- Leah (4/5): Unhygienic - The staff were so kind and friendly. Both at reception and at the bar. Couldn’t fault them. Also the location is very convenient as we were attending a concert. When we arrived we checked into a room on the 6th floor which was next to a construction site we immediately were moved to a new room within minutes to the 3rd (bottom) floor to a disability room. I think it was 306 or 305. The room had very poor lighting. The room was extremely unclean!! There was cigarette rubbish on the floor and behind the tv. There was also tobacco behind the tv. Pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. The white chair in front of the tv was covered in a sticky substance and hairs. Also the bathroom/wet room tiles were so grubby and disgusting neither of us wanted to shower. There was also what appeared to be blood above the air con buttons on the wall. It was a really unhygienic room. We didn’t have time to get a second new bedroom as we were heading to a concert and had travelled from Ennis. I mentioned this to a girl on reception this morning as we were checking out and she asked if I wanted to speak to management but I did not have the time.

- johnson (10/5): We loved it and would definitely stay there again next time we visit. - This was a very nice hotel right near the ferry terminal. The rooms were very large and well appointed. The bathroom was massive, with a fabulous shower, great water pressure. They provided slippers we could take with us. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The ferry was only a 10 minute taxi ride so very convenient since we had to leave at 0530 to catch our boat. Because it was a holiday there weren’t many places open nearby to get food or go shopping but visiting on a regular day should be great.

Nice toiletries that leave your skin soft. Great location, quiet near port and some shopping close by. Luas right outside the doors brilliant for quick transport to the centre and main attractions. Coffee in rooms could be better quality. Ben a bit slanted where people sit on the edge, but mattress and bedding good. I didn't know about the facilities and there locations I thought this may be better explained upon check in.

It felt like I was in a suburb with the hotel connected to a mall. It was not far from the central city but a long walk. I thought it was overpriced. It would probably be a great place for a conference or convention.
