- Vladimir (10/5): - Идеальное расположение отеля- буквально на Истикляль, рядом и автобус, и метро. Отель прекрасный, маленький, но очень уютный. Прекрасный отзывчивый персонал. Номер шикарный - мансарда с большой террасой. Завтрак скромный, но вкусный (свежие симиты). Не хватало только фена в номере, но благодаря персоналу отеля, эту проблему решили

- Alena (10/5): - Добрый день, останавливаюсь в этом отеле второй раз (1й раз - в 2022 году с подругой, в этот раз с мамой). В обоих случаях отдых прошел отлично. Очень удобное расположение - в шаговой доступности многие достопримечательности, а также станции метро и остановки Havaist. Вечером можно прогуляться по улице Истикляль. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, вкусные завтраки, номера чистые, уютные, все необходимое имеется. С 2022 года освежили номера (покраска, мебель и т.д.). Также в этот раз приятно обрадовала девушка администратор - землячка с Казахстана, так что русско- и казахоговорящим туристам будет вдвойне комфортно😊

- Eugene (7/5): Хорошо за свои деньги. Хорошее расположение. Но вокруг очень шумно - Завтрак: голодным не останетесь, но я считаю, что он не стоит этих денег. Вокруг много заведений питания на любой вкус и кошелек. Начало завтрака в 7 утра, окончание в 8 утра - это очень неудобно. Поэтому лично мне было бы проще спать дольше и завтракать за аналогичные деньги в ближайшей локанте. Состояние ванной комнаты, освещение в ней. Пришлось повозиться с вай-фай, чтобы было стабильное подключение.

Önceden uyarılmadan 4 kat merdiven çıkıp, derme çatma bir odada konakladık. 2 gece için peşin ödeme yaptığımız halde ikinci gece kalmadık, berbat bir otel.

- Zekican (4/5): Only one or two days not much... - Business trip. I chose this hotel solely because it was very close to walk to my meeting points. It’s manageable for a day or two, but not suitable for a longer stay. The room has no window, YES and this information is not provided during the booking process. Even if you want to change rooms, it’s not possible because the hotel is fully booked. The humidity could be a problem for those with respiratory issues. Breakfast is passable, but don’t expect much. The bathroom was clean. The hairdryer wasn’t working. I reported it, but they couldn’t help since all the rooms were full.

- Valeria (4/5): Great location, poor cleanliness and decoration, the place needs some paint, changing rugs and some - Bed was not great, you could feel the metal springs in your back, the little balcony was not clean (in fact it was covered in dove’s poop) the view form that balcony was all dirty, it’s ok that it was not a nice view but at least they should make and effort to keep it more or less clean. The bathroom drain was covered with hairs, so when I took my first shower water would not go and everything got wet, they do t have a plastic curtain or anything to protect hair dryer or anything. - Igor (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the hotel is nice, but only if you like the nightlife. The personnel were good, polite, and pleasant. They helped us with almost everything. Thank them for everything. The security cameras weren't working on the 2nd and 3rd floors (where we had rooms). I hope they're fixed now. It was quite difficult to sleep at night there, but only because of the location of the property and poor sound isolation, so it's my personal bad choice. Also, one day, a small part of a ceiling fell off in the middle of the night, ±3AM. But thanks to the personnel, they moved us to another room the next day, very good and kind people.

- Ambi (6/5): To make myself satisfied with the cleanliness I have to order it for them to clean my room well - The rooms are large enough as compared to other new hotel, this hotel has lots of antiques in display, it’s a walking distance to Istiklal street, the staffs were nice. The hotel has an adjacent Irish club that they perform live band on Friday & Saturday. They only have a hard boiled eggs for hot meal for breakfast. When I get there on my first night Deniz gave me a family room because he said Hotel was fully occupied, in the morning I was rushed to transfer to another room that I have reserved but it wasn’t properly cleaned yet, the room was stink from cigaret smoke, I have to ask the cleaning lady to deodorize the room and she have to mapped the floor & washed the toilet, I had to also ask her to changed the bed sheets because I saw hairs & stains from “cum”. The cleaning lady was shaking her head from all of my request🤷♀️ They should’ve a fridge on the rooms & safety box. The staffs were nice but low on English language skills.

- Bogi (9/5): Superb - We chose this apartment because of its amazing price. Despite being quite affordable, the location was very convenient for us, with the downtown area easily accessible by foot or by bus. The apartment met our expectations - simple but sufficient for our needs. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option close to the city, this is a solid pick. Sadly, for me the Wi-Fi signal kept being weak on my main phone, but worked well on my other phone. Interesting. :)

- Amr (2/5): I didn’t like it, very poor quality. - The breakfast and location were not bad. The staff were not friendly. The room and toilet were very old fashions. Lights in the toilet were horrible, one small lamp with wires getting out. Very small room.
- Kenneth (8/5): A very quirky place to stay - not for every one, but i liked it. - Great value for money. Wifi was good, rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was continental style with cereals, bread, jam, cheese and that weird meat stuff they have over there. Staff fairly helpful and they could book tours for you with a 10% discount. The single rooms are glorified prison cells in terms of space. The bathrooms feature some weird combined toilet and shower (I think you are maybe supposed to sit on the toilet while using the shower). Either way, you cant help but get the toilet soaking wet after use. My shower head was ropey. My friends air con didnt work and they couldnt fix it. The hotel adjoins the James Joyce pub and one night the band was on until after midnight. It is on a very lively street - bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
