- arthur (10/5): Great stay - clean - lots of restaurants - Nice little breakfast available for 15euro per day. Expresso and snacks available for free so good. Very clean and in a good area. 4min walk to Gare de Lyon Station. 100s of restaurants and cafes within minutes. Next door to a pizzeria, viet and Tibetan restaurant. Also 2 bakeries within 1min walk. Late night can be sketchy, room is alittle tight for Premium Double. 4/5

The location was spot on and there was plenty to do around there, cafes, restaurants, bars and just a nice vibe overall. Great walk along the St Martin canal too

Area felt safe and quiet at night, despite proximity to station. We didn't take breakfast, but the dining area looked nice.

- Martine (4/5): Inconfortable. - Les chambres dites « supérieures » ne méritent pas ce qualificatif. Elles ne sont pas pratiques en ce qui concerne le rangement, l’accès au lit, les éclairages divers. On nous a d’abord attribué une chambre sans penderie ni étagères. La seconde chambre avait une si petite penderie qu’en hiver on l’aurait remplie avec seulement deux manteaux. Un séjour de plusieurs nuits, qui nécessite de l’espace pour ranger ses vêtements, n’est donc pas recommandé ici. Le lit, assez haut, est posé contre le mur. La personne qui dort de ce côté-là est obligée d’y monter en passant par le pied du lit, de ramper jusqu’à l’oreiller, et de faire encore des acrobaties pour en sortir sans déranger son voisin. Ce n’est pas recommandé pour les personnes âgées, ou à quiconque a des problèmes articulaires. La lumière au-dessus du lavabo est trop faible pour qu’on puisse se maquiller ou se raser correctement. Les serviettes, posées sur une étagère trop haute, au-dessus de la cuvette de WC, sont inaccessibles si on mesure 1m60. On apprécie les liseuses au-dessus des oreillers mais on ne peut les atteindre quand on est couché. Un rideau opaque permet d’occulter la lumière pour dormir, mais dans la journée on aimerait un rideau qui laisse passer la lumière du jour tout en protégeant des regards des voisins. Le bouton d’appel de l’ascenseur émet un sifflement strident assez désagréable, et qui doit être exaspérant pour les chambres proches. Taxe de séjour 8,45€/pers./nuit.

Clim très agréable. Rien à dire côté bruit... c'était très calme. Boissons chaudes et petits snacks disponibles au RDC. Petit déjeuner simple mais très bon (jai toujours eu de la place pour manger au calme). L'hôtel est très bien placé. A 2 minutes de Gare de Lyon. Bcp de commerce et restaurants autour. Une adresse sûre si vous êtes dans le coin !

- BillSteinitz (8/5): - The hotel is close to Gare de Lyon, so a good start to visit the city. Area felt safe. The room I had was of their higher tier dubbed Deluxe Double by Expedia and faced a small court. Room size was good for Paris standards with 14sqm and good storage space. The room was clean and the bed was good. Nice linen. No noise from other rooms and the curtains kept the light out well during nights. Bath was spacious enough with some goodies and a hairdryer. Staff was genuinely friendly but I think not professionally trained. They have two parking lots for guests so check in advance for a free spot if you come by car. You can try to get a parking lot at the Courtyard Marriott nearby via OnePark, otherwise it gets expensive. Breakfast is ok-ish but nothing to write home about. Best try out for yourself, you can order on a day to day basis. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend this hotel, especially when taking into account the price/performance ratio.

PLUS, it's located in a great, accessible part of Paris so we were able to enjoy less-touristy, more local areas with easy access to the metro. I would definitely stay here again.
- Adrien (8/5): - Très bel accueil de la part de vos collaborateurs, un espace chaleureux et agréable, en revanche une déception totale quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre car il n’était pas précisé que la chambre était sous comble. Sur les photos il ne présentait aucune chambre avec des combles. La propreté de la chambre était bien. En revanche la salle de bain des cheveux ont été retrouvés sur les serviettes.

Det var et komfortabelt opphold, men rommene var meget små (som nok er vanlig for Paris) og selve hotellet hadde nok vært et 3 stjerners hotell hvis det var i Norge.

It’s north of the river and far from museums and Paris main attractions. I booked this place last minute so it worked out well, but I prefer to stay south of the river.

In the middle of the Paris heat wave, they put us in a room with no air conditioning and when we asked to move to a room with air conditioning they said there was no other room for us and our only option was to leave and find a different hotel.

- Janet (8/5): Deserves its description of 'artisanal' hotel - The evening concierge forgot to notify the morning staff to have my taxi ready the next morning resulting in a 20 min delay to get to my flight at the airport. Otherwise I would give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars on every category. I very much enjoyed my small but very comfortable and well thought out room. It was a very reasonable walking distance (6 minutes?) from the Gare de Lyon train station (part of the search criteria that lead me to pick it out). The walking distance was less comfortable but doable (25 minutes) to get to the hop on/hop off bus routes for the day I wanted to play tourist. There was excellent WiFi service for the time I needed to do some work. The room was *so* nice and quiet -- the street noise was pretty much non-existant even with the window open. I wanted for nothing and would gladly stay there again.

