• Rebecca (10/5): Amazing location & spacious, comfortable accomodation. - We adored our suite! It was huge! Fantastic view, spacious & comfortable. The staff were so helpful & friendly. The owner was especially helpful with printing some unexpected paperwork that I needed for my missing passport, & his daughter was a breath of fresh air with her helpful & friendly personality. Would definitely stay there again, the location in Florence cannot be beat! Nothing - it was great.
• Suse (5/5): Schade - Keine Angabe, da wir das Zimmer nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Siehe unten Leider war parken dort nicht wie angegeben möglich. Wir hätten um sechs Uhr morgens abreisen müssen. Uns konnte keine Alternative genannt werden, wo wir unser Auto abstellen konnten. Mit dem Auto nicht zu empfehlen, sost hat es eine perfekte Lage.

Zarówno przed zameldowanie jak i po wymeldowaniu można zostawić bagaż na przechowanie Przydałoby się mocniejsze oświetlenie w salonie.

• Joao Victor (10/5): Foi o melhor hotel que fiquei na Itália - Hotel muito bem localizado com vista para a Catedral de Santa Maria del Fiore, a proprietária fala português e é bem simpática, você pode fazer tudo a pé do hotel, tem um supermercado Conad perto do hotel bem como o Tutto 1,19 com lembranças e utilidades! Quarto limpo, arejado, cama ótima, ar condicionado, com vista para a rua, o quarto que reservei não tinha banheiro dentro do quarto e sim 2 banheiros no corredor, mas havia uma pia com espelho no quarto, e tinha além do frigobar dentro do quarto uma geladeira e um micro-ondas no corredor, o que ajudou muito em refeições rápidas. Sem pontos negativos foi o melhor hotel que fiquei na Itália

Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas y la ducha era algo incómoda ya que la alcachofa no soltaba mucha agua. También se oía mucho ruido de la calle, por lo demás todo perfecto!

• Karen (10/5): So glad we chose the Hotel Dali. If/when we return to Florence we would book there again. - Fantastic location just a couple of minutes walk from the Duomo. In central Florence, we walked everywhere. Spacious room (number 7) with ensuite and shower. Fridge in the room plus coffee and tea making facilities. Carrefore mini-mart in the same road. Great restaurants everywhere. Hotel owner Marco was an exceptional host and gave us so much useful information regarding restaurants and the best way to get to Siena (bus not train). We were able to leave our luggage in reception after checking out, which was invaluable as we had an evening flight home. Highly recommend. Nothing - it was great!

• Virginie (5/5): Très bonne localisation mais prestation très en dessous de ce qui était attendu - La localisation est superbe L’accueil par le gérant a été très chaleureux La chambre était située au troisième étage dans un appartement. Il y avait deux chambres dans l’appartement. Le lit n’était pas confortable avec un matelas extrêmement dur et très mobile. J’avais payé plus cher ce qui est logique car j’avais pris une chambre triple (un lit double et un lit simple) en espérant plus de confort… il est mentionné une salle de bain privée mais il faut savoir que la salle de bain n’est pas dans la chambre. Pour aller dans la salle de bain, il faut aller avec le trousseau de clés (vieilles clés bruyantes) à côté de la cuisine. Une très forte odeur d’égout règne dans la salle de bain et même en laissant la fenêtre ouverte, ça persiste. Nos lits n’ont jamais été faits. Nous avons été surpris au départ car il s’agit d’un hôtel. Nous n’avons pas fait de demande par la suite pour que la chambre ou la salle de bain soient nettoyées, et elles ne l’ont pas été pendant les 3 jours et 3 nuits. Finalement nous avons été très déçus car ça n’a pas correspondu à tous les commentaires que nous avons lu ni aux photos proposées. Je pense que c’est parce que nous étions au dessus de l’hôtel, plus dans un appartement que dans une chambre d’hôtel.

