• Anne Marie (4/5): - Though the location is excellent, we were miserable in the stiffness mg heat especially the last night. My husband tried to turn air cool but said he thought it was just a heater. As Paris is known to not have air conditioning, we tried to sleep in the heat. As it was unusually hot day, it would have been best for staff instructions on the air system as we were told on checking out that they do have one.

• Daniel (10/5): - This is a comfortable hotel, in a brilliant location with a fantastic interior design scheme and helpful and efficient staff. An excellent base for a holiday in Paris, particularly if you are interested in interior design.

The room was not particularly clean when we checked in (feces mark in the toilet, accumulated debris in the corners of the floor), but it did get cleaner after the first day. To be fair, they did accommodate us with an early check in, so maybe they were rushing to turn over the room. The ceiling in the room was damaged and bowed like it was about to collapse onto the bed. It was fine for a couple of days since we were out and about most of the time, and the location really is convenient for getting all around Paris.

The housekeeping, however, could be a bit more consistent in refilling amenities (coffee pods, creme, etc.), and cleaning time. But overall a very nice stay!

We had a great 5 night stay!

• Patricia (10/5): Lovely little spot in the Marais - We stayed here for about a week. I think it was the "superior" room. Daily cleaning, nice bed (neither too hard or sort), provided toiletries. Bathroom much larger than expected and not a tiny closet like one often finds in in central hotels. Simple but pleasant buffet breakfast was included, with freshly brewed french press coffee on demand. Kind of the edge of historic Paris, but you're still only ~20-30 minutes walk from the Louvre. Many lovely local places to eat close by. Helpful and friendly staff. The one thing I might want is more dedicated USB outlets and a proper showerhead instead of a purely handheld one. But these are quibbles. I'd love to stay here again some day.

• Carrie (10/5): - My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! We loved our room, The decor was so charming! We opted to get a larger room for a bit more space. The staff were super helpful, even before we arrived. I was so happy that someone was able to speak English (we try to speak French when we can) as this made it easy for us to make sure we were able to check into our hotel the night before our actual arrival since we were arriving at 6am and were able to go directly to the hotel and have access to our room after a long night of travel. We were celebrating my 50th birthday and the hotel staff spoiled me! They went out of their way to make the stay even more memorable with sweet treats and beautiful flowers! We felt so cared for! Way better than a big chain hotel in our opinion. We would love to come back and stay again! So much good food in walkable distance! Very safe and quiet. Easy walk to the subway too.

They staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I loved my stay. It is on a quiet street in one of the best areas of the Marais and is walking distance to so many wonderful places.

• allison (8/5): - Great property. Very clean very eclectic decor. The service was excellent. The room was clean and also decorated very uniquely. It was a good location in Le Marais. I liked the honor system bar where we could make our own drinks. However, There are just two things I did not like. One, the room we had, there was a Beautiful clawfoot bathtub with the shower extension, but nowhere to put the showerhead up on the wall. You either had to hold it over you which is very inconvenient and cold when the water is not spraying on you or I had to wrap it around something in order for it to stay in place and continuously spray water on me. The other thing is that although it was a nice location and there were definitely some boulangeries and restaurants cafés in the area, I did find that sometimes we were walking many many blocks to find a place of our liking to eat. However, these things would not stop me from recommending the place because I did really enjoy my stay overall. This is why I gave four stars instead of five.

We had been to Paris several times previous but this time we really felt like Paris is more than a tourist hub. The hotel was very clean and the manager met our request for a wood floor room due to my wife's allergies. They were so polite and helpful. Cannot recommend more.

I’ve stayed here several times but this time noticed that thevfacilituesxarecstating to age a bit. The coffee machine in my room didn’t work, and the water in the bathroom snuck doesn’t drain quickly. The room is clean and the service fantastic so I’d stay here again, I just wish they would keep things up to date or in working order.

• Michelle (6/5): Could be great - Hotel was in a nice area and staff was lovely. A major issue was that our bath was a nightmare. Tiles were coming up under our feet. We informed the Front Desk and that evening, it appeared to be fixed. Alas, that evening as we showered, the tiles lifted and were even worse. It was awful. The hotel gave us a small discount on the per-night rate, but things like that should have been checked before letting out the room. The cleaning was also a let-down, as our bathroom floor was just filthy from the tile repair, and no one ever bothered to mop it. Location and staff make this a nice property, but it being allowed to be inhabited by guests in that state was problematic.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Quirky but comfortable - My room was big and very comfortable with a very pink color scheme that is] not everyone’s taste. Staff was very helpful. The one downside is the lack of a real shower. The tub would be impossible for people with any mobility issues to use.
• Sanya (10/5): - Hotel du Petit Moulin was everything we were looking for our accommodation in Paris. The location was excellent, in the center of Le Marais district, walkable to many fun destinations including Picasso Museum, filled with numerous restaurants and bistros. The metro station was 5-6 min away. The streets around the hotel were narrow and surrounded by beautiful buildings with tall windows, felt so intimate and pretty safe. The hotel itself was very charming with the friendliest and most helpful staff. We were excited to stay in a small boutique hotel with my 18-year old daughter. Every room in the hotel has a different design, and we loved the eclectic style of our room, old fashioned with a modern specious bathroom that even had a heated towel rack. As we chose a hotel with our VIP Expedia access we had a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The next day we found a welcome note from the manager accompanied with a complementary small bottle of champagne and fresh cut flowers in a vase. The coffee pods of espresso and tea were delicious, and we enjoyed sipping them from beautiful thin cups that were in our room. They cleaned the room very well every day. We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast two times during our stay in the tastefully decorated dinning room. All in all, our stay was delightful and we look forward to staying again in this hotel when we get a chance to visit Paris.

The staff is super friendly and accomodating. COVID protocols followed and enforced. The only "complaint" is that the rooms are starting to show a tiny bit of wear. But if you let that comment keep you from staying there, you'll be missing out.

We only stayed for one night, but the welcome and service was as warm as we remembered it. We were upgraded on arrival to a lovely corner room with spectacular bathroom. Plenty of hanging space (so rare in Parisian hotel) and a bed so comfy we didn't want to get out of it. Lovely.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Hotel du Petit Moulin is an amazing find in Paris. Located in the best part of the Marais you’ll be in an a great neighborhood. More importantly, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and has all of the amenities you need. I traveled to Paris alone for this trip, and could not have been happier staying here - my room/the hotel was incredibly comfortable and inviting and I felt very safe. I’d also like to call out the staff at the hotel - they are beyond friendly, knowledgeable and inviting. I truly appreciated how attentive they were and feel this only makes the hotel even more amazing. Definitely stay here!! I will be returning :)

• Verified traveler (10/5): Cool hotel in an excellent location - It's a pretty unique hotel and the location is excellent. Staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms are small but well appointed.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is very charming with excellent staff and well located. Free parking at one of their other hotels (10 min walk) welcomed. The room was unique in decor and very clean. It was sadly in need of some maintenance with wall paper coming away on one place and a poorly refixed curtain rail. None of these were enough to warrant complaining to the staff there and didn't distract from the fun of the stay, simply a gentle reminder to the hotel to keep on top of standards.

• Judith (10/5): Spectacular! - Beautiful stay at this Boutique Hotel. Service was spectacular and the rooms were generously sized. Perfect stay for a sisters weekend in Paris. Great location, we mainly stayed in the neighborhood given all of the shops, cafes, etc.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a gem of a hotel. Boutique and so stylish. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the Marais area is array with fab restaurants, bars and shops. We will definitely come back and could not recommend this hotel more. Oh and the coffee is superb!