- saori (10/5): - 勘違いから一日早く到着してしまった。こちらのホテルは満室であった為、深夜にも関わらずフロントの男性スタッフが近所のホテルを一生懸命に探してくれた、やっと一軒見つかったホテルの行き方も迷わぬよう丁寧に教えてくれた、本当に感謝。リヨン駅から5分程なのに静か。お部屋は小さいけどオシャレ、アメニティの入っって小袋が可愛いいと褒めたら翌日別のデザインの物を部屋に届けてくれた、しかも日本語で手書きのカードまで添えてあった。パリを訪れたら必ず泊まるべきホテルです。

- Florian (8/5): Gute Lage, überheizt - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und ansprechend. Relativ klein, wie wahrscheinlich alle Hotelzimmer in Paris. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend direkt beim Gare de Lyon. Öffentlicher Bereich und Zimmer waren leider viel zu stark geheizt, was etwas unangenehm war. Sonst ein gutes Hotel.

- Joseph (8/5): - Close to Gare Lyon, walking distance to Bastille. quiet street. nice room. Water pressure in shower was low but not sure if that is standard in this location of Paris. Convenient to train and subway. Good location to base from as an enroute travel stop going through Paris to southern europe.

Mais un bémol, nous avions une chambre avec fenêtre opaque et une petite fenêtre en hauteu, d’où chambre assez sombre et beaucoup moins romantique ! Pas de vue et surtout ne colle pas avec les photos lors de la réservation.

- MASAKI (10/5): - 改装されていたので、大変綺麗でした。Google mapの古いコメントは全く的外れなので、最近のコメントを参考にされると良いと思います。パリリヨン駅HALL1からのアクセスは便利です。スーツケースを転がしても全く問題無かったです。地下鉄は駅構内が広すぎるのと階段利用が多いので、大きな荷物の時はおすすめできません。マイナス点としては、部屋に冷蔵庫が無いことぐらいでした。チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりだけでなく、一時立ち寄った際に、コーヒーもご馳走になりました。フレンドリーな対応に感謝してます。

- Verified traveler (2/5): Honteux - Malgré le double vitrage, l’insonorisation est absolument insuffisante on se croirait dormir dans la rue qui est très bruyante et jusque très tard pour le coup (idem pour les voisins), rideaux occultants inefficaces et le comble pas d’eau chaude pour la douche à 6h du matin ! Pour un 4* à plus de 200€/nuit c’est tout simplement honteux !

- Kristina (6/5): - WC zu klein, kleines Frühstücksbuffet, dafür ein güstiges Hotel, welches alles hat für ein Städtetrip. Manche von Personal sprechen sehr wenig Englisch. Die Eingangstür ist sehr gefährlich man kann sich die Finger einklemmen. Sonst ist es ein mittelmässiges Hotel.

Nothing was too much to ask from reception staff Really well done

- Marney (10/5): - The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Also very quiet for sleeping. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We did not have hot water for 24 hours which was not ideal but was fixed quickly. Location was great for Bastille area, Gare de Lyon ans the left bank. We would happily stay here again.

- Oanell (10/5): Bon séjour - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Toutefois, notre réservation mentionnait une “chambre avec vue sur cour”, mais nous avons finalement eu une chambre donnant sur la rue. Heureusement, celle-ci était calme et n’a pas perturbé notre sommeil. Par ailleurs, la place de parking que nous avions réservée était bien disponible à notre arrivée. Attention cependant, l’entrée du parking est très étroite, ce qui peut être compliqué pour les gros véhicules.

- Andrew (10/5): Trendy Hotel - Maison Traversière was a trendy hotel in a nice quite area of Paris. Only a short distance from all the iconic visits of Paris. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
- roger (8/5): - Somehow you can see that they did a short cut in their renovation, changing it from the previous hotel.Overall room feels still dated.Staff are friendly, location is pretty good and safe (considering it’s very close to Gare de Lyon)
- Ilza Harumi (10/5): Perfect place , super nice staff - Perfect place great location and staff super nice and friendly. Room very comfortable and have a dry towel that save us on the rainy weather. Super near restaurants, supermarkets and gate the Lyon station, very good location! I spent my birthday there and they have a nice card with desserts for happy birthday, so thoughtful I recommend this place and will definitely come back!
- Daan (10/5): Great hotel - Spend 3 nights here, great location and very nice staff. The lobby always had free coffee and tea available + snacks. Bathroom could use some more light but otherwise a very comfortable stay.