• Tanja (7/5): - Im kleinen Hotel selber war es sehr leise und der gratis Kaffee und das kleine Frühstück waren toll. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Bad ist extrem klein und unpraktisch. Somit stimmte für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher nicht. Auch schliessen die Fenster nicht gut und somit sind die Geräusche von draussen sehr störend in der Nacht.

La habitación con baño en la que estuvimos muy grande y correcta, para el uso que le dimos, dormir, higiene y base para nuestras cosas. Además teníamos nevera, microondas y cocina… ¿qué más se puede pedir? El colchón lo encontré un poco blando… y el sábado por la noche un poco ruidoso por el ruido de la calle, aunque no deja de ser el centro de la ciudad.

Das Zimmer mit WC/Bad mit Orientierung zum Hof war gross, hell und sehr ruhig. Wir haben traumhaft gut geschlafen. Die Tipps und die Unterstützung (WiFi) der Rezeption waren sehr hilfreich. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

• Velin (10/5): Amazing Florence hotel - The hotel is magnificent! It is located on the second floor of an old building, 5 minutes from the Cathedral di Santa Maria del Fiore. The owners are very polite; they explained the area, gave us a map, and a welcome coffee :) The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was also a coffee machine at the reception for a quick coffee before the daily walking. Overall, the location is amazing, the owners are very positive, and the hotel is cozy. Also, the room had air conditioning for the summer, an anti-mosquito device with tablets, and a ceiling fan. Thank you! All was perfect.

• joek (10/5): - Top locatie, je bent zo in het centrum. Er zijn twee badkamers en wij dachten rond de 8 kamers te zien, dus wij hebben niet moeten wachten als je wilt douchen etc. Echt gewoon een hele fijne accommodatie. De eigenaar is mega lief en legt je graag alles over de stad uit.

• Caitlin (8/5): - The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s about a 5 minute walk from the duomo, along the same street. The room was clean and cosy and had a fridge and sink. There was a microwave and communal fridge freezer. Lots of reviews say there is only one bathroom, but there is two, and we never faced any issues waiting. There is a free coffee machine and juice station at reception. The receptionists all are very friendly and welcoming and allow you to leave luggage during reception hours.

• Júlia (9/5): Ótimo custo benefício com boa localização em Florença. - Reservei no Booking achando que seria apenas um quarto e chegando lá era um apartamento com cozinha e sala, me surpreendi. Talvez tenha sido esse porque reservamos para 6 pernoites. A localização do hotel é muito boa e o banheiro é novinho. No último dia a moça que cuidava do nosso quarto até nos ofereceu uma garrafa de vinho. O chão do quarto não estava tão limpo quanto eu gostaria e não repuseram tapetes e toalhas de rosto todos os dias.

No hay cocina, solo microondas por lo que si se busca ahorrar en comida es bastante limitado. Personal muy amable, te cuidan los bolsos por si entran o salen antes para ir a pasear.

Mas você sair do hotel e já da praticamente de cara com o Duomo de Florença é algo totalmente diferente.

• Jmmarkleyjr (1/5): NOT A HOTEL. More like a hostel with an apartment on the top floor. - Great location. Wifi worked fine. The TV was a smart TV with streaming options. We were on the top floor "suite" which was essentially a one bedroom apartment with old, stained, mismatched furniture. The radiator heaters barely worked and the entire place stayed pretty cold. There were two split HVAC units in the apartment, but only one worked, so take that for what it's worth. The "queen" bed was two very uncomfortable twin beds/mattresses shoved together with a queen sheet and blanket. The bathroom situation was bad, too. VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE. The shower head struggled to maintain a decent pressure to efficiently rinse yourself off. Also the tub had a very round and narrow bottom. If you have feet larger than an 8 year old, you will feel off balance and uncomfortable. Also, mold on the ceilings. My wife fell ill while we were staying there and almost thought it was a stomach bug, but once we would go outside each day, the fresh air would help and essentially eliminate her symptoms. Within a couple hours of returning to the "hotel", she would fall ill again. The staff wasn't much help as they aren't even there 24 hours a day.
