- Antonio (6/5): It’s a hostel. Too pricey for what they offer. Good location. - Location is good. Next to Place d’Italie and the tube. You can also take a walk of 20mins to Lea Invalides. It’s not a hotel. It feels more like a hostel or a students residence. The rooms have been ‘renovated’ but still look very cheap - bathrooms would benefit from a proper cleaning. Towels and bedsheets felt very used with ‘industrial’ smell. You better don’t look underneath the bedsheets.

La chambre était agréable, avec une vue dégagée et tout le nécessaire (bouilloire, sèche cheveux, cintrés...). Les lits sont confortables, et la décoration très bien réalisée. La chambre n'était pas très bien insonorisée, on entend le boulevard et le métro qui passe sous l'immeuble. Quelques sachets de tisane seraient les bienvenus (il n'y a que du thé et du café). La cabine de douche est assez exiguë.

Malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas, loin de là... La chambre donnait sur la rue, et je pouvais entendre chaque conversation et chaque voiture venant de l'extérieur. Les conversations des passants dans la rue s'entendaient comme si l’on était dehors avec eux. Le métro passe très fréquemment et, à chaque passage, cela fait du bruit et la chambre tremble. À l'intérieur de l'hôtel, la chambre était juste à côté de la réception et des toilettes des employés. Là encore, je pouvais entendre chaque conversation, le bruit de la chasse d'eau comme si cela venait de ma propre chambre, le bruit de chaque porte qui claque extrêmement fort... L’ensemble est très mal insonorisé, ce qui rend le repos difficile. C’est dommage de payer une chambre d’hôtel pour dormir et de finalement ne pas pouvoir le faire à cause du bruit. La propreté pourrait également être améliorée : la housse de coussin était sale (taches noires ressemblant à du maquillage) et l’étagère dans la salle de bain n’était pas propre. Enfin, le check-in a été assez long.
