- Lenka (8/5): Dobré - Hotel má skvělou polohu - velmi blízko Vítězného oblouku, v okolí restaurace, obchůdky, ulice je klidná a kousek od hotelu je zastávka metra. Apartmán s obývacím pokojem byl prostorný a pro rodinu úplně super. Postele byly pohodlné, ve skříni byly k dispozici navíc polštáře. Uvítali jsme, že denně měnili ručníky a uklízeli. Wi-fi dostačující. Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný - udělali dceři milou výzdobu na snídani k narozeninám. Hotel je hezky vybavený, ale bohužel už je vše poměrně opotřebované. Křesla jsou ušpiněná, zdi i koberce špinavé a nábytek obouchaný. Pokud by to tak nebylo, tak je to krásný a stylový hotel. Při ubytování jsme měli nepříjemnost, protože pokoj nebyl dobře uklizený. V koupelně byla za topením hozená cizí ponožka a po celém apartmánu se na zemi válely oříšky a další nepořádek. Po upozornění poslali na pokoj uklízečku znovu, ale úklid nebyl stále v pořádku. Když jsme ji na to upozornili a nepořádek ukázali, reagovala neprofesionálně a bouchala věcmi. Na recepci se nám následně omluvili a poslali drobnou pozornost na pokoj. Měli jsme apartmá do atria, kde bylo bohužel večer vše slyšet – hluk se přenášel i z ostatních pokojů. Snídaně byly pro nás zklamáním – výběr byl každý den stejný a poměrně omezený. Chyběly také možnosti bez laktózy, přestože jsme na to předem upozorňovali.

- MillieMily (6/5): Comfortable for Price - The service was good, breakfast was decent. The elevator is extremely small so it took a long time to get up or down from your room. The bathroom was great space but the little glass panel made it hard for Esther to to splash out when showing.
- Russell (10/5): Location and Paris vibe means this is the first place I would choose if coming back to Paris again - Traditional building in quiet side street so close to Arc de Triomphe really had the Paris vibe. Bedroom was decent size for a city centre hotel but bathroom was huge. Everything was in excellent condition. Not a scratch or stain to be seen. Staff very friendly. It wasnt the widest range of food for breakfast but the quality was great. The best scrambled eggs, bacon, smoked salmon and fruit juice we had on our trip. Breakfast room was a little tight for space and had to get the waiter to provide fresh plates/cutlery/glasses. Would have been quicker to let us collect ourselves. As expected there was a little bit of street noise at night/early morning - refuse being collected, folk arguing on way home, but windows kept most of it out and being in a side street meant there wasnt much.

The service is outstanding with a very personal approach, you feel welcome from the moment you enter Hotel Balmoral. We were helped to unload the luggage by Mr. Forest - and found it already at our room after we had parked the car! Something that doesn’t happen so much anymore even in top segment hotels. The excellent breakfast also needs to be mentioned. Very good quality products, also here the friendliness with which we were served was outstanding. Great location too just minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Arrived around 10:30 to drop our bags and were told the room would be ready in 10 mins for us to check in. We were offered tea and coffee while we waited and then the room was ready. Very comfortable bed, quality toiletries in the bathroom and a great breakfast. Would recommend

The location was fantastic which allowed us to walk everywhere and see everything, the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge with heated towel racks. The breakfast buffet was small, however delivered with plenty of choice. We’d absolutely stay here again

