• Marilyn (5/5): It was nice but we regretted it when my wallet and money got stolen by one of the staffs. - It’s very convenient location, few minutes walk to Trocadéro. Gianni is very nice and friendly and helpful. There is a thief in the cleaning staff. My wallet with money was stolen during our week stay. We didn’t realize it until we were unpacking our stuff when we get home. The wallet was on my purse’s zippered pouch. I reported it right away. I called the hotel and spoke with Darius. Hopefully the Hôtel manager will do something about it. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower/Metro/Monet museum and restaurants. Overall the location is great. Room can be better, but we were hardly in the room, always out anyway. Elevator would be nice if you have luggage to carry, however the staff helped us carry the BIG luggage

• Leonardo (3/5): Decepção. - Localização. Durante a minha hospedagem, enfrentei diversos problemas. O quarto era extremamente pequeno, dificultando até mesmo abrir uma mala de 23 quilos, sendo necessário colocá-la sobre a cama, pois não existe espaço em outro local. O aquecedor do quarto era controlado via central, não dando opção ao hóspede de regular a temperatura do ambiente. Além disso, a temperatura tinha que ficar entre 20 e 24 graus e por isso, em alguns momentos, tive que abrir a janela. O elevador também apresentou falhas nos sensores, quase causando um acidente, pois minha esposa foi “espremida” pela porta. O café da manhã era pobre em variedade e, ao chegar mais tarde, as opções ficavam ainda mais restritas. Além disso, o banheiro tinha problemas com a descarga, onde os dejetos demoravam bastante pra descer, e a cortina do box molhava todo o banheiro, faltando proteção adequada. Por fim, o secador que fica no quarto estava sem funcionar.

That was a battle. Staff is not really experienced I do not thick it is a a 3 star hotel at all lucky if it’s a 2star !!! Start from all over again with everything !!!!!!!!

• mossup77 (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - We found this hotel on TripAdvisor as it was shown close to the Eiffel Tower and Metro. We couldn't have been happier, location was spot on, and only a short work from the Metro and Trocadero. The hotel itself is nice and cosy, however our room which was for a family of 4 was very spacious and all we could ask for. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff Emmanuel and Patricia were extremely helpful and thanks to them I can't recommend the hotel enough.

• M. (7/5): Matig - Het was keurig schoon ! Erg kleine kamers . De badkamer was zelfs voor Parijse begrippen enorm klein . Erg gehorige kamers en het water onder de douche was of ijskoud of bloedheet . Ook hadden wij de parkeergarage ruim op voorhand geboekt , wat ook bevestigd was maar helaas was er toch geen plek ?! Ontbijt beter zo vroeg mogelijk want om 9 uur is er of bijna geen plek, of alles is koud of op.

Voor herhaling vatbaar! - Het is een fantastisch locatie, dichtbij veel horeca gelegenheid, veilige buurt, vlakbij metrostation Trocadéro, vlakbij de Eiffeltoren. De kamer was klein maar ontzettend schoon! Lief personeel, dit hotel is een aanrader! Als ik weer naar Parijs ga boe ik zeker weer dit hotel! Vond de kamer erg klein maar is niet perse een tegenvaller.

At one point, we thought my husband would need a frozen ice pack, and they were willing to accommodate. Location in proximity to the Eiffel Tower was perfect! It allowed us to take a nightly walk to see it lit up each day we were there!

Had a small elevator Airconditioning control was for whole hotel so being on top (5) floor the room heated up a little more than we found comfortable and we couldn’t get it cooler as there was also no ability to open a window (which other rooms did have).
• jonathan (10/5): - A very great family-friendly hotel. Small enough, it feels like the staff knows you and that you are with family. The breakfast was great. Brighter, the lady chef was amazing. She went the extra mile to make us home-made eggs. She gave us ideas of what to do in Paris. She understands the hospitality industry. The front desk staff on night shift,( I think he's from Morroco) was also super nice as well. He helped us with our luggage and was so welcoming. I will stay here again whenever I'm in Paris.

• natashasC7511KB (10/5): Fabulous find hotel Longchamp Élysées - Recently returned from a five night stay at this lovely little boutique style hotel. Our room was small but contained everything we needed for our stay. Fab location roughly 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower which you can see from the next street to the hotel. Everything we needed was nearby, supermarkets, restaurants and coffeehouses. Metro and bus connections close which got us around Paris with ease. Can’t fault the housekeeping the room was cleaned daily to a high standard and towels were replenished daily. All the staff were most helpful assisting us with ironing services throughout our stay and an issue which we had with our tv was quickly resolved. WiFi was great, no complaints whatsoever thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would return if visiting Paris again.
