, et servi sous une verrière. Le personnel est super agréable et très serviable. Plusieurs restaurants de qualité dans la rue (comptoir Canailles, Bottary). Rien à redire pour un séjour professionnel.

Very close to Montarte and Paris Opera. Clean and cozy rooms and very welcome staff. This is my second stay at this hotel and both times were easy and amazing.
• N210DZkarineg (10/5): Lovely stay in Paris - Gamica, khadija and Victoria are wonderful. The breakfast is very nice and the room is comfortable. We love the 9 arrondissement. La rue des Martyrs has a lot of cafés and shops. We stay at the Joyce hotel every time we are in Paris.

• McGregor (8/5): Very good stay. Rooms compact but had everything we needed we needed - Easy access to Metro and local bars and restaurants. Complimentary refreshments in mini fridge a bonus. These were replenished every day for free. Noise from street below and passing traffic at times was disturbing, particularly late at night.

• Daramary (10/5): Highly Recommended, a real gem in Pigalle - We really appreciated the extra touches at this hotel, minibar with soft drinks and coffee/tea/snacks/pastries available in the café area every afternoon & evening. Great to be able to have a reviving sit down with a snack when arriving back after a day of sightseeing & before getting ready to go out again. Rooms are lovely, clean & tastefully furnished, powerful shower, and very comfy beds! The staff are delightful. Walking distance to Galleries Lafayette, and to Sacre Coeur. Lots of handy restaurants within 10 mins walk.

• Laura (10/5): Fabulous stay in Hotel Joyce - Great location. We were a group of 9 and the hotel was able to accommodate us with multiple rooms with different counts of people in each room. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay. N/A

• Travel60466615742 (10/5): Excellent location and reception - Excellent location within 5 mins walking distance from the metro (St George's) and surrounded by abundant, lovely bistros, cafes, bakeries, and ateliers. If you are up for a city walk, you could even reach the Louvre and la Seine in 30-40 mins. The reception was friendly and very helpful. The room is quite spacious for its price in Paris. There was zero noise from the street despite my room being on the ground floor. Overall very pleasant stay, and I will definitely consider returning for the next trip to Paris.

The room was decorated nicely and the facilities in the hotel were great - especially the mini bar in the room and the free drinks and snacks in the main dining area. The lift was very small. It would be good to have a smoking area out the back.

Et en plus du café et du thé dans la chambre, on avait quelques boissons gratuites dans le mini-frigo tous les jours et également accès à des boissons et des snacks gratuits dans l'hôtel et les autres hôtels du groupe. • Alla (8/5): - Очень понравилось расположение отеля, в красивом и спокойном районе Опера. Персонал отеля очень доброжелателен и отзывчив. Также понравилась предоставленная отелем возможность отдохнуть, выпить горячие напитки в зоне, где накрывают завтраки. Достаточно просторные номера. Из минусов: отсутствие центрального отопления в номере (была предоставлена электрическая батарея), и отсутствие вентиляции, после принятия душа, вода текла ручьем по окну, в связи с чем. образовался грибок в душе. Но больше всего расстроила увиденная нами на шведском столе крыса, которая гуляла по столу и ела крошки круасанов. Удивило, что персонал не закрыл зону шведского стола после того, как мы показали эту крысу, люди продолжали есть в этой зоне.

Kostenlose Snack Möglichkeiten in anderen Hotels in der Stadt. Frühstück war nach einige Tagen etwas monoton. Kaffeequalität sollte besser sein.

• Patricia (10/5): excelente estadía - todo , lo único que tengo para comentar que me pareció mal , al hacer el chekout pedimos en recepción nos llame un taxi para que nos lleve a la estación de tren , el taxi nos cobró una tarifa fija excesiva de 45.20 euros !!! carísimo !!! nadie nos avisó antes de esto , no nos preguntaron yo había averiguado y un taxi a esa estacion no valía más de 20 euros , el reloj del taxi marcaba 45 y eso cobró!!! muy excesivo sin siquiera habernos preguntado antes , en la recepción