- char122026 (10/5): Excellent Service and Perfect Location Near Champs-Élysées - We stayed at Hôtel Balmoral for one night during our trip to Paris, and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The location is outstanding — just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées and close to major attractions, yet the street itself feels quiet and relaxed. We loved being able to step outside and immediately find cafés, shops, and metro access within minutes. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. While not huge (as expected in central Paris), it was well-designed and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable — we slept very well that night. What truly made the stay exceptional was the service. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and always ready with helpful recommendations. They made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented, with a good selection of pastries, fruit, and hot options to start the day. If I had to mention one small detail, it would be that the elevator is quite compact — but that’s typical for boutique hotels in Paris and didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples or travelers looking for a charming, well-located boutique hotel in the heart of Paris.
- nicolagO6499QI (6/5): Great location and comfy clean room but not 4 star - We stayed at this hotel to celebrate a big birthday. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are really clean. The bed was very comfy and we slept really well. I wouldn’t rate this as a 4 star hotel (more 3) for the following reasons. We didn’t feel the staff were particularly friendly, especially at breakfast. The decor in some parts of the hotel is looking a bit tired - the main carpet area on the stairs for example. When we arrived we were told the lift was broken and had help carrying our bags to the 4th floor which was appreciated. The hairdryer in the room was poor quality and kept detaching from the socket. It ended up smelling of smoke and was replaced quickly with the same model. If you have room in your luggage bring your own. To make this hotel better I would say some refresh of the decor, better in room facilities like the hairdryer and some milk for tea and complimentary still water. Overall it was an ok stay.

The only drawback on this trip was the elevator was out of service, and our room being on the 5th floor wasn't the easiest to get to after 12 hours of walking. But some things are unavoidable. Always a nice stay at the Balmoral.

- Vernon (10/5): Classy - The room was spacious and clean. There were rituals products in the shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and the Arc de Triomph. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The elevator is quite small

The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel has a charming Parisian atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true Parisian boutique experience in a great, central location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

- candya301 (4/5): We Shall Not Be Back - Having stayed at this hotel many times before, we were very disappointed in our stay this time. The room was adequate, tho the shower could've been cleaner. However the main issue was the front desk staff, particularly the man at the desk on the night of Dec 14. We'd taken a tour and accidently brought a blanket in from the car. We asked the desk to please call the company, so the driver could circle back and retrieve it. The man flat out refused and told us to go use our room phone. We explained we dont speak French and are unfamiliar with country codes. Back and forth we went. Eventually our friends entered and helped, but it was too late. Then our friends asked for towels, since housekeeping neglected to provide any, but he said he couldn't leave his desk. How were they supposed to shower? This was interesting because over half the time no one was at the front desk! Eventually he got the towels, but was as unhelpful and rude as can be. We will be returning to Paris in the spring, but have already made reservations elsewhere. Its a shame, having stayed many times before, but this experience was enough to send us elsewhere.

Ik kon rustig ontbijten zonder mensen aan andere tafels in een mooie ruimte met een kelner die me een warme chocomelk bracht. Ik heb meer dan 400 euro betaald voor 1 nacht. De douche was enorm groot maar voor de rest was het maar een gewone kamer, niks bijzonders. Had ook geen mooi uitzicht of lekkere dingen in een minibar.

- C927WDosvaldod (10/5): Attentive service - A very pleasant stay just before Christmas, with a warm and professional welcome. But it was especially at our very early departure that the excellence of the service truly stood out: a carefully prepared takeaway breakfast, and a head receptionist who personally made sure everything was ready for us. Learning that he had called the reception from his home around 4 a.m. just as we were checking out, speaks volumes about an exceptional sense of service. An address I recommend without hesitation.
- Sadik (5/5): goede locatie maar slecht hotel - Locatie is erg goed. om de hoek bij het Champ elysees en arc de triomphe. Parkeergarage is redelijk dichtbij en soms is parkeren voor de deur ook mogelijk (09:00 - 20:00 betaald) Ontbijt is zeer beperkt qua soorten en keuzes. weinig soorten beleg, alleen kant en klare yoghurt bakjes, geen mogelijkheid tot omelet etc. Verder heeft het hotel geen roomservice!... De kamers waren niet goed schoongemaakt, lagen nog haartjes in de badkamer, haarspeldjes her en der in de kamer, propjes en snipper in de kamer. Ook was het bed zeer slecht! Slaap niet in kamer nummer 60 in elk geval want daar steken de pokketveren gewoon door het matras. zeer onrustige nacht gehad hierdoor en pijnlijke heupen / rug. Personeel zelf is niet betrokken en eigelijk praten ze het liefst niet tegen je. Het uitzicht van de kamers aan de achterzijde zie je ook liever niet dus denk er aan de verduistering dicht te houden. (achterzijde van appertementen die op 5-10 meter afstand liggen dus direct naar binnen kijken)
