- Matteo (4/5): Quel che resta degli anni Settanta...o giù di lì. Poi il declino. 4 stelle...forse in cielo! - Praticamente...niente. Uno dei peggiori soggiorni della mia vita. Davvero. Tutto. Inclusa l'anta della.cabina doccia mancante, la precaria stabilità dell'armadio, il letto scomodo, le luci da stadio (ma una abatjour?! No?!), il silenzio mancante (associato alla maleducazione dei vicini di camera - che dalle 11 della sera alle 00,30 si sono dati alla follia più totale - e al rumore continuo di tacchi nel corridoio alle 4 di notte e ad altre urla indecifrabili), le tazze per la colazione...sì, mancanti anch'esse, come altro. Ma direi che mi pare sufficiente... ...purtroppo la scelta è caduta su questo hotel solo per comodità, in virtù del seminario che avrebbe ospitato il giorno dopo...comodità pagata cara. Mai più.

Called to complain but nothing was done. Dirty , 40 min walk to centre No tea making facilities and when asking at bar for a cup of tea the water was fishy. Nowhere safe to store luggage and breakfast was abysmal

- Starzyk (6/5): - Good breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom. Very very noisy, situated „on” the street with cars, busses and thousands of motorbikes. Additionally landing airplanes and ambulances (proximity of the hospital). No roof-top terrace, very basic bar.

- 0703rasa (4/5): Naples - The hotel was about 15 minutes away by bus, but for a 4-star hotel it was very disappointing. The room didn’t even have a proper duvet, just some old blankets. We were 4 people, yet they only provided 2 small bottles of water, which is unacceptable for this category. Breakfast was very poor, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable – it felt like you were being watched while eating. For a 4-star hotel, it lacked even basic amenities like slippers. Honestly, it does not deserve this rating and I would not recommend it.

No shampoo in 4-star hotel)))) Bathtube is not operable in bathroom and unfortunately night shift cannot do anything about the issue. Thanks to him again that at least offered another room in another floor to use bath and get bath things)

The hotel was silent and also in the bedroom we didn't hear noise from other guests. The staff were very kind and helpful. I didn't like that in front of the hotel there is no sidewalk, so when you leave the door you are immediately on the street. That is not good for children, too dangerous. I also didn't like the toilet, since it was designed for people with special needs, it was a little higher and with an opening in the front. This is not good for women and children.

- GIROLAMO (8/5): Piccole lamentele - La camera La colazione; il bacon e le uova strapazzate erano sempre fredde; è una condizione indispensabile che il contenitore di acciaio in cui vengono offerte sia riscaldato con mini lampada a fiamma o con riscaldatore elettrico!!! Inoltre per uno che mangia solo il salato l'offerta dei salumi era limitata a salame e tacchino, mancava il prosciutto crudo e\o cotto. Ho chiesto se potevo avere uova fritte (occhio di bue} mi hanno detto che non era possibile; grave mancanza per un hotel a 4 stelle. A Riccione l' estate scorsa mi hanno servito le uova all' occhio di Bue in albergo a 3 stelle per Pasqua e in albergo a due stelle in agosto!!! Nella patria della pizza a colazione non c'era traccia di pizza in tranci e\o pizzette!!!! Per contro abbondavano i prodotti dolci che ovviamente per soggetti diabetici sono assolutamente sconsigliati. Ho comunque provveduto ad acquistare in negozio prosciutto crudo e cotto ed anche yogurt Danone Activia, gli unici che assumo per aiutare il mio intestino ed il mio stomaco avendo subito su entrambi gli organi interventi importanti!!! Tutto sommato sono soddisfatto del soggiorno trascorso all' hotel Capodimonte.

- AttilioPalmieri (7/5): Ponte dell'Immacolata a Napoli - Posizione strategica, non lontano dal centro con uscita della tangengenziale vicinissima. Si trova però a ridosso di una curva privo di marciapiede. La fermata del bus è vicinissima. Stanza ampia e ben attrezzata, colazione a buffet. Nel complesso il rapporto ualità/prezzo ha superato le aspettative. Gli infissi delle camere nonn hanno i doppi vetri e i rumori provenienti dalla strada sono molto fastidiosi contando che la tangenziale e molto vicina. i copriletti andrebbero sostituiti, macchie evidenti di viaggiatori precedenti. Il buffet della colazione è leggermente scarno (mi aspettavo più scelta). Il costo del parcheggio convenzionato è un po' sopra la media di quelli presenti nei paraggi

- rebeccacL4646CR (8/5): This hotel has received some bad press - Ok, it’s run down and needs a lick of paint and some TLC, but to be fair so does Naples. On the upside, it was spotlessly clean and had comfortable beds and friendly staff. It encapsulated the whole vibe of Italy and if you don’t mind rough around the edges and a bit of a walk to the city centre, it’s great value for money. Thank you to all for making a memorable mini holiday

- Raphaela (1/5): Never ever a 4-Star Hotel - mold in room - Nothing. Was there for 10min. Didn't get my money back. Booking tried to make a free cancelling with the hotel, but the hotel never answered. Tried to call them - nobody picked up the phone. The mold at the walls and windows and the really really bad smell in my room. If you could smell it through the photos you would understand me much better. It was disgusting. I'm not that picky in hotels but that was just unhygienic. Had to go in another hotel.
- Norbert (1/5): Viejo, obsoleto y poco práctico - Desayuno justo No es un hotel de 4 estrellas ni de lejos, habitación 211 en un extremo del hotel con humedades , desprendimiento, grietas , lonas para evitar la lluvia , pasamos frío y no se nos facilitó calefacción , solo nos dijeron que nos daban unas mantas . No puedes pasar frío en un hotel de 4 estrellas, viejo , obsoleto y con una entrada peligrosa .
