- Pascal (8/5): Hôtel très bien placé mais trop cher pour les prestations offertes. - Hôtel très bien situé. Belle décoration. Les produits proposés au buffet du petit déjeuner sont des produits industriels assez quelconques. Les chambres sont très petites. L’hôtel est globalement très cher.

Au milieu de restaurants, boutiques de luxe… Grande chambre familiale style vénitien qui dépayse directement. Salle de bain un peu dans son jus.

Auch Sondewünsche wie einen kleinen Heizkörper (Es war im Zimmer sehr kalt) Wir hatten Superior-Luxuszimmer gebucht (20m2) Bei Ankunft wurde uns das Standardzimmer (15m2) als gebucht zugewiesen. Das gebuchte Zimmer wurde uns gegen Aufpreis von€ 50/Nacht gegeben. Natürlich ohne Beleg. Deutsch wurde n i c h t gesprochen. Leider auch kein Aufzug. In der Beschreibung steht daß es Zimmer mit Balkon gäbe. Wir haben am genzen Haus keinen Balkon gesehen.

There was a terrible noise from the roof probably the rooms for the stuff. We paid the room as well as city tax more than we should pay according to booking com, although We made a reservation one day before we came and suddenly it is more expensive because the part of hotel become 4 star not a 3 star hotel, but our room was like 1 star hotel with very low ceiling.

Das muss renoviert werden. Die Gardinenschiene hing herunter. Das Gefühl war beengend... wir haben ungefähr 340, EUR pro Nacht bezahlt, zuzüglich 21 EUR Tax für 3 Tage. Die Beleuchtung war zu grell, es kommt keine Romantik auf. ...Dringend Kerzenlicht in den Koffer packen.

- Dominique (8/5): Bon emplacement mais un peu cher - Situation géographique à deux pas de la place Saint Marc. Petit déjeuner varié. Température plutôt élevée dans la chambre et impossible de démarrer la clim. Chambre petite pour trois personnes (un lit d’appoint à été mis dans la chambre, devant l’armoire qui n’était donc plus accessible, alors que la chambre était censée disposer d’un lit double et d’un lit simple. Le rapport qualité /prix n’est pas exceptionnel.

В день уезда ранним утром делаю чек аут - и понимаю что человек на против в ресепшене , ругается матом на Итальянском, я сделал вид что не понимаю, хотя все прекрасно понимаю по Итальянский. Так он проявил свое не довольство только из-за того что ему надо было проснуться чтобы забрать ключи от номера. А в другом расположение гостиницы прекрасное все рядом. Все хорошо

- Florence (8/5): - Emplacement à quelques minutes à pied de la place St Marc. La salle du petit déjeuner possède une fenêtre donnant sur un canal : on peut voir passer les gondoles. La décoration est typique de Venise, la chambre était spacieuse avec chauffage et climatisation ainsi que de grands placard, un coffre fort, un petit réfrigérateur et une bouilloire avec thé et café instantané. Literie très correcte et emplacement très calme (pas de bruit) : nous avons très bien dormi. Joli petite cour avec quelques tables qui doit servir l'été. Personnel très aimable et arrangeant : nous sommes partis très tôt à la fin de notre séjour et on nous a préparé des "breakfast box" pour le petit déjeuner. Notre chambre familiale était situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur et était en mezzanine : il faut monter un escalier pour aller au lit 2 places. Déconseillé aux personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les escaliers. La salle de bain avait une baignoire et non une douche et était très petite. Les WC sont également dans la salle de bains.

La soufflerie bruyante et sans effet pour chauffage. L'escroquerie et le vol flagrant. Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe et avons eu une chambre minable, froide et inconfortable.

You couldn’t ask for a better view. The room was very large with high ceilings. There was an amazing chandelier in the room. Nice breakfast as wells The only issue was accessing the electrical outlet by the bed. There was furniture that blocked the access.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: Nähe Markusplatz an einem Kanal mit viel Gondelverkehr, wo es immer etwas zu sehen gab. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Zuerst hat man uns in einem Zimmer einer tieferen Kategorie platziert mit der Option eines upgrades für EUR 50 pro Nacht. Als wir insistierten, wurden wir ab der 2. Nacht in ein Zimmer der gebuchten Kategorie verschoben. Dannach war alles ok. Die Angestellten sind manchmal etwas knapp, aber tauen mit der Zeit auf, wenn man freundlich ist.

Вимоги про те що необхідно лишати ключ від номера на рецепції Сніданок в окремому приміщені, до якого іти через вулицю

Habitación muy amplia y confortable, La limpieza de la habitación fue diaria, con cambio de toallas incluido. El desayuno súper completo y la atención del personal inmejorable. Muy recomendable! Nuestro baño disponía de bidet demasiado pegado a la ducha que dificultaba un poco la salida después de ducharte y que restaba espacio y comodidad al baño.

- Ivanna (9/5): Excellent. We loved it. - The location is super if you want to stay 2 minutes away from Piazza San Marco and pay a VERY decent price. The room was very charming. It was clean, very spacious for a family of 4. Even though located in one of the busiest and touristy areas, it was on a side canal and therefore quiet. The breakfast was excellent. A lot of options and even though we could not have it outside (winter), the room was quaint with a view to a canal. The staff was very nice. The hotel was not fully booked, and they could have given us a room with a view, but it was okay.

- Pietrowski (10/5): - The hotel was my favorite part of Venice. We did have to bring our room key to reception every time we left but honestly it made the place feel even more secure. The view is AMAZING. Breakfast was good lots of options! Staff was friendly. It took us a while to find our map took us to the wrong location a few times but that’s not the hotels fault, just double check before you walk the wrong way with all your luggage. I would certainly stay here again.

- Hoon (8/5): - 베네치아 전통양식 집안 느낌이네요. 방안에 거대한 샹들리에가 있어요. 방은 넓찍하고 침대도 편안했고 아침도 좋았어요. 생수 두 병 정도는 제공해야죠. 주변에 살 곳이 없네요. 키를 맡기는 곳이 숙소에서 떨어진 리셉션.

- Charlee (8/5): Great location but nothing like the pictures - Location is brilliant, clean and staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good, with a great view of the gondolas going past The rooms look nothing like the pictures, they are a lot more basic, I dread to think what our room would have been without our ‘upgrade’. Chose it firstly for location, but secondly because it looked Venetian and romantic but in reality it really wasn’t.
